Decent gym. The cardio section is great, has a lot of equipment and will most likely always have a machine available. There is a big problem with the weights machines however. It seems as is there is only one of every weight machine. Compared to the cardio section, this part of the gym is quite underwhelming. With the amount of space available in the building there could realistically be two, minimum, of each machine. Some machines also need replacing as they seem to be old/rusty. The plates are a bit chipped as well and more of those could be added as I always wait for people to finish as there’s a very limited supply of them. Layout of the weights areas could be better as some exercises you feel as if you may hit someone walking past. Adding new machines like the standing calf press machine or a T bar row in the free weights area could be good to give us a choice. Also staff need to be stricter with their members about leaving weights lying around as there’s always weights lying around on the floor and not put back. Long story short: Cardio section good - basically the reason I gave three stars. Weights sections bad - could use a lot of improvements such as layout change to afford more room to add more machines. Desperately need more machines and plates. UPDATE: Been to the gym more recently and wow the improvements they’ve made is incredible. So many more equipments (still hoping for a calf raise machine haha) but all in all it’s so much better. Weights section has a lot more weights and areas to do deadlifts and T bar rows. They’ve also added more pull up bars which is great. The machine section has improved significantly since I first went there. Weights are being put away more now but still a lot on the floor at times. They’ve invested in new plates which is great. Still think some machines are worn out a bit but there’s a lot more new ones that have been added. Gonna keep my original review above to show that they do listen to members which is great. Good job guys.

This PG has its ups and downs. Mega busy and somewhat chaotic; there is really no finesse or safety considered in the free weights area. Dumb bells and plates are left all over the floor OR in incorrect places; there are not enough clips or clips are broken. No one is really bothered as long as they get their bit done. On the subject of broken, some machines are in poor condition or broken, attachment hooks are compromised. In all these circumstances, the gym continues to allow use of this equipment with a flippant attitude of - well I did put a sign up. Broken lockers and disgustingly smelly mens shower room. There is a distinct lack of hygiene and health and safety throughout the Northolt PG. I have been going here for years, and although it does have some nice gym members, there is also a very "bro-meathead" collective as well, guys training topless and sweating over multiple equipment without wiping down etc etc... This, unfortunately cannot be changed by the individual. BUT... I would STRONGLY suggest that management take time out to go see how PG Hayes and especially PG Marylebone are maintained and how safety and rules are upheld. If applied here, it would seriously improve things for Northolt.

In general I like pure gym and this is my main base. Just have been renowned, painted, new class rooms. Clean, spacious, all toilet and other facilities very clean. Lot's of parking space, location is good too! It's next to massive park ( for jogging or other stuff if you want too ) I cannot comment on heavy weight training room as I'm more to cardio now ( beginner ) so cross-fit, treadmills, pedal, rowing , "ski" machines all good and never had to wait once. I'm training with Parsa-I do recommend him as personal trainer he knows what to do , after few hours I booked 10 sessions straight-no hesitate to recommend to everyone just be careful if you have physical work, after training with Parsa next day I cannot stand up from my chair or lean down to pick up something from the floor ( as I mentioned I'm beginner so muscle pain is .... painfull ) feel like old grandpa , until pain is gone and I feel soooo fresh! like a was born again. Also I've got multigym membership because my job is driving around London . So far I have been to: Luton, Finchley, Staines, Slough, Edgware, Fulham Broadway, Northolt and I like them all !

For my first visit to the place. I was looking to join this establishment, when I eventually got there through the busy traffic of Mandeville Road I arrived to find a fairly spacious car park. Got to reception only to find you need to input your car reg into the touchscreen unit to validate parking.. but what I did notice was all the signage for joining but nothing telling that no staff are there at weekends.. I waited 35 minutes pushing the green button quite a few times not getting any response. I asked one of the members who said they don't have staff on Saturday and Sunday. So I kind asked if the member would put my car reg in for me as its inside not in the open reception area.. so now now I'm hoping that it's been validated correctly otherwise I'll get a parking fine.. its the first and most likely last time I go there.. no customer service whatsoever. Even when you ring their number, they say no essential staff are available to take your call.. I'll go somewhere else.. lack of human response hardly any customer service..

