Pour Behavior has an upscale vibe to it from the moment you get to the front doors. You can get valet parking if you don't wish to walk very far. Pour has everything from VIP sections, beer on tap, fresh cocktails, crazy bottle party packages, and let's not forget $2400 magnums of Dom Perignon for that birthday party you've been planning. Go big or go home right? I decided against the Dom this time. The tap selection at the middle bar wasn't as wide as I'd hoped, but thankfully the Guinness wasn't flat. Brandon took care of us with drink orders starting out at the beginning of the night: he was very polite, attentive, and helpful when asking about possible drinks they could make us. On a Saturday night, the place didn't really start getting busy till after 8:30-9:00 PM. Cocktails and mixed drinks were $12/per for most. Wasn't disappointed by the alcohol content in the mixed drinks we ordered. The Paloma could probably sneak up on you if you're not careful. One minor gripe is the size for some of the drinks was found wanting. Example: their version of a grasshopper was not as big as I'd of expected whereas the Tiramisù cocktail had a lot of unnecessary ice in it. For $12/drink, I expect mostly drink and a good size of said drink. My biggest complaint/issue I personally had was with my fried chicken sandwich. It was a couple shades away from being an inedible fried something. It was cooked way too long and was 100% overcooked. I was hungry and powered through it, nuff said there. The Aloha burger was good and juicy with a lot of seasoning in the meat. Possibly a pro or a con depending on your taste buds. Had to go to the back bar and ask for ranch and ketchup and silverware. Would I go again? Sure with a group of friends who want a classy-esk bar atmosphere. Next time I'm definitely sending the food back if it's messed up.

Pour Behavior was a lot of fun. I had a rare chance to spend time with college friends and this was the "dart on the map* bar we met up at . The experience walking into Pour Behavior was great. The location is setup as quite a nightclub, but looks great in the daytime too. The audio system was loud but not obtrusive, it helped my friend and other patrons loosen up. There's a patio section for the not so hot days. The food and drinks I ordered were great. [Artichoke dip with lobster & a Peach Paloma] Our server Leah took a great job of our orders, after some charming recommendations. There's quite a Downton cost to be a customer at this bar, but it is definitely a treat. I would recommend it as a place to spend two or three hours with some friends! It's not a location for business meetings or a quiet date. There were many parties there celebrating birthdays, bachelorettes, some sports fans, college groups etc. There is brunch until 4pm and there's definitely better value on that portion of the menu️

Went to PB for my 1st time with a group of friends for brunch. We ordered the mimosa tower, several drinks, apps and some of us ordered food. Everything was good, although there was some confusion with the orders when our food arrived (how burgers were cooked and what toppings were requested). Our waitress (Irma)was very nice and attentive! My one negative would be the communication with PB. I made a reservation ahead of time, I received a confirmation but it had none of the actual details (time, #of guests...). We also had questions about the parking. Closer to the event date I reached out to PB via IG DM, a day passed with no response so I called. Their phone system is automated, so I left a VM requesting a return call, never received a call back. So, we just showed up with fingers crossed and hoped for the best! Our reservation was recorded and we had no issue upon arrival. FYI - despite info I read on other reviews, valet parking is available and costs $20. I had read that valet was complimentary with just a tip to the attendant. All in all, we had a nice time and enjoyed our brunch. I will definitely return!

I went on a late a Sunday evening for dinner and drinks. The atmosphere was cute. The food was great but the service was TERRIBLE! The security guard tried to seat us (kudos to him for trying to help). There were only two waiters for the entire restaurant and one of them “was away”. The security guard passed us off to a waiter who sat us. After 10 min of waiting and trying to chase the same waiter who sat us down, we finally got some guy’s attention. The waiter who was on the floor tried to dodge us and she ended up being our waiter anyways. She was pleasant after she got talked to by I guess mgmt. Other than that everything was okay. They need more waiters to assist customers. If another waiter is away they need to communicate with each other so someone can step in until the person returns.

We had the pleasure of being graced with Lee at the bar. I had been a little under the weather and requested a hot toddy. Best hot toddy I’ve had in my life and I ordered 2. My mom could never make one as good as he did and no one reading this better not tell her I said that lol. We stopped by to watch the first Astros and Rangers game, vibe was phenomenal! Drinks were amazing, DJ was lit, the food was definitely on point and came out quick! This is the place to be when looking for a great establishment to be at! Food was so good, we ate it all and forgot to take more pictures. Here are the pictures from the delicious appetizers. We had bacon parmesan wings and Texas chili cheese fries.

