Great store, has a taste of everything, dog training, pets for sale and good prices on foods and toys for pets. The staff are passionate and very helpful. They didn't stock the food in the quantity we buy, but they ordered it in specially for us. We signed up as a regular patron to take advantage of the loyal customer prices. Great people with good prices and we love supporting local community businesses. All round win

The most friendly and efficient staff. Love the delivery option. We live about an hours drive from them. What really confirmed all of the above was when I did not have cash and wanted to run to the ATM but was advised by the delivery guys that I could make an online payment at any time and use the invoice number as proof. They left the food and left. Woooow. Kudos to all for an amazing service.

Great place to go for basically everything, the prices are better than any other pet store/shop. The staff are always friendly and very helpful and always give good advice. They also have a dog training school so if you are interested, give then a go. But overall really a great place, and will go there first when ever im in need of something.

What a great "one size fits all" space for dogs especially. Although there are also birds in store and cat paraphernalia too. Buy pet food, toys, treats, leads, harnesses, etc. all at one location. Take your pooch for training, grooming, supervised stay over, the works. Best dog grooming experience to date for my adult dog.

My pet also gets a letter in the post to let us know when her next immunization is scheduled for. They also have a mini pet store and grooming parlor right next door which is quite convenient. Lovely service. I've been getting my dog's food here for about a year now. The staff are always happy, they greet you and assist with any questions every time. I also appreciate that staff help carry your heavy food out to your car so I can send my wife to collect it if needed.