This is a 6 month review. Honestly its an adequate gym as far a equipment goes with some major drawbacks. The equipment is the bare minimum for any gym. Seen reviews mentioning staff. Honestly I have not seen any in my time here. And have been here at various times. Staff is not here to just put the weights back. Staff should be available to instruct gym etiquette and help people with form but apparently thats only available from PTs in UK gyms. So many people shouting and throwing weights around.not everyone does this but I wont be dispensing advice to adults who should know better. Secondly, the amount of equipment is insufficient at peak hours. Good luck finding a dubmbell between 5-8 pm. Thirdly, as other mentioned cleanliness in the locker areas could be held to a higher standard. Lastly, reception and wifi at the gym are atrocious. Not a big deal as we are here to workout anyway.

  • masood qureshi

The overall experience has been ok.some trainers are helful too.But what is lacking the good communication between us and the management of gym. If we have any issue there is no one there to help us after 8 pm. I have being going to gym from more than 1 month now. The quality of sport water is pathetic. The management didn't care and never check the sports water ever. I complained many times to Manager but no response still the same. When i am paying for the sports water why cant i get it .This things put me down now .They should reduce the waiting time of sports water to 15 mnts . Every time i fill the water it is flat taste so i have to wait fir 20 mnts again .It is not fair .If i send mail for complain or any issue . We get same Automatic reply. There is no customer care help line where we can talk to them & complain. It is pathetic. Pls improve these services. THANKS Masood

I have been a member here for 4 years and have always held the view that it does what I need it to do for a very reasonable price. In this time most of the equipment has been replaced and works well. The changing rooms were refurbished last year so the showers are much nicer - individual cubicles for example! That said, there are a large number of niggles which don't bother me but I could understand someone with different priorities getting very upset about. These include: -Broken Equipment taking a long time to be fixed -Pool/Sauna/Steam room out of action semi-regularly -Showers frequently being out of action (but normally there are some working) -Very busy at peak times As I come early (when it is quiet) and don't tend to use the wet facilities, I am very satisfied and can't see myself going anywhere else.

  • Davide Renna

Gym full of people who go there only to stay on social media, especially in the evening. People sit on the machines on their phone preventing others to us it. I understand that you take small breaks in between reps, but not 5 mins break to stay on Instagram/Facebook occupying the only leg press machine in the whole gym for 20 mins of which 15 are spent on the phone. If you want to relaxing in the evening on your phone STAY HOME. My name is David and I’m a member of Pure Gym Northolt seriously considering switching gym, it is a shame because the gym itself is very nice and the equipment is very modern and well kept, shame because 99% of members are unpleasant selfish individuals

  • Jan Kowalski

Just joined the gym few days ago after dark. First impression - only three - literally 3 bike racks and fully occupied with six bikes, hence 1 star off, second time I visited during daylight - litters are everywhere and no bins - another star knocked off. I can't understand why you prefer motorist over cyclists, if you can't afford more bike racks or have no space, talk to your local council to install bike storage/shelter on the street close to your gym. Thanks to Dragos, I was able to store my bike in a room next to his office. The equipment is outdated which reflects in cheap rate. I will gladly change my rating if you introduce the changes I mentioned.

  • Megan Charles

Shocked at the lack of cleanliness despite still being in a pandemic. Hardly anyone cleans any of the equipment including in classes not least because there isn’t enough time between them. I went recently and it was really stuffy and absolutely packed with people. Really unpleasant environment for women too, I avoid coming at busy times as much as possible and even then it is uncomfortable. Lots of staring and intimidating men. The Les Mills instructor Michelle was not brought back once the gym reopened, which I am super disappointed about as she was great and created a great community of people exercising together. I am considering going elsewhere.

