Overnight employee was amazingly helpful, clear spoken and as accommodating and polite as he could be under such horrible working conditions. Unfortunate that upper management saw no issue with the speaker system being broken, making courteous service impossible. Combine that with both washrooms remaining out of order for well over 3 hours and this could be mistaken as a disastrous review of the overnight clerk who was stuck working alone with far to many professional obstacles to overcome for just one man. His thorough explanation of his managers uncaring and spend thrift attitude to these and many other issues, shed light on why this Petro Canada is simply a Petro Cannot this morning of July 15th.

I was working in the area and needed to use the bathroom, now I work in road construction and my boots were covered in oil so I took them off. I asked the lady if I could use their bathroom, more than happy to buy something on the way out and she refused with an unfriendly tone. I understand the no shoes no shirt no service policy but everywhere else I have been, they are overly happy that I took my soiled shoes off and didn't track the fresh oil everywhere. I'm very disappointed in this location and will never come here for any services ever again.

You call this place a business? Young employees were very unprofessional, cursing and using vulgar language in front of customers, always goofing around at the till. I saw a young gentleman pay for gas and they charged him wrong and when he addressed it they ganged up on him and laughed making jokes about him being broke. It was disgusting to watch. Please remove these bullies and fix your broken debit machines, if you want actual ambassadors hire people who are mature and professional. From now on I will be taking my business elsewhere!

I had a fantastic experience at this gas station thanks to Bavneet, the cashier. He went above and beyond to assist me during my visit. Bavneet was not only polite and friendly but also very knowledgeable about their products and services. He patiently answered all my questions and even helped me find the best deals on car wash . His exceptional customer service made my stop here a pleasant one. I highly recommend this gas station, and Bavneet's excellent service is a big reason why I'll be returning in the future. Worst customer service ever!!! I had some issues with my points card not activated and I found out a week later and I come down to the same place I got my points card from and VIKRAM did not care at all. He said he can check the recording of who gave me the unactivated points card but he can only check one day. Vikram was on his phone while working, wow what an amazing customer service. Very rude !This is the worst place and worst staff . Unbelievable VIKRAM

I got hired here. after 2days of my training the owner texted me not to come for training anymore because other employee is coming back for a vacation as her excuse for firing me but i knew she already know that i am pregnant! and i knew who told them that i am pregnant! So disappointing! You guys discriminate my ability though im pregnant! Anyway Goodluck! but Stop Discriminating people!

Went through the vehicle wash and it did thousands of dollar in paint damage to my brand new truck. The kid working told me it's not his problem and to come back in the morning. I informed him I am a paramedic being deployed to help fight the forest fires and can't come back in the morning as I'll be gone, he told me he doesn't care. I can't believe my brand new truck is ruined!

Thieves! I paid $30.00 at the pump and the transaction was processed but it did not let me fill up and the error said see Cashier. When I went in I was told it didn't go through and the cashier made me pay again. After getting a notification, I went in again to show the cashier I was charged twice, they just denied having charged me. Stay away from such unethical businesses.

Went to buy a 90 day car wash pass . Total was $208.95 and I have the cashier $220. I was on my cell phone during the transaction. The cashier gave me $2.05 back and I told him,” I gave you $220 where is the rest of my change?” He opens his till and gives the the rest of the change of $10. Very disappointed and dishonest as he was well aware that he shorted me $10

Their car wash is just good for name. For the most expensive car wash option your car will come out full of soap in the roof. It doesn't rinse well. The store manager told me it's my car roof style. Then I noticed few other cars also having soap in roof dropping down windows. They should fix it instead of blaming it to cars body style and model.

Car-wash does not work well. It’s broken 5-6 times in a month. When asked inside the guy at front desk does not know when it will be fixed and did not apologized even once. Will not buy monthly wash-pack again. At pump, supplies like windshield washer and paper towels are usually out too. Bad service.

This place is not only for gas. You are able to get last minute items like milk, bread, frozen pizza, juice, pop, junk food, and there's A & W in store for that burger craving even if you didn't have it before you came. The minute you step inside the smell hits you and your mouth starts watering lol.

I went for a car wash. There was bit soap on my car after the wash so i parked my car outside and started wiping it. One of their staff came out from the store (East Indian lady), apologized and gave me a free car wash ticket to re use the facility. Impressive! Thank you for going above and beyond.

Be careful when fueling, prices at pump don't match the big sign make often than not. They run out of diesel often with no signage. The windshield squeegy water bucket is always empty. This location is my last resort stop and literally every time I use it, I'm reminded why I don't like going here.

I went to their convenience store because I was wanted some ice cream, the first one that I picked up was expired in 2020. There were a lot of ice creams that were expired. I highly recommend to check the expiry date before buying anything.

Used to be good. But a bad bad customer service , guy named Sandeep such a rude person, bought a car wash online tried to get in something was wrong and it didn't worked, being a customer who paid the amount and didn't got the service it

Love this location. The attached A&W is great. The fuel stations are well placed and there are typically enough that you don't have to wait for a fill. They also have diesel, which is a plus for those driving that sort of vehicle.

I come here often for energy drinks and they never have different flavours, it's all the boring gross ones and original flavors. There's always a deal on them, but wish they had more flavors. It's always busy, especially for gas.

Poor customer service .. can not reissue the another car wash .. Garbage washing station even .. can not even wash from back side of the car .. Scratches the entire car as well.. Very poor way to run the business

Called in to get the price of diesel so I could plan my morning. And the fella decides to say he can’t tell me the price over the phone. Called shell across the street and they had no issue at all.

They are very slow. I don't like dealing here around afternoon. If you want to pay you better tap your card on the pump rather than coming inside and pay.

Staff was nice however their car wash wasn’t the best , my car didn’t get fully cleaned, my bottom bumper and trunk door was still dirty after the wash.

This location is often first to raise its price on Ellerslie. Be cateful, sometimes it is worth the drive down Ellerie to another gas station.

Not very helpful staff. They treat you like they are doing a favour by having a shop there. Travel further down ellerslie to get to the 7/11.

What kind of store is this? When you say it’s 24 hours you put a sign it will open at 4:00 A.M. Just Close the store then!
