Honestly I wish I could give zero stars. Unfortunately these guys are the local hardware store, but really the quality of their products and business practices are questionable. Much of their products are either unlabeled, old or of poor quality. On top of this you'll find a ridiculous (100-200%) markup on products. Seriously, if you need reliable quality hardware tools STOP. You are better off taking 4-5 block trip north to the Dupont Home Hardware. They at least accept refunds, have knowledgeable staff and carry better quality goods. I've had the unfortunate experience of shopping here for parts, supplies and tools to save time, each time I've been disappointed thoroughly and often having to replace the junk they sold. They offer NO refunds despite selling you unlabeled or incorrect stuff, likely because of the poor quality goods they carry. I had to fight for a refund and when I finally did get they also refused to refund me the tax I paid on the purchase back and pocketed it.

This is a cute, tiny, but well-stocked hardware store with very nice owners. Previously I've bought garden tools, batteries, and gotten keys cut. Today I stopped in to check if they had potting soil and terra cotta pots of many sizes (they did) and got myself some novelty duck tape (they have so many colours and patterns!) to match the treats I had gotten from Strictly Bulk next door.

This is a great local hardware store. The owners are helpful and have a good selection of items, some of which are hard to find at other hardware stores. If you can't find what you need ask them if they have it in the back. I've had good luck with this. They've always been willing to take a look and sometimes what I'm looking for is in stock but just not on the shelf.

Excellent independently owned hardware store with niche offerings not found at modern big box retail. This is the kind of place that sells individual fasteners and anchors as a service to their community. The customer service was A++ accurate, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. And all I was buying was $1 in nails!

Nice little hardware store for almost anything you can think of. From a mailbox to a door jam, from screws to caulking! If you excision your situation the owner will actually help you rig something together! Items are pricy but it Saves gas if you're in the neighbourhood!

I needed a couple of items on a Sunday and discovered that Q&B Hardware was the closest open hardware store. I walked in, told them what I wanted, they answered my questions, I got what I needed, and I was out in 5 minutes.

I stopped on a whim during covidtimes to ask about a very specific set of hardware. Super kind service and helped me find what i needed. Will definitely go back