  • Rachel Day

Fantastic gym. There's lots and lots of space and an abundance of equipment. The staff are friendly and very proactive in answering queries and solving problems. The whole building, including the changing rooms and toilets, is exceedingly clean and of suitable temperatures and ventilation levels. I'm honestly stunned by the cost-quality ratio. For all this gym provides, it's astoundingly cheap. Having said that, it would be nice if some customers could quieten down a tad when on the phone - loud voices can be a bit distracting for me when I'm trying to focus on breathing and counting etc.

  • Abhinav Saha

3.5 stars Although the gym is very big, spacious and have a wide range of equipment, people don't keep the weights back and they are left everywhere. It sometimes takes me ages to find the weight I am looking for and they are just left everywhere on the floor. A lot of the times the barbells are left stacked with heavy weights and its a struggle for someone like me (not that big) to unload the weights and use the barbell. If the gym can implement some measures to make people put the weights back, it would be 4.5 stars for me. And a heavy bag for boxing would definitely make it 5.

  • Hari

Positives: Well maintained gym with friendly staff and most of the essential equipment to have a great workout. I'm not too bothered about the busy periods as I'm quite fluid with workouts. Feedback: 1) Extend the parking stay to 3 or 3.5 hours 2) Improve Wifi 3) Make room to have 2 of each when it comes to the most popular machines 4) There's more than enough room to add a punch bag in the corner of the studio 5) If possible, have someone do a nightshift to avoid the gym becoming a messy jungle in the early hours 6) More mirrors on the walls like all of the other gyms

  • Ryan Tait

The gym isn’t bad but often many machines are broken and have to wait weeks for them to be fixed and the worst part about the gym is that it’s always oversubscribed no matter if you go at 6am 12pm whenever you will have a long wait and because the gym is quite small it can be very frustrating I understand it’s a cheap gym but if you can afford another one you should go moreover the smell in there is foul the weight room smells like a mixture of lynx Africa sweat and care freshener and the changing room smells like sewage mixed with vomit

  • S K J

Good gym for the price and has many classes. It has many weight training machines as well as free weights. It also has a lot of cardio machines. Lockers and shower rooms are available too. If you need a personal trainer there is always one around who are very welcoming and good at what they do. The only. Downside to this gym is that it gets very busy. The most annoying part is people not putting back their free weoghts where they belong and it's just a mess. This gym does not have a swimming pool or sauna other than that it's good.

  • mohammed farooq

Was not too keen on my visit here. It was awfully messy, free weights area was a shambles weights everywhere, not the gyms fault its the members of course who don't respect the gym and happily lift weights but get lazy putting them away. It was only once a member of staff turned up that it looks half decent after she put everything away. This gym needs to get on top of those members leaving their weights around and suspend their membership maybe then they will learn and start to respect the gym. Other than that not a bad gym

  • R

Above average gym but what really puts me off is low hygiene in this gym. No one wipes downs machines and no one uses towels on the benches. The gym don't provide paper towels either to wipe down machines or towels. Super busy at peak times - expect to wait for any weight machine - cardio room very hot and humid. Weights room very untidy. Dumbbells everywhere. A high level of hood rats and chavs attend this gym. The weights room is a like circus most times. High level of cursing, innits, and bruvs. You get what you pay for..

  • mattea lenhoff

Fantastic trainers, can't speak highly enough about the staff. I have had the opportunity to go to a number of different classes and well as being fortunate enough to have had a couple of personal trainers at Northolt, they are all brilliant. Special thanks go to Vivien for trying to help me get into shape, also to Gosia for her amazing energy, motivation and fun. I have knocked off one star for operational levels, as more equipment is needed as always have to wait to get to use what I want during training.

