I initially chose to buy a car from Prestige cars because of their fabulous reputation and because of a number of recommendations from friends and neighbours. I bought a service package as part of that purchase, again, because of the personal stories I’d heard from others. Recently, I brought my SUV in to have a scratch on the front bumper, repaired. I told the receptionist that I would need a replacement for the time that my SUV was in the shop. When I turned up, they hadn’t booked the replacement, so told me I had to reschedule. The soonest appointment was 2 months later! I turn up to the later appointment on. Tuesday and the replacement they’ve booked for me is a VW golf. Certainly not comparable to the luxury PHEV SUV, but fit 2 car seats in the back, and so I didn’t really protest. I was told the repair would take a day or 2, and so I’d have the car back before the weekend when I had scheduled a family weekend away. Come Friday, I was told the car was still not ready, as it still had to “go in the oven” but that I could swap the old VW Golf for a new Audi A4, to which I said fine. We obviously couldn’t bring much for the weekend for 2 toddlers, but packed the A4 full and made the best of it. The car would now be ready Tuesday. On Monday, I phoned for an update and was fobbed off. Told I would receive a call back which I never received. Tuesday, I eventually found out that a) they no longer offered their body shop service to the public and b) they still hadn’t even STARTED working on my SUV which was dropped off a week earlier. I asked about just taking my SUV back, but was assured it would be done by COB Thursday ready for pick-up on Friday. I was finally able to pick up the car on Thursday evening and it looks (to a non-professional) good. They also decided to give the inside a thorough clean which was nice, but didn’t let it air out after. As such, the intense moisture and heat (internal thermometer said 35 Celsius when I picked it up) meant that the charging cables and bags were sopping wet and the adhesive for the boot liner had completely melted and come away which I now have to replace (not expensive, but certainly irritating). I told the rep who offered to ask what happened, but not to actually do anything about it. I ended up having to air the car out for 4 hours to dry it out completely when I got home. Ironically, I had asked on 6-8 occasions leading up to this for a trade in value as I wanted to upgrade to a newer and fully electric SUV from them, and this is the reason I was doing this repair. I have still never received a call back, and judging by their horrendous treatment, I can only assume they simply don’t want my business any longer.

Don’t bother with this service centre. I purchased a car from Prestige, 8 months ago. I was told to add the highest level warranty and service pack as it includes plenty of coverage, I did. 2 weeks ago the engine light went on and the car went into limp mode. I called the service centre and they told me that they don’t have any slots to see the car for another 3 weeks. They did offer me to leave the car with them just in case they could squeeze it in, I did that. I asked if they can offer me a courtesy car, since that’s part of the premium service pack, they said they don’t have cars available for courtesy for another 6 weeks. I ended up renting a car which cost me over £1,000 for the duration of the upcoming ordeal. A few days later they told me they took a look at the car and there was no light. They offered to keep it a little longer for one of their drivers to take it for a longer journey, to allow for the light to go on again. I did. Again, they called a few days later to say, they’ve now driven it further and have had no issues nor lights and cannot do much more. I wasn’t confident in their checks but I felt, maybe best to just sell the car back to them. I picked the car up and it’s true, the engine check light was not on. I went to their showroom only to be told the outstanding debt on the car is higher than the value of the car, by almost £4K, over £3K of that is the cost of the premium service pack. I left disappointed, but at least I had a car which was working and had no issues. The next day, the engine light went back on along with limp mode. Of course the service centre cannot take the car in for another 5 weeks. I’ve now lost confidence in them and will take my car to the manufacturer. Why am I giving them 2 stars instead of 1? Their staff are friendly, not helpful but friendly. And their centre is clean with good facilities. But overall, don’t buy a car from these guys and if you do, avoid the useless service add-ons.

I was hoping to give a 5-star review, however I must be honest about my experience. The name Prestige suggests a reputation well deserved by a level of care and detail. This was not the case, unfortunately. Positives: The staff who I interacted with were pleasant and courteous, and the price was reasonable for the services requested, better value than a dealership. The actual servicing of the vehicle itself seems to have been done correctly to my current knowledge - nothing has fallen off or no strange noises heard as of yet. Negatives: The vehicle was returned unwashed. I was not asked if I would like it cleaned. Being that I opted for the 'Gold' service, one could assume that it would at least get a gentle rinse. This was a little disappointing, but what was more of a concern was the smell of the interior upon return. I can only describe it as sweaty body odour. I had to have the interior and driver seat cleaned. The next thing I noticed in daylight was that the tyres and wheels had rust marks on them, most probably from the machine used for the MOT. And although a minor, you would expect during a Gold service that you might be treated to a little screen wash fluid. I must be mistaken, for it had not been refilled. Overall, the basics were covered, i.e. the actual mechanical service. But the end finish, the obvious details, had been overlooked. And to finish off the experience, the service sheet that I received was a scribbled mess with dirty grease marks. Not the professional polished service I was expecting. Would I use the services of Prestige Service Centre again? Unlikely. Would I recommend Prestige Service Centre? Only if you're not fussy about your pride and joy. For a company that deals with Luxury vehicles, they fell short of expectations. A shame, I had high hopes.

