Always collect my parcels here and buy a few bits...won't be anymore. Sent a parcel here and they refused it, reason was it was too big HA I got parcels sent there double the size before and accepted it. Won't be using them again. Changed rules when it suits them. Sorry isn't good enough, you picked up big parcels before for me and my partner from IKEA, massive tables and you didn't refuse it. The parcel was for work and now I have to wait days for rescheduling. I live across the road from you I pick up within half an hour of delivery always so you only had to keep it for that long! I hope DPD take you off as a pick up point. Will be complaining to them about this and how you close whenever you feel like too. Here is also a picture of the parcel he refused (finally got it after 5 days, thanks a lot!) because it was too big Do yourself a favour and don't use this pick up point.

I found these guys on Just-Eat. Working from home and really needed breakfast so I thought I’d give these lads a try. Ordered 2 breakfast rolls. One with extra bacon and sausage and the other with extra pudding and egg. I laughed harder than I should at this but that’s because one roll just had bacon and sausage on it and the other roll had only egg and pudding!! Im going to give 4/5 because even though you messed up my order, the food itself was really tasty and it was still warm plus you also gave me free chicken wings which you didn’t have to do that so thank you. Would recommend!

Dropped off two DPD parcels here, as this is a registered pickup shop (it’s free to drop off parcels at a registered shop). I was told by a shop assistant (more likely the shop owner) that there was a fee of €1 per package. I questioned him about this charge and how I’ve been dropping off DPD parcels in various locations for years and this is the first time I’ve ever been charged. He gave me some BS excuse as to why he charges, only to follow up saying that its now free of charge this time for my confusion. This is not right and not the agreement he has with DPD.

Terrible customer service. I went to collect a parcel and was told to wait while he made a phone call. He still found time to sell cigarettes while on the phone. After waiting 5 mins I was finally told to sign for the parcel. Whilst signing he put the parcel on my head. It was a bizarre and bullying way to behave. I’m never returning here again and advise others to avoid the place.