  • Tomas Skersis

Great gym for this amount of money , specially very big area with free weights, nice and clean, staff maybe friendly but when they stand to the person who doing exercise wrong witch can make injury and not explain how to do properly it's looks wrong, someone saying about towels bring your own, problem about leaving weights everywhere, but even trainers leaving them on the floor, so what you can expect from customer :) , somebody saying is replacing broken gear, but sand bags is already missing over year :)

  • Harinder Kaur

So I joined the gym about a week ago. Used it twice and now my pin is not working. Pressed the buzzer 10 times but no one came for help because there was no staff present at the gym. No phone contact to speak to anyone. Sent an email to PureGym help desk and they emailed back that they will get back to me within a week. What? I’m here now and I need access to the gym. What good is it to get back to me within a week. Really disappointed. If I can give less than 1 rating, I would.

  • Jessica Kilby

Everything was either sweaty or chalky. Some of the machines were so rusty I couldn't adjust them. The weights were absolutely everywhere, to the point I tripped over a couple. Could only find one matching pair of dumbbells. Lots of PT's around who didn't seem interested in cleaning the weights areas up. The machines were all very warn down. Overall the entire gym was really dirty. The only pluses were that the studio was big, parking is free and the changing rooms were clean.

  • Siski Ya

Hi, I've signed up with pure gym northolt, right away one of two step walkers didn't work, now 3 months later, hamstring machine completely broken, two stepwalkers not working, back machine lateral row is broken, lack of carabines, most of gym-bicycles lost their resistance on maximum level, your A/C units is absolutely disgusting, nobody cleaning filters, they blowing dust and other particals back in the air. I think you need some sort of manager, this place is falling apart.

  • syed sajjad

i have joined gym before lockdown than gym was closed had email my account is frozen so that you do not have to pay anything than in between gym opened for 7 days than closed again than reopen on 24 april and i have been charged £40 . No email or notification that gym is open. do not trust this gym, and highly recommended do not pay them . they will charge you whatever they like. very unprofessionals . Highly avoid this gym . do not get membership otherwise you will regret.

  • Jordan Lewis Fitness

Very miss matched gym I found myself trying to find equipment and then having to wait to use it because the place is so over crowded, very unfriendly environment felt very uncomfortable there. Did not like the whole using a pin and waiting in a glass cage to get into the place. Nothing against the trainers there but a gym needs that personal touch or someone at a counter to speak to about your workout or just to generally talk to.

  • David Alonso Pérez

The gym is alright although sometimes equipment is broken for weeks before they repair it. The crowd is not ok, some people sit on machines for ages between reps, weights are left all over the place after they been used and the staff doesn't seem to care. The changing room was quite bad but in all fairness it's gor better since they refurbished it. In any case, just canceled my membership, plenty of other options nowadays.

  • zeczam

A good gym that is let down by a sorry state of lockers (half of them are bent or have faulty latches) and very dusty air vents in their treadmills. They play an announcement over and over saying they pride themselves on their hygiene, which seems to be just lip service. Equipment is otherwise good. UPDATE: they've finally replaced some of their lockers, so an extra star for them. But the changing rooms still stink.

  • Musa Hassan

This is the worst gym in the world, the AC inside the weights room is broken and with 50 in the room it feels like a Sauna yet they do not want to fix the issue ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL US, and there is only one hygiene stand in the entire gym, let’s not even mention how dirty and smelly the toilets are. SORT IT OUT!!!!!!!! There is no AIR inside the gym because the AC is all broken and never gets fixed. cowards!!!

  • frank casey

I was looking to join this local gym , 10min from me , despite its poor customer and hygiene reviews I thought I'd make my own opinion . E mailed the club about memberships levels and costs . I received an impersonal, unwelcoming and uninviting reply from the asst manager . If that's the attitude and response then I am happy to travel further for some basic courtesy and more welcoming conversation . Frank Casey

  • Floss M

Been coming here since this gym was an LA fitness, puregym did a great job refurbishing the whole place. The staff are friendly and a lot of modern equipment is provided although it does get a little crowded at peak times. Plus you find a lot of lazy people leaving free weights around sometimes, which is a massive risk for injury although the staff regularly clean up after these people.

