My feelings for the place were influenced by my state of tiredness at the time of my arrival. I had forgotten or did not consider the Google Maps route that I had created on my phone prior to travelling. Instead I followed instructions given to me by locals to "watch out for TGI Fridays. The hotel is just beyond". This led me to continue up Wellington Street where there was no entrance to the hotel. I had to walk around the back of the nearby Grosvenor Casino and double back to find the hotel. After I had ultimately checked out I took a photo of the actual street... Wellington Bridge Street. I feel that it should be made clear in emails exactly where access to the hotel is from. I pointed this issue out to the staff and also the fact that, when getting out of the lift on the third floor, there is not a sign immediately in view to point out the direction to walk to find ALL rooms. You have to walk a short way to the right, past the door to a private room, to see that certain rooms (including the one I wanted) was in the opposite direction. I should have turned to my left on exiting the lift but there was no sign to confirm this. When I got to my room I needed to close the windows and could easily slide the right hand inner glass panel by holding anywhere on the edge of the panel. To close the left hand window I had to stretch my arm around the inner panels to reach the handle. Only later did I discover that the left hand sliding panel could only be moved if I pressed against a small bar (which could flex on touch). Access was very limited as I demonstrated by putting the cable to some phone earbuds in the gap. Not easy to deal with unless you had experienced this before.

I must say that other guests seemed to be a lot quieter than those at other hotels in the chain. This made the room itself very quiet.
Noteworthy details
It is a pity that they do not cater for evening meals but I was told that they are looking into this.

Took a while to check in. There were self service machines but as we had to pay for parking we were advised not to use them. I knew before hand there was a fee to park but felt ripped off as the car park was clearly mostly for the hotel and seeing as it is located on the outer part of the city, a car makes it accessible to visitors. The staff were very friendly and polite. Didn't have breakfast as it is always too expensive. Room was clean however it was very noisy. It sounded like we had the cast of stomp above us and below us was reception. Room was also very hot. Had the heating turned off however when we came back one day it had turned on and was set at 28 degrees. Bath is not suitable for anyone under 5ft 10' wish I had a step ladder to get in and out of it to take a shower. Extremely dangerous almost fell a couple of times getting out and i'm 5ft 5. Half the TV channels had no signal. Only enough tea coffee milk for 1 night stay even though staying for 4. Understand room not being cleaned owing to covid restrictions but we shouldn't have to keep asking reception for sachets. Just supply adequate amount at the beginning. It is about 15-20 mins walk to Leeds train station down a straight road. Constant stop starts with pedestrian crossings though. TGI Fridays next door is convenient but not many options for vegetarians. Taxi service recommended is Amber Cars and we found them very reliable and good value for money.

We have arrived to Leeds Premier Inn to be greeted by lovely receptionist. To our surprise we been told we are going to be charged for car park( 2 nights) at the end of our stay ! The same car park which belongs to Premier Inn very cheeky very bad to start off. Then we came into our room where were rubbish on the floor ,like - fluff etc . Clearly wasn't hoovered properly. Bed covers had some stains , i get it that some can't be washed but don't use it for your guest anymore. Then I went to check toilet which clearly wasn't clean properly as remains on nr 2 was in it ! Absolutely disgusting! Breakfast area its way to snug and small for the size of the hotel. Had to queue for food and coffee way to longer then we should. Coffee it self was so awful. Was looking forward to the coffee in the morning it was one big disappointment! I was happy to have one in my room as I truly I don't mind that but we were stocked with 1 stick of Nescafe coffee . I asked in reception for some more they said no problem ,but was never delivered. In the bfast room was only decaf. We have stayed in few Premier Inns in the past ,but this one was the worst so far. Such a shame as we were looking forwad to stay.

I pretty much stay in Premier Inns more than I do at home due to work. I hadn't stayed in this one before. Plenty of parking, even for vans, at a charge. TGI's right next door and a casino. Good location. Check in was fine, the room was as expected however I walked into my room to find two single beds. Really puzzled, late at night, I thought my office may have messed up and I'll check in the morning. I had a horrid night's sleep as I fell out of the bed a few times. I haven't slept in a single bed for over 15years at least! And they're not the widest with the smallest duvet's too. Breakfast was ok, as expected. Upon check out I spoke to the team member and mentioned the beds, after looking in to it she found it was an error on their part and apologised immediately. She offered me a free breakfast but my work book breakfast with the room booking, so instead she offered to pay for parking. On this occasion I did not have a good night's sleep as guaranteed by Premier Inn and the team member has asked me to contact the head office to complain.

