I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate situation I recently experienced at Primary Urgent Care (Brentwood, TN). Before proceeding with scheduling an appointment, I made sure to inquire about the acceptance of my insurance provider at this specific location. Upon receiving confirmation that my insurance was indeed accepted, I proceeded with scheduling the appointment. To my surprise, when I arrived for my scheduled visit, the staff at Primary Urgent Care once again confirmed that my insurance was accepted. However, much to my dismay, I later received a bill for the full amount of the visit, as my insurance coverage was not applied. Frustrated by this inconsistency, I promptly contacted both the management and billing departments to address the matter. During my conversations with the aforementioned parties, they expressed their regret for the misinformation I had received and acknowledged the error on their part. Despite this acknowledgment, I was disheartened to learn that they were unwilling to honor the information that was provided to me prior to my visit. I request that Primary Urgent Care reaches out to me promptly to collaboratively find a resolution to this matter. It is my belief that the initial confirmation I received regarding my insurance coverage should be honored, and I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this situation. If possible, I would appreciate a review of the billing and insurance records to ensure that the appropriate coverage is applied, as initially indicated. I am writing this review with the intention of preventing other patients from encountering a similar situation.

I have a bit of traumatic medical history, and have been hospitalized a couple times because doctors I had seen wrote off my symptoms. Since coming to this office several years ago, I have felt heard and validated at the end of every single visit. The doctors have taken time to allow me to ask questions, and have thought through many possible underlying issues that may have contributed to my illnesses. Part of my medical trauma has resulted in a phobia of needles. The phlebotomist in this office, Mimi, was by far my best experience giving blood. She gave me time to consent to starting the process, talked me through what she was doing the whole time, and did not laugh at the 30 year old experiencing so much anxiety over one needle. Mimi is a rockstar, and a saint, and I will be scheduling all future shots around her schedule.

I had to get in to see a doctor immediately because of needing insulin refills. Every other practice I called couldn't get me in for a week or longer and I simply could not wait. By chance, I decided to call physicians urgent care on Monday afternoon, and they were able to schedule me for 8 a.m. the following morning. When I got there I was seen within about 10 minutes of my appointment time. Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the nurse, to the doctor were all very friendly, welcoming and professional. I was very impressed with the care I got, and with how I was treated overall. I highly recommend this practice!

I’m a senior with several chronic conditions. In my first two visits, Dr. Lunceford and all staff have treated me as a valued individual, spending more time than is usual at most practices getting to understand my needs. After a few years of suffering through the frustrations of inattention and sometimes apparent hostility of Brentwood Family Care, PUC is an oasis of sanity and old-fashioned standards of excellence. A series of very positive word-of-mouth references found this place for me; I can now heartily recommend this practice on my own experience.

Recently switched to primary care at this office and it's honestly been constant problems. It took them 6 days to get me the results of the car scan (while they had those results in hand) while telling me they would "get back to you later today". Today I'm in an office for the follow up imaging to those results and they forgot to send the order over. I've been waiting 45 minutes and they can't work through the 30 second process to resolve it nor get me to someone who can/ will.

Very friendly staff at font desk were very informative on how to arrange appointment. When I made appointment Dr Taylor bush was quick to call me in and made me feel very comfortable right away. After few question went right to work on how she would plan to treat me After few test . I was very happy and comfortable with how she treated me . Will make her my primary doctor. Thanks so much for your patient. Also got my blood drawn by one of the best asistance.

I love this place!! As a Travler it’s hard to find primary care sometimes. Dr Gary and Lauren NP (I believe those are correct titles, I would see either regardless of titles) took me right in. Completely understood my concern. Took care of me and I could not be more happy. In and out in less and 1 hour. Lab onsite. All in one care Like it Should Be! Anyone needing primary or urgent care this is The Place to Go!! 10/10 recommend!!

What an extraordinary place and team of caring people. I recently moved to the area and did not have a PCP. I could not have been happier with my visit. If you are looking for a PCP then you have to come and meet Katie Greenwell and her team. She has a great personality, is attentive, consultative, and makes you feel very special like you and your health needs are important. I would highly recommend her and the Brentwood team.