  • Ashraf Jeetooa

Three years on from the last review posted by "a google user", I can confirm that the gym is now clean, relatively spacious, a range of machines and free weights are available. Great atmosphere. LA fitness are doing a good job. Showers are clean and refreshing to use. Swimming pool, sauna and steam also great. Only downside is that there is no decline bench or no preacher curl machine.

  • Abhijith S

Its worth for what we are paying. Good spacious gym with lots of equipment. Enough parking too. Staff is friendly and helpful. Air quality on the weekend is a hit or miss, there were weekends when it felt like the ventillations was off, but on weekdays and when the gym is crowded, it's okey. Can find the odd broken equipment here and there, would have been nice if they were fixed.

  • Keval Shah

Cant give it zero stars 1st and last time using this gym! What a terrible gym! Lots of equipment on its last legs Lights are dim and dull Weights all over the place No dumbell etiquette (put it away where theres a slot) The male changing areas are sickeningly smelly and felt dirtier coming out of it then when going in!! This gym doesnt seem to have been maintained or deep cleaned

  • Francisco Roig Morcillo (Crowlee)

Brand new refurbished gym whit all machines and areas you need to have a great training. Now whit new lifting plataform and new functional area is a cozy gym but has once of the best PTs on Pure gym, whit PT like a Junior you can have the best deal and transform your body and health improving you new limits. You can have a look for free sure is going to like you this gym.

  • Nahrain Georgis

Its okay but the drinking water here smells like bleach make sure you bring enough to drink or money for the vending machine. The add on for the sports water is okay.... but its just a filtered and flavoured version of the drinking water so you can still taste and smell that chlorine or bleach. It's not their fault its the whole area. It just used to be nicer pre lockdown

  • Umair Sheikh

Equipment always missing and misplaced. People just leave weights anywhere, don't put them back in their places and lots of free weight equipment is damaged, especially dumbbells. Barbells and free weight plates also tend to be missing. Gym is usually too crowded during the day, only a good place to work out at night after 10pm when it is quieter. Would not recommend!

  • Alex LOC

Decent space , clean , free parking and friendly staff. But not sure how they can justify the price being higher than other Puregyms that have the massage beds and hydration stations. I go to around 8 Puregyms so it’s easy to compare. Still ....best I’ve been to in west London so far , should add features or rethink price though would be my 2 pennies worth

  • Fouzie Mahrat

The way this gym is designed makes it feel very small and constricted. Low ceilings, too many walls, and lack of mirrors everywhere. Gets busy to the point you cant even find a machine to use without waiting. Since the place is designed so badly, the smell of peoples sweat floods the air. Parking is easy, and staff are nice. Which is why they dont get a 1 star!

  • Laura lotamõis

I joined this gym a few weeks ago. This week, as I fell ill I had to cancel a few group workout classes, which I did cancel according to the app. However, the app did not record my cancellations and suspended me now for not attending my booked classes As Puregym has no way to contact customer service directly, I will say it here: Please fix your app, people!

  • Erfan M

Good gym but always very busy. I have one main complaint is that even though it says the gym is 24hr however since it's small it makes no sense to lock the studio room after 8pm(maybe for half hour/hour when cleaner cleans it that's it) where functional training and skipping can be done in peace without the fear of hitting someone in a crampt area.

  • SAB RAI

Friendly staff and has all the equipments you need for general fitness and hypertrophy (muscle building). It can get very busy during peak hours but that is to be expected with every gym. Although showers and locker rooms could be a bit cleaner, cannot entirely blame the staff if you look at the behaviour of some of the people who use the showers.

  • JayKay

Good gym but can do with more leg exercise machines. Also they need to keep the toilets clean. I've personally come across used needles in the cubicles and drops of blood, which I'm assuming is probably from the use of steroids that some individuals may be injecting. Free parking which is good. Overall - good bang for the buck.