We bought a car from Prestige and a year on we had a problem with the headlight motor. We contacted the Service Department. Lisa, has been absolutely AMAZING! So efficient! She immediately got the problem identified, she got it priced up immediately whilst we waited. She checked if it was under warranty, she enquired the cost at main dealer, then came and explained it all to us, with a full break down of part costs, labour, etc. We agreed the price and she ordered the part immediately. This morning she called to confirm that part was expected at lunchtime and it would be repaired immediately and she’d update me. She duly called after lunch to say the car was ready. We went to pick it up and it was even beautifully cleaned inside and out! Nothing was too much trouble. Lisa was so helpful, friendly, knowledgable and efficient. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her! She is a credit to Prestige! Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Took my car for service n mot here today. The staff are friendly, place is very clean n covid friendly. The member of staff that dealt with me allday was n is very professional. Nothing was too much trouble n was there for me. I had problems n questions. She went n asked n got back to me very quickly. She kept me in the loop on what was goin on n dealt with it accordingly. Her name is millie. She is an asset to the company. You can go to your back street garage to get work done n all they want is your money n they grunt at you at same time. Prestige cars kent staff n service department are not like that. They care bout your needs n actually care about you as a customer. I would recommend taking your car here. Will well well. I've been delivering exceptional customer service for 36 years now and to this date never had it delivered back to me in the way I would like to give. This place blew me right off the water by their professionalism and natural ability to deliver great customer service. They keep you informed all the way through this exceptional journey. Bethany was super in reception. Very warm and friendly but very knowledgeable in the services they have to offer. Very clean and tidy. Wait for it in not finished yet! When I went back to collect my car I walked right past it as it was cleaned inside and out!!! Amazing! It really does make such a difference to receive quality service like this! UPDATED 8/06/2022 So having had the car a year absolutely loving it, sadly the timing chain started knocking which is a common issue with the car I purchased. In other words not the garages fault! Once again I had the pleasure of dealing with Bethany Robertson who always makes my life easy when dealing with Prestige. Promptly booked in and a loan car issued, parts took a while to arrive due to back order which again not the garages fault. Timing chain job all completed and car back in my possession, being someone who is very hesitant to buy from the unknown, I can hopefully give people reading this review some faith that these cars are genuine and lovely! Thanks Beth, and the poor technician who had the joys of doing the job thank you too you also!

Had a pretty terrible experience. A ongoing gearbox issue I had with a vehicle bought from Prestige was missed at the first service despite me specifically asking them to diagnose it, I then had to take it in again (a long way from where I live) and after 2 months the problem was finally resolved after being taken by them to a specialist. The cost was covered by the Support plan I had (this was the only good bit) and upon collecting the car I noticed the newly refurbed wheels had been curbed, with no-one opting to point this out to me, or just putting it right when there would have been plenty of chances to do so with the car away for so long. Certainly my experience does not reflect the high scores on here.

Had my Range Rover in to sort out an oil leak; diagnostics and 2nd booking once parts were sourced & loan car was available. Great Communication for the booking and as the job progressed. On return the car was giving off oil burning smell when stationary , both in & outside the car. They determined it was oil from the original leak that had collected on and exhaust shield & needed to be steam cleaned off. Rebooked for collected & delivered after the job was completed. Shame they didn't pick it up at the time of original work but communication throughout was excellent. Tom Edwards ( Service Manager) & his team have been a pleasure to deal with.

Bought a great car from this dealership. The service was exceptional. I've since needed some support with the need for some software update and a general tidy of some scratches and marks. I contacted the service center as the MOT was also near due. When I dropped the car off they were completely set up for dealing with COVID requirements. I felt safe and cared for with the arrangements. And the courtesy car was even sanitised immediately before handover. My car was perfect when I collected it. Communication about progress and readiness for collection from Thomas was exceptional. I'm really pleased with having chosen Prestige Cars Kent.

Not great so far as picked up the car with a scuffed alloy, dent to the driver side wing and scuffed paint along wheel arch, badly repaired front bumper with buldge and crack appearing also wrong colour paint match, orange peel paint finish they have paid towards this but hassle to get it sourced myself, time without car when you claim to be prestige cars that's the service you should expect and now it's with Nissan as I have a key system error fault which disables the car but also means you can't lock it I messaged the Director Craig never heard back had to keep ringing only had the car a few months.

Took my car (Range Rover Evoque) here to have the service light reset, after the garage that undertook the service couldn't do it. Prestige did it in like 10 mins, checked it didn't need anything else and all done and dusted. I was quoted £60 for the booking, which was fair enough, but in the end I wasn't charged anything! Surprising bonus! They do servicing and so will more than likely just bring my car here in the future. Especially as it's so hard to find a reputable garage away from the dealership to do things like servicing etc on these cars.

I mentioned a slight niggle with one of the parking cameras being condensated and a little blurry (common fault). Luke & Thomas Edwards immediately jumped on it - got the car booked in for a free repair under the warranty the following week. Was happy with how professional the staff were.my only problem was when i dropped the car off it had 200 miles in the tank,when i picked it up it had 150 miles.i understand they need to take my car out after working on it to make sure everythings ok,but how do you use 50 miles of fuel?might have something to do with that i told them it had been remapped,so they ragged the granny out of it while testing it?
