Eric is the person whom I dealt with a month ago to convert my 9g, 24k yellow gold broken bangle to a frame for my new 24k gold bar. He asked for $350 as a labor and I agreed. I insisted that he use the whole 9 grams for the frame, and he agreed. I asked him if he will waste some of the gold, and he said no, I will not waste any thing from it. I asked him to stamp the frame, and he said of course we will. He made the frame using 6g only and he made the hook from 10k white gold!! he did not stamp the frame. I was mad and sad for the trust I gave him. I gave him $250 instead of $350 because he wasted 3g of my 9g, 24k gold. When I complained about what he has done, his father got mad and yelled at me in the store. I told them all that I will write about them in their website.

Within 3 months of getting my engagement ring, a diamond fell out. I went back and had to pay $110 to have it replaced even though it was bad craftsmanship that caused it. I thought that would be the end of it. Flash forward to now, the diamond has once again fallen out, only 5 months later. Please do not buy from here, it will only lead to disappointment. These people have zero passion and are all miserable. The son that sold me this ring is the only decent person there, he is patient and listens to the customer. The dad and everyone else are the worst. If you feel like being judged, blankly stared at and talked over, go here. Way to ruin an engagement experience. I’m selling this ring and wishing you all the worst.

Have been shopping at Ron's off and on for maybe 28 years, never had a problem. Ron and his staff are very good at what they do. They never push expensive jewelry on you, the repairs are done well. My dog bite through the side of my ring while we were playing and destroyed the one side of the ring. Ron rebuilt the side back up and now you cant tell one side from the other. It was all scrolled so not an easy fix. Thanks Ron.

I had a broken chain that needed a new claw. Or so I thought. Went into RR and showed the kind gentleman behind the counter my issue. He said no I can fix that. I said really? Ok,how much? I just bought my fiance's engagement ring from here. I had a great experience they treated me amazingly. My fiance loved the ring so much and didn't want to take the ring off to get resized. They had it resized and back to her within a day. They always take care of me properly and I would recommend them to any of my friends.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Engagement ring I purchased had to be repaired twice because diamonds were loose within 3 months of purchase. Main diamond fell out 1 day after coming back from repair. Was told I had to buy a new diamond/ring.