Upon arrival there was a lack of information regarding the current restrictions in relation to the facilities on offer or lack of them due to the Pandemic. We wanted to have a meal or drink at the restaurant as we arrived late evening but it was closed which we understand but where not informed until I attempted to access the bar / restaurant.I went to reception the following morning to book breakfast for 2 adults & 2 children but was informed it was fully booked . There was not any information upon arrival to state breakfast was to be pre booked and limited availability. I accept these are difficult times but surely customer service has not been lost amongst these difficult times. The TV in our 2 rooms did not operate duee to poor signal. The second room we had smelt of being damp. I have to say this is the worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in both for service and accomodation.

A slightly sub-par Premier Inn, I've stayed a couple of times now to give it a chance and after the last night, I won't be staying again. The room was grubby and tired looking. Bathroom was grimy each time, with additional hairs that were not mine... The remote control was crusted with who knows what, but it clearly had not been wiped in a while. No phone in the room. Zero noise insulation from the windows. There is a lot of building work going on at the moment so I hope this is part of the renovations it sorely needs. There were ceiling tiles badly cracked and broken along some of the corridors and carpets were worn and in need of a clean. Staff were excellent, apart from one lady on reception who didn't appear to want to be there and was largely unhelpful. On the plus side, there is parking on site, and the TGI Fridays is right next door. But for an extra tenner, or less, it's worth staying elsewhere!

  • Gill Wilson

Not a great Premier Inn. Our room wasn't set up correctly as a twin and there was only one set of towels which were stained and or dirty. The room was very dusty as if it hadn't been used in a good while. The building it was in had graffiti on it. You paid £6 for parking in a car park that had a lot of smashed glass in it which didn't make me feel the car was secure. When the room was made up as a twin, they used a sofa couch thing that was really dusty and uncomfortable instead of separating the beds. After we asked for the towels/room set up and were told it would all be taken care of, we spoke to the girl on reception who said she didn't know anything about it so not great communication. The vending machine was out of order. Certainly wouldn't be back and not up to usual Premier Inn standards.

We had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn near Leeds City Center Wellington. We checked in late at night as we reached late due to our flight delay. The check in process was smooth and without any hassle. The staff were exceptionally polite and provided excellent service throughout my visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant and relaxing stay. We stayed here for 5 days and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel's location is also ideal, offering easy access to the city center at walking distance. I highly recommend this Premier Inn for a great experience in Leeds.

I choose this hotel because of the chargeable parking and it was definitely the right choice. It's only a 10 minute walk from town and the parking makes it really convenient. The other Leeds Premier Inn that we considered isn't that much nearer the centre but has off-site parking. The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms clean, beds comfortable and lovely showers. The only thing we did find was on the first night you could hear the pounding baseline of music from the TGIs next door. This was turned down by about 9pm though and we didn't hear it for the other 2 night of our stay. The other thing to bear in mind is that this Premier Inn doesn't offer breakfast. I didn't see this as too much of s problem because you are so close to the City Centre that there's plenty of places to eat nearby. Really liked this Premier Inn and have booked to come back in November.

  • Loui Harmer

Bath in my room leaked and flooded the bathroom and the TV had appalling reception so I was stuck in a damp smelling room with nothing to do alllllll evening. Made a claim via the Good Night Promise but apparently no faults had been logged - whereas I spoke to reception 3 times that evening. They were unhelpful and slow to respond at the time. Such a shame as previously loved stays at Premier Inn. Poor review for a very poor night spent at Wellington Street and extremely poor resolution procedures - the Good Night promise team have effectively said that I have lied, which never sits well. Extremely disappointed and nowhere to further address this as there is no point of contact ... hence this public review.

Stayed at this hotel with a friend in Leeds City centre..as we was going on the emmerdale village tour which was amazing!.the staff ..Lucy ...Brook ..Amy ..Clare all excellent nothing was too much for them ..so very helpful and informative..the twin room we stayed in was very clean but we found the bath was too high to get over for our showers as us being only 5ft tall and in our 60s and Bath height was like 3ft! So not good for us ..so we asked if we could use another accessible bathroom downstairs as bath much lower and Lucy said yes she was so lovely ..but to be honest that bathroom should be a wet room as its definitely not accessible for wheelchair users or a disabled person..other then that the hotel and beds were comfy ..

