We are really glad with their service , the personal-as far as I have experienced- speak german, english and french. One is also via email very well attended ( so far I have written them in english) so I cannot complain about it at all. Also on their premises, it is very well organized and even in this vey complex period they prepared and fix many things inside in order fir everyone to respect their distances. Also , von mir aus ich kann es diese Apotheke bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen! Weiter so!

Nicht zu empfehlen!!! Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin, sie sprach weder Deutsch noch Luxemburgisch, Englisch hat sie auch nicht verstanden nur Französisch. Sie hat sich mein Rezept nicht mal genau angeguckt und sagte mir direkt sie hat das alles nicht. Dabei handelte es sich um Vitamin D, Omega 3, Vitamin C… Standart Vitamine halt. Danach bei einer anderen Apotheke konnte man mir alles geben und ich wurde normal bedient.

Service de vente très aimable mais les prix en parapharmacie sont indécents. A titre d'example, l'huile anti colique pour bébé disponible ailleurs pour EUR 6.90, y est vendue pour EUR 16.20. Quand ces marges exorbitantes sont signalées au propriétaire, il devient désobligeant et menaçant. Cette approche commerciale est très court termiste car bien évidemment on n'a plus l'intention de revenir. C'est bien dommage.

I agree with all the other negative reviews that this pharmacy charges unjustifiably high prices. I bought a small 30ml tube of Embryolisse from them for 30€, when all other pharmacy charged €10! Just don’t go there at all. There are several pharmacies within minutes walking distances, so there really is no need to go there.

They charge you ~ 21 euros for an antigen COVID test and do it poorly! I had symptoms, went in for a test, and the pharmacist barely pushed the probe inside my nose... the test turned out negative. Later the same day, I did a PCR at a proper lab, and it turned out positive. Do not waste your money here!

Tried to cheat on expiration dates of a expensive pronatal vitamins which is expensive and also not covered under any insurance. Pharmacy mentioned over the box 4/2020 is the expiry & on the medicine strip it said 10/2020, be careful when you buy.

Hier gibt es ein sehr vollständiges Programm homöopathischer Medikamente. Sehr zentral gelegen, in einer Fußgängerzone. Parkplätze gibt es keine. Rollstuhlfreundlich. Kompetente Beratung.freundlich.

Si pharmacie d’urgence s’abstenir…1h30 de queue sans faire un soupçon d’effort pour accélérer ! Imaginez vous avec un enfant malade dans les bras (pas notre cas), le top !

Personelle désagréable que ce soit en face ou par téléphone, contredit les ordonnance de médecin ,vous payer des médicaments qui sont mis comme gratuit avec papier
