They totally ignored my allergy restrictions despite putting notes on the order. It was $70 for two pizzas that I had to throw in the bin. When I called to ask why they hadn’t read my notes and allergic restrictions they pretended that they hadn’t received them and would not do anything about it. Expensive over rated poor quality pizza and really bad service Thanks for your response Pizzarazzi it would be really nice if that was the case but it isn't. I rang you that evening and asked you to fix your mistake and you flatly refused and were quiet rude about it. The notes are include on all of the UIber dockets at the bottom of the order. Someone either missed the notes or did not bother to read them and to compound the issues you blamed the customer - that's were the no service comment comes in. Good service means acknowledging and fixing your mistakes. It ok I wont be ordering from Pizzarazzi ever again ;(

I'm sorry what? I spent the last 2 weeks or so dropping hints to friends that I wanted to know what pizza places in town were the best, not one of them referenced this place. This easily beats any I've tried so far bang for buck. Short of getting super fancy with dough and a proper woodfire oven this place has them all licked. Large satay chicken with extra toppings $22 via uber eats. Yes, please. Ingredients are fresh and well-dispersed. Flavour is there. Greek lamb was delicious. Highly recommended. Seen some pretty poor reviews of this spot on Google Reviews. Not sure why and had to speak up. My experience has been excellent.

Although we had a couple of good experience with them in the past, in this branch and Clarence St branch, this time we ordered 2 pizzas and went home in 4 minutes as we live close by, the two pizzas were dry, overcooked and didn’t look or taste good at all. The worst part is, we contacted Pizzarazzi to tell them about our experience, their reply was “ we couldn’t do anything thing about that apart from apologises “ Actually their reply was worse than the pizzas.

I ordered 2 pizzas from Uber eats and to be honest; they were disgusting. The pizza was overly cooked and all the toppings were melted into one with the cheap cheese. The pizza had one color; dark red. The base on my pizza was supposed to be with pesto so I don’t understand what you guys did. It was truly horrible. I didn’t even finish one slice and my boyfriend just literally threw up. I’m always disappointed when I order from Pizzarazzi. This was definitely the last time. Ew.

I wandered in with two friends on a Friday night, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible aroma of baking pizza. The restaurant was filling up quickly (it was almost 7:00 pm but we managed to snag a table. A very average pizza joint similar in nature to Dominos or Pizzahut. I think one of the best things about it is that it is open relatively late but if you actually wanted good pizza, probably should consider something else. Pricing was a bit more expensive but the wait time was pretty good.

Staying in Sandy Bay for work and ordered a large pizza and Greek salad for pick up. On arrival both were ready (7 mins) and staff very friendly. Now for the pizza...excellent! Cooked perfectly, very tasty and toppings generous. I ordered a large and it was huge. I only managed to eat half and that's from a person who can normally eat a large in one sitting. The salad was also large and very nice. Overall I highly recommend getting pizza from here.

So disappointing, we ordered delivery from sandy bay and were told the wait would be 45 minutes. After close to 45 minutes we got a call asking us to confirm our order, so they hadn't even started to make the pizza yet! After another 45 minutes our pizza arrived, cold and half cooked with no explanation or apology. We were starving and it was barely edible. I have never left a review of any kind before but felt compelled too in this case sadly.

Asked if they had halal options. Guy at the counter told us that they did have halal. Ordered Peri Peri Chicken Pizza and it was an absolute delight. The dough and the overall flavor were amazing. Would definitely come here again.

Their pizzas are great even when eaten cold (leftovers). The crust is at good thickness and not soggy, the sauce is at a good ratio, even the simple mushroom pizza is great. Delivery service is also good. I just did not like their chicken wings, but everything else is good.

Average to poor quality pizza joint. Level quality with dominos, just a different range.

The staff are always lovely. The pizza is always great tasting and generously topped. I found the website slightly difficult to navigate but once I got the hang off it, it was an easy way to order. Now it just needs a live tracker!

Third try ordering at the Howrah branch and even after asking for a thin crisp base, we still got a thick soggy breadlike crust. Is there no one in Hobart who can do a proper thin base Italian style pizza.

Absolute attrociuos service at Margate. 2 hours to get an order correctly filled & one pizza half cooked! Tried to support local food business. Staff thrown to the wolves. Thank God for Bugsie's!

Very welcoming stuffs. I would give them 4.5 star. Taste is good. They give enough stuffing on pizza. Little bit expensive but compared to other Tasmanian resturant it is ok. Over all very good.

Beautiful pizza as usual, however the salad sides were old and disappointing. Had to ring direct to order as website said couldn't deliver to the area, despite using many times before.

I kind of feel like pizza but I'm just not really satisfied with this place enough to want to go back. I wish there was a place like Local Pizza nearby, that's place does good pizza.

I wouldn't say they have the absolutely best pizza in the region but the veggie pesto is a top notch choice for vegetarians. Would happily skip the meat for it every time.