Great experience here! We ate outside the establishment in a nice little area with fanning in rotation but still were treated with great customer service. This was a Sunday around brunch time. Being so busy, the hostess let us know seating inside would require bottle purchase, if not it would be a 30min wait unless eating outside... which was fine. The vibe was nice and good music was played the entire time for Sunday brunch. I had the grilled chicken tacos which is plated alone with a lime/jalepeno. Salsa lovers beware it does come with what they consider arbol salsa and avacado tomatillo salsa, but its just a drizzle ! I also had drink similar to a mimosa with prosecco that was really good! I enjoyed my experience and will be back again!

We had a great time! Great spot to bring little groups. Fun space! The tables are spread out for social distancing. We showed up at a great time, so the it was self seating on a Friday night. We did do valet and it was $20. Our waitress was sweet but sometimes confusing when we’d order. We tried to order a daiquiri and a pour decisions, but she told us the daiquiris weren’t sweet because they didn’t have ice cream in them. We looked at the menu and online to see if there was supposed to be ice cream in it and as we thought there isn’t ice cream in the traditional daiquiri and we still have no idea what she was talking about. She also told us they don’t make pour decisions anymore. So we got a margarita and a mule instead. We also ordered French fries, bacon garlic Parmesan wings, Pour Cowboy and Tater Tot Pizza. We really enjoyed our time here!

If you are a manager/consultant/the owner who had ANYTHING to do with this place's weekly happy hour specials (esp Thurs cheese board and wine) or shareable menu pat yourself all over the back and show this to the boss for a raise. I am dragging ALL of my considerable number of friends back here. Looks good for a group, so I'm bringing them. First time in, tried it on a weekday of a tough week. Valet is complimentary during happy hour. Bartender Ben was quick, responsive with great smile. Music is modern but not so loud you couldn't talk. The cheese board on the special is generous, not half size like other places. Fried Brussels sprouts were crunchy not soggy, calamari was fresh and thinly breaded. Y'all made my day better. This review is the least I can give back. :)

Zero identity here. Sports bar, night club, scratch kitchen. Perhaps an ideal spot for corporate events? I have no idea. Service left much to be desired, and appeared to be the result of a lack of staffing. Once seated, we sat for nearly a half hour before anyone helped the table (after having to go find a staff member and ask for service). Probably won't return, but that's all good. Plenty of great food/drinks around them.

Went to a large groups brunch 08/27. Reviewing this mostly because of food. I didn’t have high expectations because this was a bar but they shouldn’t label a “scratch Caesar salad” if it’s not really from scratch. The cheese was caked and pre-shredded, the croutons were obviously from a bag and the dressing tastes like it was from a bottle. If it wasn’t…they definitely need to google a different recipe. I have one from Food52 if you’re interested. Drinks were good though. But if you’re trying to have as high of a profit margin as your liquid products, don’t oversell yourself on the “scratch or house-made” specialities. I can only imagine the creativity in the steak and lobster.

Ever walk into a place and feel discriminated? Well yes this place did that the moment we walked in. They also said a table for 10 people would only be sat outside (weather was already hot and humid) unless we bought a bottle and can be sat inside. Mind you it was 11AM and their tables were not full since people were just coming in. Then when we were discussing the situation amongst ourselves and the people who were still not at the place the waitress and hostesses were talking to each other clearly about our “situation” for us not being from this city and being treated like this it definitely leaves a bad impression on Houston and how they seem so discriminatory. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Hi! If I could give ZERO STARS I would, this establishment showed POOR BEHAVIOR, by discriminating a good friend of mines for neck tattoos and I’m sure the color of his skin was a factor as well, being that other patrons of different races/skin color “WITH VISIBLE NECK/FACE” tattoos were allowed to dine in and be serviced at the establishment. This is no way to treat any guest no matter the race nor is it right to judge one because of where he/she decides to have tattoos. I respect rules and regulations, but please ensure it’s enforced for EVERYONE!! NOT TO MENTION THEIR STAFF IS RUDE AS WELL! PLEASE TAKE YOU DOLLARS TO AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT DON’T TREAT THEIR GUEST AS SUCH!!

Felt discrimination against me, Terrible and slow service. Been seated for 30 minutes and no one even came by for anything at all. Plenty of servers walked by multiple times though. I could have cooked from scratched and probably ate before someone came. Drinks are overpriced compared to other bars nearby. Used to come here literally all the time but not anymore, I’ll go spend money somewhere else. All the other negative reviews seem accurate based on my experience. Will never go back UPDATE: They brought us seasoned grease instead of Buffalo sauce for the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It is literally grease. Take a look

Come here after the Rockets game. Not too busy at that time of night. Very cozy and great atmosphere. The valet parking is stupid to me but it was only $10. Guess they are trying to help the community by keeping jobs but it was completely unnecessary. Anyways, the Garlic Pasta and Grilled Chicken was amazing. I do not know what kind of sauce was on the chicken but it was delicious. Would mind coming back for brunch or lunch time. This place was really good.

