Christina was very nice and professional, she was accommodating and knowledgeable about the units, she was able to help me get the unit I needed. (Update), its been little more than a month and the pricing was adjusted to over $40 more of what I agreed to in the lease without any notice, and or without 1. providing me a notice and why 2. breaking the lease agreement for which I signed up for with a specific rate at the time of the lease 3. The property manager was helpful but stated she could do nothing about account issues, I called the district manager (Mike), no responses to voicemails and or email that was sent by customer support to him. These practices are fraudulent and illegal I will be filing a grievance with the better business bureau if this is not resolved as you cannot post a price have customers agree to pay and then later raise prices just because you want. Beware of this scam if you are a customer of Public Storage and or a prospective client.

I don’t usually leave many reviews but the attention to detail and service I received by the property manager Jennifer has to be highlighted as the best thing even before their great prices she’s very kind,polite,patient and well educated as she walked me through the best way to go about acquiring a storage unit that accommodated my needs and schedule going above and beyond for me even giving me her number in case I need anymore help or assistance and I’m not even a customer just yet 5 stars is an understatement for this incredible branch manager if you do need a storage unit do call them and ask for her

This store is really good and clean. The facility and staff are really good. It is really safe. You have to enter your pin code to gain access from the building and the elevator. You have a own lock which is linked to your storage unit. When I first went here, the associate Henry helped me and my friend find a perfect place with a good price. This time when we went here, we had some problem with the lock. Henry politely helped us and taught us how to lock our storage unit again. The price is reasonable for college student if you want to store it during the summer vacation.

My wife and I have had a storage here for just over a year. Mitzi the manager is very professional, polite, and helpful. The property is safe, private, and we'll kept. The area around has gas, food, post office, and close by freeway access. Most importantly to us is that during this pandemic Mitzi and her staff have been open ever day at regular hours, and at NO time have we worried about the property not doing all it could to keep it's customers safe. And at no cost to polite and friendly service. I recommending this Public Storage to anyone needing a storage unit.

Started at $160.00 a month a few months ago. Now I pay $200.00 a month since they are a month to month contract and can screw you however they like. I would highly recommend not using this trashy location if possible. There will be homeless inside the parking facility as they have never fixed the gate. Make sure to lock your car or if you use a truck to have someone watch your things while trying to load/unload if it requires more than one trip. There are occasionally two karts to use but the last several times I have visited I have not seen them.

I came to see the options available to rent, reception person “Cristina” was on the phone had me wait outside, eventually she got off the phone and came to talk to us, she assumed we were there to pay. When I told her I wanted to see what they had so I can rent, she said we had to wait because she had a person on the phone and another one inside. Very bad customer service skills, how are you gonna leave a potential customer outside with this Miami heat.... parking uncomfortable. Thank God there’s others storages to choose from.

This location is extremely disappointing. The pervasive smell of urine is overwhelming, and the parking situation is a nightmare. It's frustrating how they consistently block you in and the staff shows no concern or willingness to call a tow truck. Moreover, the price for a small 5x5 locker has skyrocketed from $50 to $80, which is unreasonable. To make matters worse, a considerable portion of my stored items were damaged, there's a plague affecting the facility. Overall, I had an extremely unpleasant experience here.

Giving two stars bc the check in process was easy and fast. But here’s the negative- they barely ever have carts available. They only have 2 and they are in the main office. Good luck if someone is in the main office to access them. Plus the trash that is sometimes left over by people. We left today. ✌ For a major chain like this… the least they could do is provide its tenants with dollies. They literally cost less than what they charge for storage. We found a new spot with plenty of carts for its tenants.

Good morning. We have used many different storage properties during our decades-long residence in South Florida but this one is the best of all. The facility is brand new, clean, air conditioned, with easy access from a side street, away form the maddening traffic of the Calle Ocho. Moreover, all the personnel is super-friendly and always willing to lend a hand when needed. We highly recommend it for all your storage needs, either big or small.

The property manager, Joseph, was very helpful in not only assisting me with an issue but also helped to find me better deal than I came in for. Location: 2190 SW 8th Street, Miami, 33135. The PS Storage App does not reflect the company's accounting and always says "Past Due" as soon as the month rolls over, even if you are paid up in full. A very poor app that needs to be changed. Accuracy in accounting does not inspire confidence.

I came into this public storage and received excellent service from Sheane, she was super helpful and patient and explained to me all the details of the services they offer! She was very professional and explained to me all the sizes available. I would definitely come back here again for my storage needs and i will recommend a friend! Stopped in and asked questions if there was a 10×20 available and about how much the monthly payments would be. Melody had let me know that there was a deal or special offer on a unit that size and how much it currently was. She even let me know the normal rate/payment for that storage unit size. She was extremely polite and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions.

The place is very clean and the customer service is great. The associates Andrea and Sheane are awesome and very helpful. They are very professional and dedicated. The only concern during my stay was the lighting which requires maintenance to change the bulbs in some floors due to not working or dimming situation but they assured replacement was on the way.

THERE ARE NO CAMERAS TO PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY!!! They allow units to be robbed and provide no explanation, help, or responsibility about it. It’s happened a few times this month. Use PODS instead! Read the news about storage units this is happening to a lot of them in Miami and you can’t trust them at all, they don’t care about your valuables.

I found myself needing to rent a storage ASAP and was lucky enough to encounter Henry who was amazing very informative and helped me every step of the way ! Broke down everything for me answering all my questions and concerns . Location is clean which was a major thing for me I feel at ease knowing my personal belongings are safe !

Nasties storage facility in Miami, this places is filthy, roaches, homes-less people living on the floors and smoking on the floors so your stored items smell really nice when you take them back out…trash everywhere and bedbugs are also available at this place, rent goes up double after a short time!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Disgusting Public Storage, people living on the floors, it smells and there is roaches, this is run by amateurs and for a building not being that old this is a total dump, stay away from this one… súper sucio, cucarachas e insectos, huele horrible y menos hogar vive adentro y fuma.

The manager is amazing, very sweet person. Even though she was short staffed and extremely busy. She took her time to help me resolve an issue with the storage rental I made online. The place is always clean. A lot better than the storage place on 8th street I moved from.

Clean and really great staff. Henry (I believe) was extremely kind and helpful. The price was raised significantly after 6 months and I am just hoping they don't continue raising the price because I'm very happy with the location, facilities and staff.

Like inside parking but needs to hire a concierge to take care of elevators cleanliness and elevator floors need to be fixed some floors have been broken and that's a risk of slip and fall.
