Today I had the pleasure of dining at Piccolo Me in Rydlemere, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The first thing that struck me was the impeccable service provided by the employee Sarin. Sarin went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Their attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were impressive. Sarin took the time to explain various dishes and made excellent recommendations based on my preferences. Their friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for their job added an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit. Now, let's talk about the food. I opted for the smashed avo, and it was a true delight. The dish was beautifully presented, with the vibrant green avocados perfectly mashed on a slice of crusty, soft, brown sourdough bread. The avocados were incredibly fresh and creamy, and the addition of tangy feta cheese, zesty lemon, and a sprinkle of leaf flakes elevated the flavors to new heights. Each bite was a delightful explosion of textures and tastes that left me craving more. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it an ideal spot for both casual and intimate dining. The attention to detail in the decor added a touch of sophistication to the atmosphere without feeling overly formal. Went in to order a late lunch and the young girl had trouble sorting out what I wanted - seemed confused when I was trying to order the mushroom omelette - thought I didn't want mushrroms, so that wasted a good few minutes. When the order finally went through to the kitchen at 2:30:56pm I was told the kitchen closes at 2:30pm - sorry! How to annoy a local customer So I cancelled my $31.20 order and don't intend to return for some time. Very poor customer service and a good way to loose a local regular for order being 56 secs late because of the young girl serving. BTW I'm still waiting for the refund to hit my account. Not happy

Ordered for delivery via their app, app said delivery in 18-24 mins and then got another notification saying your order will be picked up by a dasher and delivered in another 20 minutes. Food arrived cold and soggy hashbrowns, order 2 - one was unseasoned, other one so drenched in oil it left oil marks on my platform. Can't even contact anyone for a refund in this case as I didn't order through doordash. Wouldn't recommend their delivery option at all.

Excellent food & coffee however incredibly disappointed to be charged a "10% Sunday surcharge". The issue is not in the money but the fact the surcharge is not stated anywhere, not on the menu or at the counter, it is just added on at the register, the staff don't mention it either. Only after I asked why I was charged $5 for nothing was I informed of the surcharge. Also, I assume all staff working are getting full sunday penalty rates, if you are charging a surcharge to customers. If not I'd be questioning why you are charging extra for no reason!!

Very nice cafe with both outdoor and indoor seating space. Had a riding trip to this cafe with friends on a Sunday morning and the service was amazing. All five of us had coffees twice as it was so nicely done. Food portion was also sumptuous. Great value for money! Keep up the good work guys and will surely visit again. Cheers

Ordered super smash bros with scrambled eggs and 1 hash brown. Only received a pile of eggs, with no seasoning, one piece of toast cut in half and my hash brown under the pile of eggs which had become soft. 0/10 fed to my dogs Definitely not worth $26.90

Paid for brekky and left without eating. The toasted croissant came cold and when I sent it back, the same one returned, microwaved. No service attitude and borderline arrogant when dealing with unsatisfied customers.

Nice little place to have breakfast after a morning walk. Coffee is excellent.

Fantastic from my first step in the door, staff were friendly and nice. Lovely location only. Cheesecake puffs were amazing and i need more with fresh strawberries too.
