I don't use automatic car washes but, I decided to try this one on a whim. I went through this car wash on May 5. While in the wash, someone reversed into my front bumper. The person claimed the person infront of them hit their brakes. When I got out of the wash and spoke to the attendant on duty, she took a statement and said management would contact me within 48 hours after reviewing their video surveillance. I wasn't contacted. I called three days after the incident and the attendant took my information and said someone would call me. I called again on the seventh day after the incident, the exact same thing happened again. I called two more times during the following week and as expected, no one has returned my call. I can understand the car wash not being responsible for a driver making an error inside of their car wash. I can't understand why they won't help getting the video surveillance. I find it extremely unprofessional for a business to not respond to a customer with many attempts on the customer's side to contact them. Especially under these circumstances. I work locally out of the area and will continue to inform people about this business. UPDATE- One week later (May 26) and I haven't heard anything from management. I called today and someone picked up the phone and immediately hung it up. I thought it was an accident at first and I called back only to have it ring once and then my call declined. I waited a few minutes and tried calling again to have the call screened after a couple rings. My next call was blocked. Management is absolutely aware of the situation and is refusing by action to even speak to me about this. This is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. I simply would like video footage to see who's at fault for this and they have completely dodged me from the start about this. Very unprofessional and I want people to be aware so that no one else has to have this happen to them.

I just came to the carwash and signed up for a monthly plan. my car came out of the wash still covered in soap because there's no high pressure rinse. They sent me thru again with just a quick wash.. same thing happened again. I asked for my money back and to cancel the membership I had just signed up for 5 min prior and they said no. laughed in my face and basically told me they weren't going to do anything about it. The girl just kept smiling and making a face like I was being dramatic. I told her it was incredibly unprofessional and rude and she just continued doing it. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated at a business. They could see all the soap left on my car and still did nothing about it!!! Wouldn't even give me a straight answer of how and when I could speak to the owner.

STAY FAR AWAY! They will not Honor pre paid wash tickets sold by the gas station. THE TICKETS DO NOT HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE PRINTED. The attendant refused to accept the pre paid tickets and the sent my truck though the wash with no soap OR WATER!! My truck is now heavily scratched. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SHADY BUSINESS UPDATE This is not a spam review. Have the owner contact me. The gas station has my phone number. I will be perusing action against this business for the damages caused to my vehicle as a result of the negligence of their staff.

I have been here before and I had no problem. I came a second time to sign up for a rim lovers package. The app wouldn't work so the attendant gave me his PDA to sign up there. He then spotted that I had a little rust on the bottom of my car and that I couldn't go through the wash. I told him that I have been over before and he said Sorry. He then wanted to give me a sales pamphlet? Are you serious? Not a good way to run a business. I've never had a problem at other car washes so I will give them my business.

I paid for the premium was and left the lot for 10 mins Noticed my truck was not washed properly came back The attendant told me I got it dirty in the 10 mins I left there was mud all in the wheel wells running boards and the trunk Refused to re was the vehicle I got upset and told them that was wrong He got on his phone and started yelling. At me Told me to get in my car now if i want a wash a re-wash this is the worst car wash around. Rude very rude

Not worth your money. First of all their 10 step process is not worth it. Gives no better clean then the regular soap and rinse and just ends up blowing through your time. Second of all the price per minute of water is very high. The free vacuum advertising is completely misleading and only applies if you pay an exorbitant amount for their drive through car wash. Otherwise it is $5 to use. $5!! Most car washes are $1. Absolutely will not be back.

It seems to have new owners as the car wash has new washing machines inside. But the price is doubled to what it was before. From 6 to 12 for a basic wash. It was ok but the wheels were not even touched. It seems you have to pay extra for the wheels. I can see it if you want a polish or detailed but not even touched at all. See pics. Free vacuum is a nice touch but I would rather have my wheels somewhat clean. Also the vehicle is a Volvo SUV.

Went thru the car wash I got the premium car wash package and just drove off but when I stepped out of my car 3 mins down the street I noticed my car was still dirty... needless to say I went back to inform the employee.... he argued with me for 15 mins and called me a lier and yelled at me before giving me another car wash to clean my car.... I actually still had soap on my car, and wheels.

Around $22 monthly and you can wash your car here daily and use the vacuums too. Used the car wash yest and it is good. The blowers are not very effective and car is mostly wet when it comes out of the car wash. This location does not have a garage and detailing services like other Popular car wash locations. Vacuums are powerful. Overall, good and cheap option for cash wash

Was offered a freewash. , went through the lava shine wash and it was outstanding. I would totally go through this car wash again as well as by a monthly pass. The car looked brand new and as I am writing this review. Two days later the car including the tires still is shining. Highly recommended . also free vacuums!! The attendant was super friendly and welcoming too !!

I was very happy when I found out about the new car wash deal and I took it, unfortunately I won’t be recommending this to anybody cause today I went there for a wash when I came out I found to many scratches on my car front, back and on the side as well. I was so disappointed and I showed the guy who’s working there. I wish I could upload the photos if had an option.

Don’t waste your money, paid full the highest price full service package (lava wash) and left with a dirty car. Streaks and water spots on all glass, bumpers still had lots of dirt, not even half the bug splatter was removed, and the car was not at all dry. Seems like they put us through a quick wash maybe, not sure, either way paid $20 and left with a dirty car.

Do not get the tire shine from here, it goes all over your rims and stains them, and sometimes gets on the body panels Secondly I suspect they give you a lower tier car wash even if you're paying for the best wash/membership There are other car washes that provide better value and price in the city, even as a subscription

I used the self-serve car wash on my Tesla and I have to say this is by far the best car wash I’ve ever been to. The water pressure was very strong, and the soap foams very well. Gets the job done! I would definitely recommend “Popular Car Wash” to any car owner who is particular about getting their car squeaky clean!

I went here today for first time and the young man refused to let me take my car through thier car wash as I have some rust on the side of my car and he is affraid I will ruin his car wash .. then gave me some of thier pamphlets to hand out which I told home to keep... Not impressed and never going there again

Pretty good car wash. A friend of mine recommended this car wash and it was really great. They scrubbed the parts of my car that wouldn’t get hit by the machine and gave me a free mirror hanging air freshener. The vacuums, were really good. Excellent service with affordable prices, would visitors again.

I would highly recommend the $40 a month package. It is great value and has my car looking its best every day. The tire shine gives you that extra shine that you don’t get anywhere else. 10/10, I would recommend to everyone and anyone who loves having a clean car.

So far in Stoney creek part of Hamilton. This is best self wash car wash ive found .it was completely by accident I found it as I was looking for one and bam ! I saw this one . I will use it as often as I need a vehicle wash .

The new owners bought it in Jan and took over in April and they don’t honour old racetrack car wash vouchers, and we’re tough to deal with, I was polite and they were not. I’ll take my business somewhere else…

I went for washing my car at this location. I go with top grade wash and car was not cleaned . When I notify this issue to one one of their team member and ask for same grade of wash, they denied

for the price it's very good. Would love to get a quick power jet spray when there are bugs and tar on the car. The dryer is weak. But the crew are good and for the price..well it can't be beat!

Very happy that this opened up here. I was looking for an affordable monthly car wash plan. The staff on site are friendly and helpful. I like the vacuum system with two hoses on either side.

Wouldn't honor the wash tickets, because the business had just been purchased by new people who didn't sell the tickets.

Wash and vacuum are amazing. Blow dry is almost nonexistent. Be prepared to finish dry by hand.
