After obtaining multiple quotes from various companies in Ottawa, we decided to hire Quick Dry, a local family owned business. The price quoted for the job requested was by far the best. We actually were warned by two of Quick Dry's competitors that as a result of the great price we were given that the cleaning would be substandard. We decided to take a chance anyways as Shelly the office manager responded promptly to my request for information, was friendly and asked detailed questions about the rooms and furniture to be cleaned. I felt confident that the job would be done well. She advised me that I would be pleased with the outcomes of their quick drying process. They did not disappoint! The technician from Quick Dry arrived as scheduled, was extremely personable and took the time to explain to me what products he would be using to ensure the thorough cleaning of two carpeted rooms, a thick shag area rug as well as 2 sofas. He was able to successfully remove 2 stubborn stains from our carpet which another company had historically been unable to clean properly. I was extremely impressed by the results! The carpets and furniture were dry in about an hour or so which allowed our family to resume normal activities. To top it off, Quick Dry uses chemical free detergents! I therefore did not have to worry about my two cats and most importantly my 9 month old son crawling on our carpets. Satisfied and extremely pleased about my choice to hire Quick Dry. I would encourage everyone to support this locally owned family business.

After having read some stellar reviews of Quick Dry, I messaged them for an estimate on cleaning my couch, chair and other upholstered furniture and area rugs that had been contaminated with tile dust after a company did some work in my apartment without taking proper dust control measures. The work had to be done on short notice and Abraham gave me a great price and could come the day I requested. He arrived well prepared and did a fabulous job, I joked that I was wise to his ways – that he snuck out and bought new replacements for my couch and chair! Not only were they clean, but the red of my couch 'popped' again, like it did when I first bought it, and my area rug looked new again too! I cannot recommend the services of this company enough – outstanding work, and all without harmful chemicals... and I tell you I'd already had enough harmful chemicals after the contamination that started all this! Abraham is the real deal. Full disclosure- I never ended up purchasing his service, but please read this anyways! I called inquiring about my stained love seat that I needed cleaned. Off the bat, Abraham was extremely knowledgeable, asked a series of questions, and was very invested in fully understanding the project at hand. I sent him pictures, and he spent 15 min on the phone with me afterwards. He explained that unfortunately, because of the kind of fabric I have (viscose), getting the stains I have removed would take a series of treatments, cost far outweighing the value of my couch, and it still wouldn’t be completely cleaned... Abraham advised that my couch could potential benefit from a series of weekly DIY home treatments on my own, and coached me on how to go about that. He could have easily took my money and made a sale.. but instead was honest, informative, and helped me out anyways expecting nothing in return! Abraham, sending all the good karma your way! I needed my carpets professionally cleaned before moving out of a rental, and Abraham and Bilal did an absolutely fantastic job! They were extremely efficient and managed to remove some pretty heavy dark stains from my carpets. They look better than they did when they were brand new! They use odour and chemical free products which is definitely something that drew me to their service, and my carpets were totally dry the next day. We had the pleasure of having Abraham and Bilal clean our stairway carpet and a rug. We had used their services a few years ago, and in keeping with their first visit, service is superior from the first point of contact to the final results. This is one finely tuned operation with impressive carpet results! From the booking of the appointment, to keeping us appraised about when they would be showing up on the day, to explaining the treatment to be applied, as well as what should be done for aftercare, one could only feel exceptionally well cared for. As before, I asked myself, why all companies do not adopt such an approach to their work. Their visit is an experience onto itself. And the carpets? Well, we have a long-haired dog who, in his old age, has negotiated the run of our house. The staircase carpet was quite dirty and was impressively restored to a clean state. Quick Dry provides fantastic carpet cleaning! Abraham came by our condo to clean the carpet leading downstairs and into our lower level bedroom. We had a beige carpet, but with a cat and a dog it was looking very dingy and dirty - despite the fact that we had carpet cleaning done by another company just last year! I'm super happy with the results the Quick Dry team achieved in my home. They were able to remove several stains (horrible stains!) from the carpets of my new home prior to our move last fall. I was amazed at the results! More recently I called them back to clean a very old area rug and our sectional couch that our cat had peed on. The area rug looks like new and our couch no longer smells! I love that the products they use are chemical free and yet highly effective. I used their Just Clean It Yourself spray after my cats had a brawl and left blood on my carpet. The spray got it out! I was SO happy! Abraham and his brother are friendly and professional! I had such an amazing experience with Quick Dry Carpet Care! They were very responsive and on time to our appointment. The work was done quickly, well and above expectations. The carpet needed serious cleaning since it had been a few years of accumulated dirt and they left the carpet like brand new. They needed to use a little bit more product than usual because of the dirt level and even then it dried quickly within few hours. I would absolutely recommend for their good work but also professionalism and great customer service. The product is clean and chemical free. Safe for pets and children. We were amazed at who well a chemical-free product could clean our carpets! Not only did the colours brighten, but it helped to fluff up our taller pile carpets and fix some wear patterns on our area rug. No strong odours from the product, and the team even drank some to prove how safe it is for everyone! I appreciated that since my allergies are bad. Last week we had Abraham come clean all the carpets in our house. Not only does quick dry carpet care live up to its reviews but Abraham was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable on what products to use and when. He was kind and respectful in our home and was a pleasure to have clean our carpet. I did my research on carpet cleaning and after getting quotes and talking to Abraham, I decided to go with Quick Dry. They cleaned my 4 bedroom house and hallways quickly and efficiently. I thought my carpets were clean, but after they were done I could see a noticeable difference in the colour and plushness of the carpet. It brought the carpet back to life. I was very impressed in how cooperate and open to any questions and concerns they were, not to mention I think he cleaned a bit more area then needed and yet they charged me the same quoted price. A great carpet cleaning. I called on behalf of my 83 y mother who has been having breathing problems needed to have her carpets cleaned chemical free. Spoke with the company gave a very reasonable price and was very accomedating with scheduling and then us having to reschedule. Once he arrived and noticed the condo smaller he gave a $100 off the quoted price. My mother is very pleased with the work and the cleanliness of her carpets, she asked me to call and thank him again. Excellent Service! Fast, Friendly & Affordable. We used Quick Dry Carpet Care to clean the carpets at one of our rental properties last week, and the result were amazing!!! We have used several carpet cleaning companies in the past, and this is the first time we are incredibly satisfied. The carpet was no longer white, and turning a dirty grey colour when Quick Dry went in. Now... the carpets look like new and it was completed in approximately two hours. Our wall-to-wall carpets look like new and they are quite old and were worn looking, with several cat vomit stains, and cat hair! These are light-colored carpets (dusty rose and off-white), so my hopes were not great. But Abraham and Bilal, the owners of the business, did a great job - stains gone, the carpets are refreshed and I don't have to replace them now. Abraham really lives up to all the glowing reviews. He fully explained the process upon arriving and did a fantastic job to our carpet in a 15 year old house. He is very passionate about what he does and clearly know a lot about the different type of carpets and how to best tackle each one. The end result speaks for itself. We had movers the next day and the carpet is completely dry. The cost is also reasonable and well worth the value and peace of mind since his solution also disinfect the carpet. Fantastic service. Nicest and most knowledgeable contractor we have ever used. The brothers were incredible and did an amazing and utterly thorough job cleaning our carpet and removing pet stains and odour. Asked for a landing only and did stairs at no added cost....also an area of another rm with pet stains. Carpet is 20 yrs old and looks like new. Chairs are amazing as are 2 mattresses...zero chemical smell and getting a better nights sleep ! Cant praise them enough. Even offered to drink the cleaning fluid to prove its lack of chemicals. Very please with the service provided. My carpets did not look too bad, but it had been several years since they had been professionally cleaned and I'm glad that I trusted Quick Dry with the job. My carpet looks beautifully refreshed and, to my amazement, a spot (melted in something-or-other) that I figured would be there as long as this carpet exists is gone! I didn't even mention it to Abraham as it was very small I assumed it could not be removed. Serious attention to detail, professional service, and customer satisfaction is clearly the top priority.