  • Peyan Saieed

Honestly this gym has no system or rules. No manners of some members. People are leaving Dumbbells on the floor, moving bench and they really don’t care about the next who is using it. I really don’t know for what the staffs are working there, it seems they don’t care. In my eyes it makes no different if they are there or not.

  • G S

Good gym for the price has pretty much every piece of equipment you need to suit your goals whether its cardio or muscle building or functional fitness. Can get a bit cramped in there at peak times so be prepared to wait for equipment that you want to use. Cleanliness of changing rooms still an issue but better than before.

  • Gaius Walker

It's only a gym ( no pool or tennis courts ) but has a great range of classes and equipment. Doesn't get too busy and never much of a wait for machines - usually you just stroll up and on you go . There are also several PTs if you want to sign up for a few personal sessions. Great value for money and very friendly.

  • pepperoni

It alright.Only machines aplenty are treadmill, crossfit trainer etc.but, all the weight machine seems to be occupied all the time, atleast 12 pm to 9 pm..also gym user here are so lazy they dont return the weights back to its place.so on be prepared to see and try to find weights and dumbells all around the floor..

  • Zakhar Shah

Members are abiding by the rules during this tough time and there’s always cleaning products to clean up. The gym can be very busy, so my advice is to use the PureGym app to see how many people are present before making your journey. After a period of time you will realise patterns of when they are less people.

  • Andrei Abalasi

New to this gym, looks ok...issues are: the sports water is just tap water with a hint of aroma, bad ventilated, loads of cardio machines but lacks of body building ones, too many heavy weights and just 1 pair of 6kg, 8kg and 10kg, no dedicated chest push up bench and weights. Also a few lockers available.

  • Ella

The gym is great, spacious and has a lot of equipments and a wide range of machines, but there is NO FRESH AIR!! The stench is unbearable at times especially during peak hours !! The gym would be 5 stars otherwise. Also, to some gym users, use your deodorant before hitting the gym please and thank you.

  • Rebecca Dacres

My home gym! Great gym to train in. I love that there are so many different rooms/sections to workout in. I am pleased to see they have added good sanitary measures to ensure equipment is kept clean. P.s please open the studio for longer love using the space! Would definitely recommend to others …

  • Edem Hayibor

All in all, a very good gym, only thing stopping it from being 5 stars is that the studio is always inexplicably locked at around 8pm. This seems a bit odd given the fact that this is supposed to be a 24 hour gym. Would love for the studio to be kept open like all the other spaces in gym!

  • Kris Lidder

For some reason the benches in the free weights area have been reduced. There are only a few times during the day that you can actually train here and not have to wait for all the equipment. I'm thinking I will have to leave to be honest and I have been a member since they opened.

  • mariana baldean

The gym is ok. The machine are littele bit old but you can work well with them. The staff are nice and helpful, don't be shy to ask anything. Especially, Dragos.the thing is is a little bit smell as sweat and wed, or maybe I'm to sensitive. But I can resit 2h workout inside.

  • Edlyn Bridgeman

New state of the art equipment in a new gym. All the basic things you need from a gym. I did not enjoy the format/lack of structure of the few classes I have taken. Reasonably priced, although due to lack of competition in the area more pricey than other similar gyms.

  • Harry Harry

It was average experience, too many people staring at each other, staring problem for many. Equipment was clean enough to use, but instead of wet wipes, we were given towels and spray bottle, this is unacceptable. Most people here left a pool of sweat on equipment.

  • Ravinder Kapur

Good gym with a large number of equipment. I usually go in evenings so it’s relatively empty. The car park needs more lighting and I think showers should be open all day. There should definitely be a security guard in evenings. Price is good for the facilities.

  • D Banson

How can they have a toilet with no running water for 1 week now there are no sinks imagine all the people Using the toilet and then going out using the equipment, and it’s very dusty too I know they are doing refurb but it’s not excuse to forget about hygiene!