Was expecting a room with two double beds instead one double and a single put u up. Guess who got the short straw......... Yet again mattress very firm and a very broken sleep. Hair dryer broken, unusable complained next day but not resolved. Asked again and was told job had been listed on maintenance sheet for Monday....too late for us. Sat Morning, no hot water, when we mentioned it at the desk they said they'd had a number of complaints about it already. It was resolved for Sunday morning. On the plus side breakfast was wonderful, all freshly cooked and hot The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I've booked again in May for Southend, just hoping the bed problem doesn't re occur for the third time, I'm no good without a decent night's sleep x

First time stayed at this Premier Inn and it was lovely. Met by a very polite lady at the desk and she explained about parking at the site. The room was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Had the choice of extra pillows which was a bonus. The duvet was nice and thick to the point so warm I had to throw it off me in the middle of the night. As a added bonus had lovely hand wash and shower gel. Opted for the £9.99 breakfast which did not disappoint, would definitely stay there again.

A perfectly decent place to stop over! The staff are absolutely lovely, rooms are reasonably clean and well looked after, and of course, the beds are fantastic, as per the company's promise! It was surprisingly quiet despite being near a motorway, so no problems sleeping at all. It's a little tricky to get to if walking, but there are crossing points on the motorway. There is no hotel breakfast room or restaurant, but the breakfast box consisting of porridge, a juice juice, a muffin, a couple of biscuits and a pack of dried fruit was a good start for me. There is also a TGI Friday attached to the hotel, and the staff there are equally as friendly and accommodating. Overall, excellent staff, excellent beds, great night's sleep!

  • Natalie Hyde

This is up there as one of the worst night's sleep I have ever had in a hotel. As I type, the dulcet tones of the person walking around in the room above me are amplified to a simply unbearable volume. The walls on every single side are paper thin. The sink isn't necessarily blocked but it drains incredibly slowly and the unpleasant odour coming from the pipes only adds to the damp smell of the bathroom as a whole. The WiFi is slow and borderline unusable which is of course the point because you're supposed to get so annoyed about it that you upgrade to "ultimate WiFi". Location is mediocre but I knew that when booking.

For a basic room with a bed it was very good value, and even includes a full size bath, which I don't generally find in budget accommodation. The room was clean and tidy, and the location is good, being very close to Leeds city centre. All of the staff were friendly and helpful as well. It is very basic though, with no option for breakfast save for a vending machine in the reception area, and the entrance isnt exactly easy to find. I don't drive, but if I did then I'd probably find the lack of inclusive parking annoying as well. All in all, you get what you pay for; it just feels a bit too much like they're trying to cram as many rooms in as possibly, at the expense of any kind of amenities.

  • Thomas Gray

The facilities were adequate but the location is poor, it should not be described as City Centre as it is miles away...and I mean TWO miles away from the main city centre. Some will say that I should've checked more carefully but when it was advertised as being in the heart of the centre and misleadingly named, I put the blame on them. Consequently, you are miles away from provisions, general shopping, eateries, clubs and entertainment venues. To get to it on foot from the centre requires an extremely bizarre and awkward route, negotiating major dual carriageways etc. The premise is also in absolute chav land.

Brilliant service from the front staff. They recommended local places to visit and eat. We arrived earlier than check in but they didn't mind keeping our bags to one side for us. The room was nice and tidy (could have done with more coffee in the room personally, but they had more in the reception). The bathroom was clean with a superb shower. Unfortunately they didn't offer any food but is attached directly to a TGIFridays which offered a breakfast menu. Only being about 5 to 10 minutes away from the town centre was perfect for a walk from the hotel. Overall the stay was as pleasant as they come. Will recommend staying there in future

  • amok281

We arrived at 3:15 in the morning, a lady manager (possibly 'the manager') was training a member of staff in aspects of working there overnight. The staff on duty at the time were very helpful without being pushy, and were not phased by our strange arrival time. The hotel was clean the standard of the furniture and fittings etcetera was the norm for Premier Inn. When we left the staff were again very helpful and it seemed natural for them to be so. This is the best managed Premier Inn we have stayed in, and there have been many, it's about people and encouraging and empowering them. The management here are exceptional.