I totally love Physician's Urgent Care. As an urgent care facility and primary care. Everyone is so professional, but friendly too. Katie and Nelson are awesome and care so much. They get to know you as a person and you really feel like a friend as well as a patient. They make decisions that are based on your best interest and talk it through with you until you are comfortable in the decision and understanding of everything.

I have never really had a primary care physician, and am so happy I met Katie Greenwell! Her demeanor, knowledge, and attentiveness are superior. She explains details so well, asks questions, and truly listens. She put me at ease with some concerns I had, and allowed me to participate in the decision process. I admire her professionalism and compassion very much, I feel very fortunate to be under her guidance and care.

Have be using Physicians Urgent care for illnesses and have always been pleased with staff and patients the level of care. Saw Dr. Taylor Bush today to establish as primary care doctor. I have had so many issues with other clinics and finding decent primary care physicians. She was great! Wonderful personality, non-judgmental, patient, asked all of the right questions and really listened! Would highly recommend!!!!

I was allowed to check in via text and wait in my car until they were ready. Great improvement! I walked from my car directly into the exam room. My wait was very short. Katherine Greenwell spent a lot of time with me to understand my condition and concerns. She provided options and pros/cons of those options then allows me to make choices about my own treatment. I highly recommend!!

Wonderful! Staff is kind, professional and efficient- even in these crazy times. My PCP (Katie) is knowledgeable, thorough and always takes time to address my questions or concerns. I feel we have partnership regarding my health, which is as it should be. Unfortunately that isn’t the norm these days so it makes me appreciate this practice even more. Urgent care side is also great!

From start to finish, the experience I had here was excellent. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating, the person who checked my vitals was very pleasant, and Katie Greenwell is a provider who really cares about her patients. I can’t recommend this place enough. Katie also helped my mother a great deal when she was a patient of hers. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this office. I’m generally avoidant when it comes to going to the doctor, but each visit here has been so comforting and thorough. I feel confident in the care I receive here, and so thankful to have found such a supportive medical staff who patiently and thoughtfully care for me.

Katie & Nelson are the best duo team out there. I have never been a fan of doctors and they make you feel so comfortable and understood. They don’t force medicine down you, they explain everything and really if you’re looking for a primary LOOK NO FURTHER. Katie Greenwell is where it’s at.

I've been to the Brentwood Physicians Urgent Care twice now and have been blown away. Great experiences both times. Easy to make an appointment. They're on time. Painless getting in. It's clean, bright, fresh. The entire staff is friendly and caring. I can't say enough good things.

Doctor & staff are super nice. Would like to see separate waiting rooms for those with cold/flu/Covid-type symptoms and those who are there for regular/preventive primary care appointments or conditions which are not contagious & that is the only reason I took off one star.

I am so impressed by the prompt, professional and very friendly care I always receive! All staff members are pleasant, caring and proactive in their responses to any medical concerns. I am so grateful to Katie Greenwell for her thorough monitoring of my medical issues.

The PA was a great listener, not quick to medicate, and I left feeling good about our plan. The medical asst, Nxxxxxx, was super attentive and personable, which has not been my experience in the past in physicians' offices where medical assts are used more than RNs.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I went in for my appointment and was checked in immediately. I only waited maybe ten minutes and was called back to exam room. Katie came in between 10 and 15 minutes. She was wonderful. Listened and and answered all my questions.

Great patient care is a must, and they nailed it. But what really impressed was their commitment to timeliness. My calendar’s hectic, so I can really appreciate that I can count on the team to honor the appointment time. Show up, get seen, and back to my day.

Starting with the scheduler, every interaction has been efficient, warm, and personal. Gary is a problem solver, and made our visit more streamlined than we originally realized it could be. I highly recommend this office, and especially Gary.

Made an appointment while physically at the Franklin location. Went to the appointment and was told I was at the wrong location. Be sure to ask where you’d appointment is going to be. Because they don’t tell you!

The care I receive for primary care (and urgent care) is great! He immediately will ask how I’m doing. He always takes the time to listen. He doesn’t rush through. I highly recommend PUC Primary care.

The wait was short. The provider was thorough and took his time explaining the medications that were prescribed. It was a very easy process to be seen and love the fact that they are open later!
