And by the way - you can also order online. And they will prepare all for you. You just need to scan prescription (or if you known like me send request by email)

The staff is not very friendly. It's more like being in a shop that wants to sell you expensive stuff rather than helping you with your medication. Also the waiting line is chaotic, you never know if it's your turn or the person who was hidden behind the shelf. If there was another pharmacy nearby I would never come back.

I don't understand where all the negative feedback comes from. I went on a Friday, around 3pm, and altough there weren't a lot of parking spaces (tram is nearby, however), the wait wasnt long and they have a ticket station. There were 8 desks opened simultaneously and the service was excellent.

I came here to write my review and was shocked by the number of negative reviews to this pharmacy. What I saw there was a nice and helpful team, multilingual, ready to help. I am very happy from the service and I highly recommend it.

The service is decent, although not particularly friendly or enthusiastic. It mostly has everything you need. Sometimes they want to replace by doctor prescribed drug with their preferred option without telling you.
