They are very rude station. They do not help no one out at all. They come out like they know everything. So that is why I give them a one-star rating my dad is a diabetic and they came out and act like they did not care for his need what so ever. I live right down the street from this station number 10 so they know my family and my family knows them real well.

There was a small fire burning next to a business just off the freeway and because it's cold they didn't want to respond. When I tried to explain the situation the dispatcher didn't wanna hear it. Talk about reliable first responders. Good thing Arizona isn't a DRY state or anything!!!
