Honest, fair price, excellent work! I have hired another company in the past and will never go back to them. (They actually recommended Lorand as they subcontract to him when they are overbooked.) Lorand is the owner and does the work so you know he is concerned about the quality which affects his business. You can count on him to be honest with what he can do and offer a fair, competitive price. I hired him in October to clean my carpets in a rental. I was impressed with how he was able to remove the stains. The carpets looked fantastic! Recently, I hired him to come to our new home to clean the carpets. He let me know that he had already been there and explained what he was able to do and that certain stains will not come out. I knew I could trust that he tried and it just wasn't possible. He could have kept the information to himself, clean the carpet, and pocket the money for carpets he had already cleaned about 6 months ago. My mother has asked that I write this review as she still doesn't understand "the google". Her dog had an accident and the search to find a reputable carpet cleaner ensued. Our small business is so pleased with the work completed by Quality Carpet Cleaners! We had looked at a larger company who had quoted almost double and told us they weren't sure if they could get out the few dog urine stains out. QualityCC didn't guarantee they could get the stains out, but they would do their best. When they left they said if the stains re-appear when it dries to call them and they'd come back. We didn't need to call- the stains are gone! They were efficient, kind, timely, respected the employees/space in the office. We'd totally recommend them and will definitely use them again! Professional and excellent carpet cleaning service. Attention to detail and even provided earplugs to block out the noise from the cleaning machine and plastic shoe/foot covers to be able to walk on the rug when it is drying. Explained the rug cleaning process well and answered all of my questions. Very impressed by the fact that 2 previous professional rug cleaning companies were unable to remove a dark mark in one of the room rugs and he was able to quite easily remove it. Best rug cleaning service provided to date by any of the companies I have used.

Highly recommend Quality Carpet Cleaners! QCC came recommended to me by a friend who’s a home inspector, and I hired Lorand to clean all the carpets in a house that I moved into, including some really bad staining on the stairs. This was an excellent service end-to-end. All the communication was prompt and professional (even outside of normal business hours) and the results were astonishing. These carpets were heavily soiled and stained and had not been cleaned in decades. Absolutely top quality work and customer service. Lorand was prompt, quick to respond, and very nice in person as well. I have white carpets that have been abused by 3 dogs and a cat for many years. I didn't think they could be saved. I'm not exaggerating when I say they look brand new again. The multiple stains from coffee spills and dog accidents are all gone.
