You can't pay at the pump. You have to walk in to pay. They're either to lazy to change the paper when it's out or they want people to come in and buy something. I've got bad knees so there's a reason I don't want to walk in.
This wash is OUT of service more than it is IN service! What is the point of paying for a membership if your closest location is always down and you’re forced to drive across the city for a wash?!
Bought a wash via their app. Went to use it a few days later and guess what… the wash was gone from the app. Emailed customer service and no reply. Just avoid
Was with Rainbow for last 1 year almost. They have 100’s of problems. 1. Do maintenance without notice 2. Wash stopped working while my car was in.
