5 years ago I bought my first car(second hand 07 reg), a silver ford fiesta and brought it to this garage. There was an elderly Sikh gentleman at the reception, I asked him to carry out a full service and change anything that he found wrong with the car. I handed him the keys and walked away. I was a little worried as I did not know what bill I would get and he could claim n number of things are wrong with my car. I got a call and the Sikh gentleman told me that nothing was wrong with my car and he has carried out a full service. I really admired his honesty. People like Guru Nanak and Guru Govind Singh would die for honesty and integrity so I see where he is coming from. Since the last 5 years I have been visiting this garage and have always had a good service from them. Recently I crashed my Ford Fiesta and have bought an old 200k+ mileage Lexus, and took this car to the garage, the elderly Sikh gentleman is no longer there but a younger man was there at reception, I handed him the keys to my lexus(asking him to check/fix if anything wrong and asked him to carry out a full service) and was worried about a large bill as it is an old and high milege car. After a few hours I got a call saying these is nothing wrong with the car however they have carried out a full service. So the people may have changed at the reception, but the honesty and integrity is still there. RESPECT.

my car had been mot'd recently here which has been serviced in this garage recently . First of all the mot failed due to the fixes that would have been taken care in the service however this was not serviced properly in the first place. When I confronted this to these guys and said I dont want to fix these things here as I feel the amount is extremely high and wanted to move my car from the garage they had pulled my break pipes which as in a very good working condition when I left here . Avoid these guys they are big cheat

Very Good and Honest people. I went there for a full service and MOT. The elderly man at the reception sugested i get a MOT done first and my MOT passed as well without any problems. I went for a full service but they suggested i get an Interim service as i don't use my car very much which cost me less. The elderly man at the reception was very nice and helpful at giving advice and could tell he had honesty which im happy about. They treat they customers nicely. I would definately recommend them and would use them again.

They are very good people. My car was making a noise& they could not hear it on test driving. They refused to do guesswork, checked it for free& advised to bring it at the time when the noise was continous to the point of being heard more frequently. As a woman, my fear is having garages do unneccesary repairs just to get money off me, but this garage has been faur, considerate & if anything goes wrong, they investigate thoroughly.

Call up day before I came to get my car service asking for the price and they say £180 then when I did came next morning the guy say £180. Few hours when my car was ready one of the old guy work in receptions charge me £185. I know is only £5 extra but that quite cheeky. If you gonna do business do it right and be honest with the price I Don’t mind paying a bit extra but that was not right.Because of that I won’t return again.

Went there to fix my puncher tyre . Took nearly one hour while I’m waiting . Not even that busy . Staffs are too busy chatting each other while I’m waiting . Even though staffs knows that customer wait they can’t be bothered to do it but faster . Changing tyre is one of the easiest job for mechanic. Maximum only take 20min to changing it . Management need to have a look on this . Apparat from this all the services are good .

Couldn't source parts, welded a new cat to exhaust and removed flanges (causing damages to my £500 manifold and £700 exhaust), poor workmanship, overcharged labour, poor documentation no details whatsoever, no mileage tracking, overtightened lugnuts so left me stranded on the road, wouldn't recommend as they provided no quality assurance. Removed old parts (cat converter) and when asked to return they don't know where it is

I had body work done at Francis Body Repairs, the workshop is at the back. They were very professional, straight forward and honest. I have been there twice, and both times I was surprised with the bill, as they charged only a fraction of what I was quoted else where. I hope I never have to go to a body work garage again, but if I have to, Francis Body Repairs will be first choice.

A really friendly and hugely helpful bunch of dudes who were very kind to squeeze in an inspection of my car after I was told by an AA guy that the car may have an oil leak. It turns out it didn't, but they nevertheless were professional, helpful, speedy and extremely generous to take a look without charge. So yes, I'll definitely be bringing my car in for it's next service here.

Speedy service at a reasonable price. I've been in 3 times for various issues with my car. Each time they have resolved the issue on the same day with no up front booking required. I would recommend calling ahead of dropping the car off - but they are honest about availability before you leave your car. Great service all around.

Very spacious garage considering its location right next to the high street. The people were very kind and generous with their time given the fact that we just drove in there to have our car checked. I can't comment on what it is like to have any significant work done, but I was very impressed with what I did experience.

My first time using this garage. Happy with the price, staff are very nice too. I just have 1 advice to pass on you guys. Please invest In plastic seat cover, when i got home, I had black dotted stains on the back of my jeans and my top which is refusing to come off. Other than that.... Thank you for you service.

Fast efficient service, good communication, reasonable costs and same day appointments. Customer experience could be improved by leaving interior of customer vehicle in same clean condition as it arrived but overall not a major issue considering they get the job done.

I paid to change the brake fluid, the coolant and power steering fluid. I provided all the liquid, they took them, and did not do the job. just change the liquids in the reservoir. great honest job, well done.... just avoid them.

Plumstead Garages are good. They investigated why the boot of my car wouldn't open after 3 body work garages couldn't!

AVOID, they steal parts from your car and charge you to replace them. They will fail your MOT just to charge you more.
