Good day,,i did visited your shop tonight around 9:45pm i was in need and staving for some drinks and food, the type of service which was in shop sacs a lot, no customer service no communication,,i bought my drinks ,fruits,deserts, when i went to the food section i waited for almost 20 minutes without being served ,they was no one on the food section,,and they were two ladies standing behind the tills doing nothing but they did not manage to help me as they saw me standing on the food section, they helped me when i asked them if its closed on the food section,, maybe thus how you trained them to operate in that way but remember we choose to be your customers and spend our little money with you ,but you decided to treat us in that way . you service is poor and terrible .

I've been purchasing from this pick n pay express for several years. This branch has had a lovely revamp and new staff. However! Can the owner/ manager please educate their canteen staff about HYGIENE!!! staff speak over your open food, cough in their hands and then touch your food again, absolutely disgusting. I know who the owner is if you have not taken the time to read this review. Please do, as I do often see you pop into your store and I will have to speak to you in person then.

The service level and quality of the food coming from the Wild Bean Cafe leaves much to be desired. Out of stock items is common-place. Dirty food serving area. (Look under the bain-maries!!!) I had a Big Cheese this morning.....The sausage was clearly "off" and cold and the drowning of tomato sauce was just terrible. Please investigate and make amends or I will post the next complaint elsewhere. The friendliness does NOT make up for poor quality and out-of-stock items.

The place only had quarter chicken and pies. They made fresh fried chips for us Got 3 coffees I'd say the kitchen is understaffed, therefore no selection of food available This is a garage and you get what's available to you. No complaints about the kitchen staff at all. MaNaGeMenT be a little more pro active you have everything there already!

The food at the take away counter always looks fresh. The people behind the counter always give good friendly service and are not afraid to to a little extra to satisfy a customer. When I am in the city and have to stop for a snack I go out of my way to come here!

Where does it go wrong when you're the only person at the counter wanting to order a coffee and 1 assistant busy pretending to wipe the counter while the other one is leaning against the cupboard pretending not to be there! Never a positive experience.

The cafe food is pretty bad, the coffees aren’t bad. Nothing very special about this place but a solid garage quick shop stop for sure. The staff were friendly and the service was pretty quick. I will definitely be coming back here again.

Money was stolen from me here! BEWARE. The woman on the checkpoint made me swipe my card twice because the ‘fist time it didn’t work’ and I was charged twice. Despite 4 emails to the location I have had no response. THIEVES!!

The staff very unfriendly,the bathroom is not equiped well,i asked for toilet paper ,no one was willing assist ,

If you like healthy food then that's maybe not the place but you can find good food for extremely cheap