Overall rating 4.8/5 !! It was quite a few years ago when I last visited this place (back when I was married to my ex-wife), but it was amazing value for money and well worth it!! The only real downside was that you had to get your own stuff for Tea's/Coffee's, but otherwise, no other issues whatsoever.

Stayed one night as we were seeing Rag n Bone Man at the 02 Academy. The staff were welcoming and following Covid protocols. Our room was clean, spacious and reasonably quiet considering we were overlooking the main entrance and car park. The onsite car park is £5 for 24 hours which is reasonable. The buffet breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold food and the price is reasonable. The hotel is an easy 15 minute walk into the centre, although I wouldn't want to do the walk alone at night. All in all this is what I would expect from Premier Inn, and the early booking price was good value for money.

  • Mickie 'Mixman' Ness

Room was nice but stopped with a mate so had 2 door cards. I'm a lightweight so knew I'd be back earlier than him. At first his door card didn't work, so he had to have his reprogrammed. I came back at first at night, surprise surprise, mine then didn't work. So had to walk back to reception, all the while my kebab was cooling off! Hears fumbling and swearing in the early hours, my mates door card then didn't work and he had to go and get his reprogrammed as he didn't want to wake me up. It would seem everyone has to leave and come back at the same time as you can't have more than one key.

  • Daniel Mckenzie

Yeah, this was pretty good. It's main perks are the location and the overall quality of the rooms, especially for a 3 star hotel. Staff were very nice, rooms were clean and very presentable, very good shower and bathrooms and self check-in/check out is provided too. Downsides? Well, parking is paid for. £5 a night and it's a third party service which is fun. The toilet roll dispenser was pretty much the same ones you saw back in school and just gave a tiny sheet of paper. But other than that, pretty good hotel and I enjoyed my stay!

Spent 2 nights here for our daughters wedding and our golden wedding anniversary. They brought a bottle of wine and glasses, we were suitably impressed! The place is adequate and very clean. The staff are amazing, really good, fresh breakfast. Was almost only 4 star because it was very littered outside cigarette ends bottles cans etc, but it was cleaned up. We’ve stayed in premier inn’s all over the UK. This was the best yet. Well done guys. Keep it up, you deserve a pay rise. Thank you for our care.

Exactly what you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Room was spotless and comfy. Staff member at reception when I arrived was really friendly and helpful. Only downside was I couldn't find and spare coffee/sugar sachets and the TV in my room would only work on BBC channels. (First world problems) Good location about 10 minutes brisk walk from the train station and centre but there were lots of bus stops and busses along the way so that would be an option. Parking outside the hotel is £5 per night so that's much cheaper than city centre options. I'd stay here again if staying in Leeds

  • Kashif Malik

It's a good location. Entrance is not on the main road which you might think it would be. As you should expect, it is very basic but I have stayed in bigger rooms of Premier Inn in the same vicinity. Staff was helpful, specially when the key programming failed in many attempts. The vending machine in the corridor was broken. It didn't smell very nice and fresh in the room. Carpets are due for replacements, as cleaning doesn't seem to working. Nice bath, water temperature and pressure. Not a bad deal for a single night stay but not amazing value either by any standard.

  • Stephen Tudway

A perfectly satisfactory Premier Inn which, like all the others, just does what it says on the tin. Spacious double room with everything required, in working order. 20 minutes stroll from the city centre, but not an unpleasant walk. Parking was advertised as first come first served, but was actually more extensive than first appeared. At £6, it offered a cheap way to park overnight in Leeds (and less than half the cost of another hotel just up the road).

Well just got here to be honest and the staff are very nice and helpful. It's the dumb guests I have issues with. There are signs everywhere saying "you must wear a face mask" well only the staff and myself are wearing on and no one else is bothering. Clearly they do not understand how vital this is I was so close to saying something but it would be in anger, just put a bloody mask on cos I for one are sick of being sick!!! Great location, 15 minutes walk from the city centre, good value parking for hotel guests. Very helpful staff allowed me to pay for a large group at once before the rest arrived. Unfortunately a bit of a faux pas from the night staff with a breakfast booking (we booked it, they didn’t put the booking through) so we ended up elsewhere but you can’t blame a briefcase for what’s in it, everyone else was excellent.

Disappointing. Room cold on arrival. Turned heating up no heat. Had to go down to reception to ask them to turn heating on as it is controlled from reception as well. They said they would. Still no heat. Had to ask for a heater for the room on our way out which was in our room on return. Not ideal to have to wear a coat in the room. This was the second time this has happened in this hotel. Customer comfort is not important to them. So if the room is cold ask for a heater.