  • Alex King

convenient, basic and well priced, range of studio classes all through the day is 5*, limited in yoga-etc, spin room aircon and bikes are basic compared to other gyms. update: -1 star for frequent sound system failures leaving spin classes dead in the water.

  • Jade Defreitas

It's ok but parking is scarse at peak times and there was no structure to classes. You would reserve a place for the class but then there was no register therefore no space for you because people who got their first would grab all the equipment fast!

  • Josie Fergusson

While I've been a member of PureGym I've been amazed with the ease of access to nation wide gyms, professionalism of staff, competitive monthly prices, fantastic facilities. I will no doubt be recommending Puregym to friends and family. Thank you

  • sybil bimpong

My local gym which offers a variety of equipment to suit all levels and fitness ability. Classes available to pre-book and personal trainers at your service as required. I love my morning workout, gets me ready for the rest of the day …

  • A R

Decent gym with great PT and fantastic management. It can be busy sometimes but this is normal it depends on what time you going . With the gym app you can checkout how many people are there and you can plan ahead but in general it’s a good gym.

  • Steave Klokov

It was very overcrowded. Just witnessed how 4 guys exited the gym using one membership number. Definitely 12 maybe 14yo, it's just a matter of time when h&s will shut down this gym. Just needs one accident with an illegally entered youngster.

  • Blacksthetics

The gentleman that manages the gym is excellent, best purrgym manager around, however the gym could do with and upgrade, its lacking by comparison to other local pure gym, it however foes have a hack squat machine unusual for most pure gym.

  • Karel Frantisak

The gym got a great revamp. Well done! Feels spacious and new. One rusty water-fountain available though. Stars down for cutting on membership perks whilst increasing prices (Multi-access). Keep going to keep it clean and tidy.

  • Shaun

Compared to the one I use in kent it's bigger but the atmosphere is awful. The people here don't re rack weights or know how to use them . It's like wildlife meets gym. But over all it's a pure gym what more do you want .

  • Kelly Kaur

Went to my first 'fat burn' class today. Instructor Anthony was fab. Pushing everyone to the limits in a good motivating way. He gets involved and has lots of energy. I really enjoyed the class and 45 mins whizzed by

  • Eduardo Lopez

Best low budget gym around here. The equipment in this gym is great can get quite busy at times, personal trainers have great knowledge on fitness and nutrition, however some users could do with better gym etiquette.

  • Kaloyan Terziev

Almost none pull up bars, not merely enough benches, WiFi not working most of the time, the coconut sports water is always run out and I couldn't even cancel my membership until I stopped the payment from my bank.

  • Anmol Kalsi

Friendly staff, clean space, and a generally respectful membership. The app is user-friendly and on point. There are a good variety of classes offered at various times; oh and 24 hours access too. Recommended.

  • Starsky Waithe

I needed assistance to get inside the gym so I rang the buzzer several times but no knee answered. There was only one worker in the gym teaching a class who couldn't help because he was busy. Poor service

  • hassan abbasi

A nice place to workout, but most of the times pieces of equipment are out of order and also the machinery is not well lokked after, especially the pulleys, you can see the rust and feel the friction

  • Rizwan Khan

Not bad place has the basics, would recommend. If you are flexible with when you can go and don't want to go when its busy the app is great for finding out how busy it is as well as booking classes.

  • K K

No fresh air circulating the place always smells. No air con or they don’t switch it on high enough it’s always hot and stuffy, hard to breathe whilst working out. Will be looking for another gym

  • Mohammedbaqir Somji

Been going for a while, changing rooms always stink Machines that break are never fixed Capacity is max 100, but constantly more than 100 people at gym Otherwise, good gym. People are friendly

dodgy equipment machine cable snapped whilst being used lucky to avoid injury. Staff are freelance so don't care for much apart for banter. More cowboys than professionals thats why its cheap.

  • Hamza Aldeen

Good atmosphere and all the equipment you would expect of a decent gym. Location is slightly inconvenient if using public transport but the walk can be accounted for as a pre-workout warm up.

