Today was one of the saddest day as I witnessed my girlfriend mom's sister being buried today, the service of Quest was so fast and professional and what was so surprising is that the same bus driver was at our service for my late grandma Mildred Siebritz in bonteheuwel, But today as a officer I walked out from the church while my girlfriend was speaking about her aunt that passed on the spirit of the lead me outside to see what's going on, at the church gangster's was about to shoot against each other but called an fetched all in an closed the gates to protect the people even though I'm off duty. The worst experience ever I wont recommend any one to use Quest furneral service , had my mother cremated with them and took almost two months to get the ash from her body. She passed away the 6th May 2022 but only got her ash 25th June 2022. They didnt even communicate in anyway to say what the hold up was. Had to consistently call Quest but didnt get any relevant reason. Check the cremation certificate she was cremated 22/05/2022 and only got it today 25/06/2022 Really unprofessional and unacceptable.

We used Quest for my dad's funeral. They gave us a very good and professional service from beginning to end. We did not have to worry about anything in our time of grief. Thank you Quest and team. Much appreciated

Worse funeral services ever my children are still waiting on their fathers ashes since 20 /07 /2022 they phone every day but get lame excuses all the time. Won't recommend anyone