Amazing service and results. I always went with regular old fashioned companies that use high temperature cleaning. I never ever had good results as the ones I had with Quick dry. We did not have our carpets cleaned in the last 7 years. We had lots of stains on the carpet between food stains and drink stains. ALL GONE. I was really impressed with the results. We had our carpets and furniture cleaned by Quick Dry. Abraham was very friendly, professional and took his time to do an excellent job. We were very pleased with the results and also happy that the process used is safe and non-toxic. The price was reasonable too given the amount of time spent on the job and the quality of the final result. I highly recommend Quick Dry!

The customer service offered by Abraham is truly exceptional. I called to get a quote on cleaning my area rug after a DIY attempt left it with brown stains. He very generously took the time to explain to me how I could fix it on my own and have it looking brand new again. I would definitely trust him with any carpet cleaning I need to have in the future.

Great service from Quick Dry. Fast, efficient, explained the process and carpet was dry by the next morning. It's a much better cleaning process than regular steam cleaning. Doesn't use as much water and chemicals so quick dry time especially when I had movers booked the next day to move my furniture in. I would definitely use this company again.

We contacted Quick Dry Carpet Care after seeing the positive reviews online. We had years of pet stains on our carpets, and they did a very thorough job removing stubborn stains. Excellent cleaning service yet again from Abraham! Our dog has had several accidents on our white carpet and after the Quick-Dry carpet treatment the stains and odour are completely gone.
