Went for a interview Monday and wasn't even there for 20 mins before they told me I needed a resume and to fill the application out and to make sure that they where able to get ahold of my references took me three buses to be told that when I simple phone call could of stated that it was already bad enough when they called me they didn't even have the address to provide me to get there told me to that it was on Cheyenne and rainbow I had to Google the address my advice to anyone please ask questions as they don't say it over the phone and they sure don't say that on indeed that they have to run a background check and they have to get ahold of you past employers and my past employers the area and district no longer work for the company anymore due to them filling bankrupt and my clothing retail position my old boss moved and my area manager no longer works for the company if my resume don't speak for me then this is not for me then told me they had to call the big boss to set up a interview just too much never had any issue getting a job ever in my life and not about to do all of this to get a job especially when a resume speaks for itself and I have store leader under my belt retail under my belt and just got certified to be a operation manager I'll pass

i really like it is my second time in that' store i went the one in lake mead. andi really like it the one i went today not really is the one in Cheyenne. and Rainbow i dont like it bicos wash allot close in cell wend you get to pay the cashier told me this one cost 13 dlls this one 12, 99 and the problem wash they have the sticker on cell for 3 dlls she sed they chance prices how is your prices is wed your stiker you can't not chenche praces wed thos bicos if you take of they cam appart you cant my douther sed well so you mas have one of your enployees changing prices i told her i do not have time to chance price's and i have the money to shop im the kind a perso if i fine a sale nice things or close during the year i like to bay i have a big family i do it for Crismmas. i do not like the ladys remark i never go back to tha paticular store and chayenne and Rainbow i don't like it me i go ebriguer and vegas i don't like to live bed review 's. for no one but this Rainbow store yes i never go back i don't have the nesecite to chanche prices on anything i told. the lady no mam' i don't.

Huge selection of styles and prices are reasonable! This store is fun because of style choices and Variety. The left side of the store is all plus sizes and the right side is Jr. Miss. Several discount racks throughout the center of store for all sizes $3.00-$15.00. The 3 Ladies that worked there never greeted anyone the entire hour and a half that I was in there. A couple people asked if I worked there, I told them the ladies that work here are in the back of the store. 2 of the ladies stayed in the back behind the bra section and were laughing and carrying on quite loudly for a long time. When I was ready to check out there was nobody available to ring up my items. There were a few of us standing around waiting for a cashier and dressing rooms. Finally, a very nice young lady (strawberry blonde hair) that was working in the shoe area, came over and took care of us, the other two ladies were still in the back. I will go back to look for deals on outfits but I think associates should be greeting and assisting customers to make for a more pleasant experience in the store.

Purchased a pair of jeans I was confident would fit. Ripped the tags off at home tried the jeans on and were entirely too big. Went back to the store WITH jeans, receipt and tags off jeans. The young man at the register smelled the jeans (with his mask covering his nose smh don't ask me what the purpose of that was) and he says to me "because the jeans were washed you can't exchange them" I said to him "I didn't wash them" and he cuts me off and says "and the tags have to be attached to them" I didn't want a refund or store credit... I just wanted to exchange for a smaller size. He folded the jeans back up and placed them back in the bag. I walked right outside and threw the jeans in the trash. Good thing that will come from this is that a homeless person will find a brand new pair of UNWORN jeans. Wont be returning to this rainbow.

Omg I don't know where to start,but I will say this if u looking for fashion and styles ur best out is to shop at the Rainbow fashion on Rainbow Blvd and Cheyenne u will walk out a very satisfied customer, nothing but love in tat store all ur one stop shopping on the lastest styles and the prices are fantastic the employees at this store pure all they love into their job I know they take pride and all their work, all the clothes,shoes accessories are all kept in order,store are very clean I have never went there and not came out happy so whoever are ordering clothes from the other Rainbow Fashoin needs to take fashion and styles classes cause the store on Rainbow Blvd and Cheyenne have the other stores beat ijs the truth is the truth.And I approve the message

Come here and shop all the time especially because I usually need white shirts for work. I had about $80 worth of clothes that too me forever to find and try on. There was a group of body suits on a wrack and a sign that said buy 2 and get them for $7.99. So I did, only they didn’t ring up for that. Amy the cashier said they were in the wrong spot and I told her to get the manager. The manager said the same thing that someone put them in the wrong spot . So they put a group / bunch of body suits in the wrong spot and you aren’t going to honor the pricing? It’s YOUR responsibility to honor the price. I work in customer service and retail. They wouldn’t honor a $2 difference on an almost $80 purchase so I left. As a manager, Zenaya made the wrong choice.

The ladies at the register were rude as hell. Did not acknowledge us. They kept talking amongst themselves. Finally when they starting ringing us up they still didn’t say a word. When I was to pay they said they only accept cash. (I didn’t see the sign on the door that was open and was not even facing the way you walk in.)I said oh ok. And then she had to say more of course to be rude!! And says with an attitude as I was already walking away. “There’s a sign on the door!” With her stank face like she was soooo bothered that I made that mistake. Like really? Why she have to be extra because they hate their jobs! Because that’s what they were talking about!

Customer service is terrible. You have three workers on the floor walking around organizing clothes and trying they're hardest to look busy. While you have a whole line of people waiting to be checked out. I had to Wait 15 minutes just to pay for one item. I don't know why they don't prioritize the customer checking out fast and easy. The experience did not make me want to ever return to this store. They're clothes is very cheap, not just in price but also in quality. But the main reason I will not be returning is because the time you wait in line to be checked out is an entire waste of a day.

This store isn't bad for a quick stop. They have a lot to choose from for low to modest pricing. Not all the items here are the greatest quality but you get what you pay for. The dressing rooms at this location are AWFUL. Most of them aren't even done so you can't use them. It has that "mid-construction-not done yet but never will be" type feel to them. The staff is usually pretty nice. Steer clear of their jewelry, it falls apart quickly. The athletic wear leaves much to be desired. The shoes, just don't buy them. The bodysuits are on point! Nice and soft and SO VERY AFFORABLE.

Consistant loyal shoppers last purchase.I work hard for my money, with that being said, I don't like to waste money.Purchased a item for $16.99 & because I had misplaced my receipt, RAINBOW could ONLY credit me $9.99(per the system), im over the mom & pop stores & the associates unprofessional attitude's. Back to the mall I go where you can exchange for full price w great customer service. 12/24/2020, I located my receipt & refunded my item.due to last minute shopping I had to spend $72 on gifts, but that will be my final purchase.

They didn't even have a dressing room??! I wanted to buy a cute pair of shorts but wanted to try them on. The sales girl said buy them then take them over to Walmart to try them on and if they don't fit bring them back. Not this girl!!! They lost my sale. And I won't go back. They were not friendly at all.

I will always be a fan of this store. They have beautiful clothing. You do have to size up generally due to the amount of spandex that is in a lot of the clothing. I bought an awesome pair of distressed jeans there early this week, and they are super cute. Not to mention, I'm 5'10 and they are long enough!

Soo much fun , like a lil girl in a candy shop it can get overwhelming with an endless array of fashion to choose from. The outstanding service the ladies provide always going the extra mile for me is it extra bonus definitely! Thank you so much!

Changing my review only because they did not having fitting rooms. And then they only do store credit if returning something you weren't able to try on first. Otherwise a great store. Decent prices. Lots to choose from.

They have a big selection of clothing for teen girls & women. They've added a little girls section. Check them out! Prices are affordable & well worth it. Good job Rainbow! Keep it Up!!!