Great place and easy to drive to and only a 10 minute walk from the station/city centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean. Only complaint we had was Chanelle and her friends arguing, running up and down the corridor, screaming then fighting in the corridor and the room next door between 03.00 and 04.30 this morning. The night porter dealt with the situation and the reception staff were very apologetic this morning. With next to no sleep last night, an official complaint to Premier Inn was submitted when we got home.

  • Janet Dunn

Enjoyed our three night stay. Location good even though it is right on a busy road traffic noise was not a problem our room was very clean when we arrived and we found no problem with having no room make up. New towels were provided if you wanted then by very friendly staff. I have to mention the breakfast room in particular. Outstanding staff and chef. Nothing was too much trouble , so much choice and everything cooked well and very nicely. The two young people working as waiting staff were excellent so very friendly and interested in us.

  • Julie Sullivan

The rooms were super clean, but quite warm. We opened the window but the road noise was quite loud. The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. We reserved two rooms but they put them on the opposite sides of the building, but maybe it was really busy. The hotel had no kitchen but they clearly stated this on the website and signs in the lobby. Parking was £4 which is quite reasonable. We were able to check in online but getting our room keys took to long. The location is good it was a £3.50 taxi ride to the university.

This Inn needs a refurbishment, it was looking tired and scruffy. You have to pay extra for parking and the only thing nearby is a TGI's. The bar is literally in reception with minimal seating. My room was over the by-pass with constant traffic. I have definitely stayed in much better Premier Inns. There seemed to be a lot of road and construction workers staying there so it may be suitable for those in need of just a bed. I didn't stay for breakfast as I had an early mtg.

We were allocated another room on arrival and were told someone would pop by with another set of towels, I also asked for spare pillows. Neither items were in the room when we got back later after our concert. We were not asked if we wanted breakfast either on arrival, not that we did want it! Sadly I slept very badly due to the lack of extra pillows and the one on the bed was very hard. Half the light bulbs were blow in the room too. Not the best impression sadly.

Premier Inns are always first class accommodation and they do what it says on the tin, Premier! I was a loan visitor when returning home to Scotland. I was extremely impressed with the most pleasant, helpful and genuinely nice receptionists, Katy and Laura. Excellent location - 10 min walk from Leeds Station. As ever, smooth and easy check in and check out. Clean room and comfortable bed - as I've come to expect at Premier Inn. Fantastic location (only 15 minutes walk to the city centre) and has it's own parking which is unusual for the city centre hotels. Friendly staff and a nice TGI Fridays next door for any meals. Only downside is this Premier Inn doesn't do their infamous breakfast due to not having its own restaurant, however the room rate was low enough that I felt that this was OK... And it was only a short walk from the city centre for a million breakfast choices!

Stayed here on a Sunday night last week. Had someone walk into my room at 23:55. Luckily I was able to shout at the person to get out and they left. How did they have access to my room? Complained using the online survey and sent an email to customer services with no response. Can it get any worse than a stranger having access to a locked room?

Good location. Large car park. Easy walk into city centre. Room noisy due to no sound proofing in ceiling. Sounded like a herd of elephants above us. Ask for room 3rd floor. No one above you. Breakfast very busy. Fruit and yogurt freezing so no taste. Cooked breakfast just warm. So busy a lot of food not out 8 min wait for bacon. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Get what you expect from Premier Inn. But if an issue with the room heating this time.... it was set to 28° turned it dien by it kept going back to 28° .... also would be nice if the bar was a bit bigger and not immediately inside the entrance..a bit chilly on a cold night.

We had a lovely stay here the staff are very helpful and friendsly. We had a quad room and wanted to stay an extra night. We booked online but the receptionist katy and her manager Marie informed us that they only had tripple roms for the extra night. She and the manager were great in helping us book in at an alternative premier inn and quickly arranged the refund.

Does what Premier inn does! Parking available, not a bad location, breakfast could have been better but can't complain for the price, room was clean and comfortable. Knocked a star off the service because the breakfast staff didn't seem to be bothered and didn't actually provide a service, but other than that not a bad stay at all.

Be good for a night out in Leeds once you've had a drink. Anything other than that find somewhere else, walls and floors paper thin. If a mouse was walking around you'll hear it like an elephant. Also 4 lanes of traffic outside. Not a good night's sleep. Service great though.