Music was good. Food was ok. Mimosa tower would have been great if we received glasses to drink from. Once we did, we realized they were plastic and cracked. One even had lipstick on it. The others looked scratched and dirty, like cheap plastic that's been run through the dishwasher. One of our plates had a hair on it. Service was slow, but they were packed. Our food including a shareable appetizer came out at the same time so it was a lot to consume at once.

I visited Pour Behavior for my birthday brunch, and it was PERFECT. The atmosphere was great. First, my group ordered the Mimosa Tower, which was awesome! Then, we ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and fried pickles for the table. Such great appetizers! For my meal, I ordered the carne asada tacos. They were out of this world! I would also like to say if you go to Pour Behavior, please ask for Ashtyn to be your waitress. She was top tier! She was so sweet and made our first experience at Pour Behavior 100 times better than it already was. Her customer service was a 10/10. I definitely recommend going to Pour Behavior!

It’s too hot and zero air circulation to hardly think straight. They are obviously spending a ton of cash on lighting and sound systems, so that’s cool. But, mount some big fans and cool it down. Every person is visibly sweating just sitting at a table. The food was ok, but it took nearly 15 minutes to get utensils so it was cold by the time we ate it. Hint: it’s a whole lot more efficient to bring utensils when you deliver the food. Might come back in the Winter time.

Kind waitresses, delicious food, fun atmosphere. Went Thursday night for a work happy hour and we all had a blast. Brussel sprouts were elite, like how the frickles included both chips and spears (#inclusive). Thursday was “singo bingo” (as named by my coworker) which was such a blast. It was bingo with songs with fun themes like boy bands and ‘90s. Will definitely come back another Thursday!!

Celebrated a special event on November 2nd. Service was excellent even the free valet parking attendants were well behaved- LOL Had the best of comfort food, beer, pizza , calamari , fries with truffle dipping aioli sauce ( hum), tacos -carnitas, carne asada unbelievable fresh perfect temps served too. Later GM Bethany had some staff celebrate with our party, so, so thoughtful. Great food experience. Definitely going back try other entrees as well, our waiter- a shout out to you sir, going the extra mile in alerting our special occasion

It was alright, tried the signature drink pour behavior, it was watered down. So was the mimosa tower. Watered down drinks suck, especially for all the money your spending. Service was as slow as molasses. Tried the avocado toast with chorizo and sauge on the side, it was alright, needed some salsa though. Music was too loud for brunch time. I mean no one's going out there to dance during brunch. Take it down a notch.

It was a nice place. It was recommended by the desk clerk at the hotel. It was mellow yellow on Monday night. It could be because it was opening day for the Astros. It had a lot of TVs and screens to check out games. Big variety of drafts and elegant bar. They have daily specials. I did not really order and get to know the place. I just had a Chivas on the rocks and left. Definitely gonna roll up again to get the full effect. Hope it helps. Try it out and let me know.

Make a reservation. Make a reservation. You are probably going for brunch and you need to make a reservation. Food is okay (nothing special), and the mimosa towers do what they need to do. Music is great, energy is great, but you need to make a reservation.

Great service. Food was excellent. The complimentary valet was awesome. I got the Rockefeller oysters and my boyfriend got the meat lovers pizza. Both were delicious. I will definitely go back to try their brunch their brunch menu looks good too.

My friend and I came here for happy hour. We arrived at 3:50 before dinner started at 4. Staff was nice and offered water until they opened at 4. Our waitress arrived at 4:15. Service was quick. The drinks were good. We had a mango cocktail

I came back to Pour Behavior with a friend this evening(Wednesday surf and turf still happens), and realized it's been a while since coming to this place. I used to really like this place, though nothing has really changed or updated since

Came on a Tuesday night. A couple of things management should consider. 1)valet should be able to drive a stick shift; they staled out a car twice before handing it over to a capable driver

OMG LOVE THIS PLACE. Sarah S. is such an awesome bartender. She made us the best shots and they were all delicious. Highly recommend this place - really great pizza and giant pretzel.

New spot has good potential, parking may be an issue for some Valet parking $10, VIP parking $20. Wait staff attentive, food is good and drinks interesting.....Enjoy
