The clothes is affordable and you might even find nice things but the customer service is horrible I had something to exchange for a bigger size and I was told that I could do so or even receive store credit if I didn’t have a receipt, I always ask when they don’t have fitting rooms available for what ever reason, I took a dress back to get it in bigger size but the African America. Lady that was there was so rude, some people shouldn’t be allowed to work in front of the house if they don’t like people. There was another customer there that as soon as she saw her attitude left.

I love the clothes at this location, but the store is very unorganized near the cash register. The dressing rooms are dirty and the three clothing item rule for trying on clothes is ridiculous. There's nowhere to sit in the dressing room. Also, an employee was very rude to me when I was waiting to try on clothes. She was dealing with a customer and didn't care to warn me that she will be right with me. She left me waiting for about ten minutes.

The lack of a fitting room is not worth me shopping here due to its location. It becomes a hassle to buy items, take home and try them on, and possibly return within 7 days. Pretty much nothing I bought fit and I was rushed to have to return before my trip if I wanted a refund vs store credit. Anytime I have shopped at Rainbow in other locations like TN or FL i find really cute well fitting items. Idk what up with this location.

I’m a faithful shopper at pretty much all Rainbow stores until now. This particular location just made me feel like I’m a criminal. I completely understand checking in bag sor large purse for security reason but when I’m asked to check my small crossover purse that barely holds my phone and wallet I feel that’s a little extreme. The lady said I could take my wallet out but leave I have to the purse . Yeah umm no!

They sell bras that aren't good and have an no return policy especially for the Bras because they know they aren't good and the manger on shift today was not helpful at all I asked her several times for a number to call sombody to talk to she said couldn't give me any information she found the information I was asking for once I start yelling customers shouldn't have do all that to get help very unhappy

I stood in line for a good 20 minutes waiting for them to ring up one person, and the girl they were ringing up got out of line to do more shopping, the other cashier walks right past and goes to the register and just stares at me . Then starts talking to the other cashier. The customer comes back to the front of the line and I was still not even acknowledged by the cashiers smh poor customer service

I absolutely love Rainbow, they offer mostly all sizes. The fitting rooms, aren't the cleanest. They do offer layaway, which is great! They offer under garments, coats, clothing, PJs, shoes, perfume/cologne/ belts, slippers, purses, wallets, makeup, along with many other items. The staff, could be a little more friendly. There's a few that are so sweet.

Maybe because I was in a hurry I didn't seem to find anything that look or fit nice I do normally wear a plus size somebody recommended the store I went and checked it out definitely not for me. They seem to have certain discounts on certain items or certain sales for certain articles of clothing that are out of season.the staff was friendly

I really use to love this rainbow . It was always my go to store ! But now it’s horrible i don’t know if someone took it over .. it seems someone else took it over I can never find anything cute even the mannequins look like they got on thrift store clothes ! The outfits is HORRIBLE ! They need someone with more style !

I love this place when I go shopping for a discounted prices they should lower their prices just a little bit more but it's a really good place to shop and very convenient from where I live and I love it there I love shopping there great quality clothes that last a long time.

Very friendly customer service, it was my first time, however I would not return (only because it is not the type of store I would purchase from) The customer's that were shopping there seemed happy with the selection as well as their purchases. Very low priced merchandise.

The customer service at this store is HORRIBLE I had a problem with Rainbow's return policy and asked to speak to the manager and through the customers service would be better since this is the Manager of the store WRONG she was even ruder than the cashier

I purchased most of my Christmas presents in the store. I like the clothes because they have so many different sizes and styles and when you have a lot of different people to purchase four of The Price is Right. I would definitely shop here again.

If you’re looking for quality clothing in a clean and friendly environment and at a bargain price- this isn’t it. The clothes look like they wouldn't even survive one night out and the employees are beyond rude. Wish I could give zero stars.

First of all, when someone walks into your store you should greet them. I was there a whole 10-15 mins and not one person said hello, asked me if I needed help, or even made eye contact with me. Will not be coming to this location again

I shop at the store in Charleston and Decatur It's amazing what 2 people could do in that store customer service is always pleasant even when the store is crazy full of people, The girls are always friendly and attentive.

The cheapest prices I've ever seen for some good quality clothes. Obviously not top-notch, but the clothes are really nice and durable at an affordable price. They have a large selection, and the employees are helpful

Wish they had better plus sizes for women like they have for Junior's completely unfair.... but overall feel of the place and great prices that fit today's women's budget...I give 4 stars

Its okay for the most part, not a lot of stuff and for the most part the stuff don't always fit right. "Buy at your own risk" but at the same time it can be affordable for most.

The Manager was very Rude. They had clothes that was dirty so my Wife asked may she have a Discount the Manager told her won't you take it home and wash it,. Very Rude Manger

So many clothes to choose from. Had fantastic sales and the young girl behind the counter was a gem ! Very hard worker. It was understaffed for the amount of shoppers.

I always find inexpensive clothing in Rainbows. I have been shopping in Rainbows for over 30 years the stores havent changed in all those years. Thank you.

They always have the shirts I need for my daughter when she's going back to school AND I'm into fashion I usually always find something for myself as well.

Some stores may have an item you want but don't have what you really need and others are out or didn't receive the item but overall nice stores
