Sunday 14th May..today would have to be the worst experience I've had at any Petbarn store in my 15 years of being a customer of petbarn. The staff today at Wooloongabba are inexperienced animal ppl, no customer service awareness. I had my dog walking around and looking at the the kittens from a safe space. I was told that the kittens were scared of dogs, while I listen to this girl, I wonder to myself.." why have you place them ground level and not up at the top where there are empty cages" I go to wash my dog to then be told later, that they might not give me an extra token to rinse the shampoo off my dog, because ONE person is waiting. Every Petbarn I have ever gone to, has had animal loving staff, the staff today which were 2 uninterested bored girls looked like they were best suited to working at KFC. I won't be back to this Petbarn.

The girls and team at Pet Barn Woollongabba in particular Natalie and Megan have been so helpful they truly care about the animals and fish they re home and their knowledge is outstanding! I started looking to set up a tank after many years of not caring for a fish and wanted an Elephant Ear Betta. As I was doing research, I had lots of questions whilst starting up my tank the team at Woollongabba are so helpful and assisted me in every way possible. I highly recommend this Pet Barn Store to anyone needing information on their pet's care. Thanks for your help, Harold is enjoying his new tank :)

Staff were very good and friendly. Cannot fault there at all. The car park out back is quite small which probably isnt a huge surprise given the location. I found the range of products to be quite lack lustre however and had nothing that I was after; range of cat towers was limited, didn't stock the kitty litter trays I needed, nor the wet or dry cat food I was after. Was fairly disappointing and probably won't return purely because of the product range - I could have avoided this myself though by checking the website prior to going in.

Usually always fantastic however there is a new member of staff I encountered this week who had less customer service skills than a woolies self checkout machine and the personality to math . I did think she may have entered a standing coma at one point due to any lack of movement, acknowledgment or speech. Fair play to all the other staff who are nothing but friendly, knowledgable and helpful, but wherever you found this one, send em back, would rather queue and wait for 30 mins than have to deal with that little bundle of joy again.

Very impressed with the help I got from the lovely tall guy on Sunday 10th Nov, he was very kind and compassionate as I was very worried about my kitten who showed symptoms of a UTI. He showed me a great product for UTI relief specifically for cats, and it worked! My kitten seemed to recover within an hour of dosage. So grateful for the store to be open and for staff to be so accommodating and non-judgemental. Thanks Pet Barn

The price is affordable, the service attitude of the staff is very good, tell me some knowledge, introduce a lot of products, and come to buy next time. Great Petbarn store they have everything you need for pets. I needed a crate for my puppy Schnitzel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful good customer service means a lot to me. I had to return the crate in exchange for the next size up Maya (apologies if I spelt your name wrong)had assembled it for me which was great. 5⭐ Petbarn Woolloongabba will definitely return

Great store here, not usually too busy. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks heaps to Hayden for noticing I'd bought some food recently and asked if there was an issue and told me about the refund policy for pet food. I came back again and got store credit for a different type of food with no issues at all. Small things like this make a big difference. Thanks :)

Lovely and knowledgeable staff, always up for a chat and full of great advice, reason for the 4 star is that sadly their advice is often where to find what I'm after elsewhere as they just don't stock a large range, especially for rodents! They could really do (and this goes for the entire chain as well) with beefing up their stock on things other than cats and dogs.

Interactions with staff have been excellent - When my animal needs were more niche they were honest and gave recommendations how to proceed (not selling me on a compromise I did not wish to risk) and for a start up to introduce a new family member they have a great range and friendly advice and their genuine enthusiasm for customers makes it all the more positive.

Worst customer service. Rang to advise of an issue with product bought, staff could care less. Honestly was so surprised how little she cared. For a customer who shops there and at pet barn in general frequently, it’s so disappointing. Called head office and got some generic ‘sorrys’. Many other pet shops who will happily take our business. Do better pet barn.

I needed some socks for my beloved old dog of seventeen years. We rang the store and a gentleman very kindly put the only pairs he had, aside for me. Upon arriving at the store, he answered all my questions about dog bickies for old dogs and was very kind, helpful and friendly. I am sorry I didn't get his name as his customer service was truelly excellent.

The staff were super friendly, super knowledgeable and took time to listen to my puppy's problems. They had multiple solutions without making me feel like I was asking silly questions and didn't make the transaction feel like I was being pressured into a sale. I'll happily go back there, they even invited me to bring my puppy ☺️ …

great shop and friendly and helpful staff. This was aour local Petbarn before me moved and we loved taking our dog here for a bath. He was always spoilt and often got a treat from the team when he was all clean. Always felt welcome and occasionally will go out of our way to go back for supplies!