  • Ganesh Krishnan Sreesakumar

Looks like the new memberships are soaring high. Except for a few machines under repair, still this is one of the best affordable gyms in the area. Kuddos to Pure gym for their maintenance!

  • Hames

Very poor gym it's very unhygienic, staff members don't have a lot of knowledge, it's never cleaned the locker room is a mess just overall not a very good gym I suggest looking elsewhere.

  • J. L.

It’s okay. It bluntly does what it says on the tin, sort of. The stench from the toilets is quite unbearable, though — vomit inducing! Sort the toilets out and it might be 2.5 stars.

  • Erika Grisoni

Gym pretty small but functional. Not enough cycle parking. Quite unfortunate considering that the gym is outdide Northolt Town and the easiest way I can get there is with the bike.

  • William Edwards

As far as 24 hour gyms go this is the best one I've found in the area. I prefer to train in hardcore body building gyms but if I had to go to a 24 hour gym I would choose Pure Gym.

  • Aiman John Ali Elihaimir

Very nice gym. Trainers are very helpful. But recommendation is to have a rapid cooling area with strong fan or something for unhealthy people like me that sweat a lot like me.

  • A

Dirty, lack of a proper aircon layout means rooms stink of pungent sweat instead of having proper ventilation, PureGym is quick to blame members instead of fixing those issues

  • Narinder Paul

Busy all the time and wait for machines is sometimes so long that you start with other muscles. Setup is bit weird as well. AC not working and toilets are a bit un-clean.

  • d 36

The only problem with this gym is the MUSIC, its awfull they should try something were they let people plug in a aux wire etc or leave it on kisstory or captial reloaded

  • Harms

PureGym Northolt Open 24hrs They have just revamped the gym inside, and there is some extra equipment added and also redesigned the whole layout. Loving the new feel .

  • Julie

Gym is what you would expect, nothing fancy. Location is a bit quiet, not much else nearby and as a lone woman user, not sure I would feel safe outside late at night.

  • Mitch Paul

Went there first my first solo effort st 11.15pm.....there was around 40 people there! The energy and single mindedness in the gym was incredible. Very addictive.

  • Kitty G

Good gym, nice size and good clean facilities - good space for doing stretches and yoga based activites. Staff seem nice and don't hassle you to become PT clients

  • Marianna Zavedeeva

Good one! Spacious. Clean. Nice studio, a lot of machines. A lot of space. Customer Parking available, register your car inside and stay as much as you need.

  • faraz qureshi

Descent gym, not the largest but has its own dedicated car park. The car park is in a really bad state. There is rubbish all over needs a proper clean

  • Nils P

Love the gym. Been using this for past 2 years! Great staff too! One problem is parking area needs to be cleaned from rubbish thrown by the gym goers.

  • KK S

There are lots of varieties of equipments. Its open 24 hours a day and everyday. All equipments are of high standard. There are plenty of carpark too.

  • Kbutista B

The gym is great but its too far and very next to graveyard as i use gym after 10 in night so the graveyard scene in the night scare the hell outta me

  • Spaghetti mayhem DONoghUe

Good quality gym. First rate range of equipment and helpful personnel trainers. Gets busy during the week after 5pm. Open 24 hours 365 days a year.

  • Vee A

Now that's been renovated (December 2015) it can be called a gym. Prior to that it was a small, under equipped LA fitness (up to December 2015).

  • Cheryl Leonard

Lots of equipment but it's a bit dirty. The aircon could do with being cleaned as well please. Lots of parking and easy to access from the A40.

  • Andy Bolt

Not the largest gym, but a lot of equipment and very good price. Parking is plentiful and easy. Delivers exactly what is promised, a pure gym.

  • Mahrukh Shaikh

I enjoy workout because its a reason to get into your thinking, doing and enjoying something and putting your mind and attention somewhere….

  • Yrok Kory

Good but too crowded at all times. I wish they opened another branch in the area, they’d have enough members to fill both of them anyway