A quiet hotel just outside the city centre. Food & drink is supplied by very friendly staff. It's worth a visit & you don't have to stay overnight. Guests are welcome. Good TV screens for sports and news.

Things seem old and weird but everything is clean and mostly practical. 10min walk from center so not great but windows are very good so there is no traffic noise from the busy street outside. Big downside is very slow WiFi. It's inexcusable in this day and age.

The staff were really friendly at this hotel they were extremely accommodating in letting us check in early as we were coming from down south. The rooms were clean and tidy. Despite the whole COVID-19 concern we still brought our own detol spray to spray the room so we felt more comfortable. Generally they had a good system with good hygiene systems in place.

  • Andy Smith

We spent a nice night here whilst in Leeds for the cricket. The room was fine and the staff helpful and friendly. Our one criticism is that the breakfast buffet area was way too small and cramped. We understand from someone we spoke to on the desk that a refurb is under consideration - it's badly needed.

Something seriously wrong with the card door lock system And when you go down to reception and have the card key reprogrammed then go all the way back to your room and it's still doesn't work.!! This happened a good few times An while in the lounge area I could see other guests having the same problem.

Nice hotel for business, welcoming staff and a good breakfast.. but a bit of a trek to the city centre along a motorway.. only restaurant is a TGI Fridays bolted on, and I didn't fancy 3 nights eating £22 burgers..

Stayed in plenty of Premier inns this one is starting to feel a little dated fixtures and fittings are showing signs of age. That said close to the city centre and staff were great . Also disappointing that you have to pay for parking in alot of these hotels now. Not as if you can rely on public transport anymore feel like your penalised twice.

  • Jon 1

All the staff are really friendly and happy to help you out as best they can. the breakfast was nice but the area provided to sit down is tiny and as a result very cramped and unfortunately i had to leave as i was drowned out by screaming baby and kids on the other table (not their fault) just not something i want to sit through while eating.

  • Nicola Thompson

We arrived late so we're grateful for the 12pm check out. Room basic but comfortable. Bed was great. There was a big hole in the curtains and the bathroom wasn't spotless. We were also woken up a 6am by someone stomping in the room above us. The reception team let us leave our bags for a few hours. Overall the stay was fine. Not brilliant.

  • Paul Danher

Exactly what you expect Pros Nice staff Decent location on the edge of the city centre for a cheep price Cons There was a stain on the outer bed sheet, and the power socket next to the bed was faulty.

Very nice hotel, staff are great and well trained nothing seems to faze them and they make you feel very welcome and that requests are not a problem. We also had breakfast which was very tasty and value for money. Location is really good balanced between driving and parking convenience whilst a very easy walk into centre of Leeds.

  • Tyler Datlen

Lovely room, good location and price! Only down side was a lack of breakfast available even after being notified this is something we'd receive on booking. The staff tried very hard to accommodate us and gave us a bag of oranges and the last continental breakfast they had. Between 6 this didn't go too far but was much appreciated.

  • Daniel Mount

Rooms very noisy, can hear doors slamming and lots of footsteps. Also air con is very loud with late night whirring. Room is spacious however. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Internet is useless without upgrading therefore felt it was misleading.

Usual standard for Premier Inn. The pictures on the website need updating as they don't show the bar or restaurant area so we didn't realise that they were there till we arrived. Very useful facilities as location is a bit of a walk to amenities in city centre. We got taxis. Excellent price, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

  • Gem Leanne

Great stay. My room was lovely and I couldn't hear any noise at all from the road outside. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the self check-in as it wouldn't really work correctly. But this was soon fixed :) but overall, I had a very nice stay

Although the staff were lovely and I had no concerns over service or room, the fact uncontrolled youngsters were slamming in and out of rooms from 3.30 am until 5.30 am completely ruined my stay. Doors banging and people shouting in the small hours. It wasn’t the fault of the staff but I doubt I’d stay here again.

Wonderful staff, always polite & helpful. Rooms are mostly worth the price. Housekeeping good. Wish they had a wet floor shower room though. Only negative is the Wi-Fi. It is very weak, intermittent & loves to throw tantrums. About head office changed providers.

Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and only £5 a day at my time of staying. Only issues I had on my stay were the bathroom sink didn't drain very well and would fill up quickly, and that there were no tomatos or black pudding at breakfast. Not major issues, just a little disappointing