It's a small shop, my problem was stock on the wall was messy and not maintained. There was even an empty box on the wall obviously shoplifted product. And this was just as the shop opened, this should of been cleaned up and maintained either at closing the day before or before opening.

I go to this Pet Barn for all of my pet supplies. Parking can be difficult on weekdays but is usually fine on the weekend. They have a pleasantly large range of products and they have been helpful when I needed assistance. Pets are welcome in the store and many people bring their dogs.

The staff were lovely and super knowledgeable. I had so many questions for them about my cat and they took the time to answer all of them and even help me pick out the best cat food for him as well as other products. Overall it was the absolute best experience i had at a pet store!!

Ok. Overcharged for one item. In store sale price was not registering in their computer so charged full price. Inconvenient to go back to the store, won't process a refund over the phone. Just check your receipt before you leave. One girl who served me was really nice.

Absolute worst experience you can have in a pet store. First told (by inexperienced staff) a fish will live in an aquarium, then when it starts killing other fish, they won't take it back. Annerly aquariums a few minutes away provide over 30 years of experience.

Make sure you find the carpark, makes the shopping process so much easier as parking along Logan Rd is impossible. Range of products is great. Really friendly and helpful staff. Make sure you sign up, the member benefits are great. Also a dog hydrobath inside.

After sitting at the bar and enjoying our drinks, we were told our table for two was ready. We shared the Eukanuba for Two, and it was delicious. For desert we had tinned fish with brine sauce. A bit pricey, but ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for a couples date night!

Pretty great store - friendly and always give my dog treats. They price match also. I gave only 4 stars because when i have a discount voucher they won't allow price matching to their website which i think is silly. It can mean a $40 difference sometimes.

Great location with street parking and a few on-site parking spots out back. This store is a bit smaller than the other Petbarns but it still has a great variety of products and stock. Easy to swing by on the way home to pick up things for the doggo

Staff very friendly. Pricing is a bit all over the place and they appear to be jacked up in order to "discount" them for members, the staff are happy to apply member discounts when you're a regular anyway. The foster kittens are always cute to see :)

Staff are so helpful. The range of products is vast. Petbarn have a huge range of collars, leads, clothes and toys for dogs and cats. Ask to join their rewards program which links into the Greencross Vets and offers rewards for Greencross visits.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff ! These guys are great ! Heaps of products for dogs, cats and fish here. Make sure your dog is leashed. The staff members are animals lovers and will pamper your pet with a few treats if you're lucky ;)

Friendly staff, usually always have the things we need, DIY dog wash which is $10 a use but if you’re a member of their loyalty program you get a free one every year + $$ and discounts. It is difficult to contact them via phone.

Small store, geared towards dog/cat owners, assumedly living in nearby apartments. Smaller ranges for fish and other pets. Staff were lovely but ultimately the store didn’t have what we needed and parking was a nightmare.

Engaging team, plenty for cats and dogs. The Aquarium sections leaves much to be desired. Being so close to smaller inner city homes & apartments you'd expect a better aquarium offering. A plant system would be great.

I highly recommend to get the membership, I went to buy some toys and I only paid 3 dollars due to the point that I had earned. Friendly staff, huge variety of products. They have car parking at the back of the shop.

We have another pet barn & competitors which are closer to home but we go out of our way to shop here. Nicest staff, always helpful and up for a chat, they make it a fun and nice shopping experience.

There is a pet stock near my home but i go out of my way to go to Pet Barn because its definitely cheaper. Its worth becoming a member because i get a discount every time i buy food for my cat.

Conveniently located with a great range of pet products to keep my pooch, feed, watered, clean and without boredom. Plus there’s an in store dog wash too! I love bringing my dog in here.

It is quite small. And the stock for cat stuff is very limited. But the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is quite a large variety of different dog and cat foods available.

A good general pet shop. I am more of a fish shop kind of guy but I appreciate the petbarn slice of the market. Lady was helpful and patient while we picked out a fish tank.

Car park is at the back. Friendly staff and knowledgeable about mixing which fish with fish. I now have a Betta fighting fish with 2 little albino catfish in the same tank.

Has everything I need for my pomeranian Shiba. It's a smaller store but has food, treat and a DIY dog wash pre pay station inside for $10 a wash. Convenient and nice staff
