I’m honestly disappointed. I was stationed here and everywhere else I’ve been I usually love rainbow. To start , when I called for the actual location in the mall she couldn’t tell me where they were. She said “I don’t really know this place that much” if you work somewhere, you should be able to tell people how to get there. Second, when I went inside, the dressing room was shut down when I looked at the options and shorts they barely had anything over a large and as a woman with a small torso, but a large behind and thicker leave. It was crazy to me that there was no variety in sizes . They didn’t have anything over a large and as I walked around the store, I noticed they didn’t even have a plus size section which is weird because every other store has one. I don’t even think I was greeted or asked if I needed help very small responses and interaction from staff and very very small options to choose from.

staff was SO rude. i was trying to get something off of the top rack with the pole hook and the lady walked up and said “can i have my stick back” and just grabbed it and put it up. didn’t ask me if i needed help getting anything, didn’t offer to get what i needed down for me. HORRIBLE customer service. not only that, i was on the phone and another lady asked me TWICE if i was waiting for a fitting room, obviously i’m on the phone and you should wait before asking me a question TWICE. if i didn’t answer the first time what makes you think i’m going to stop my conversation to answer your rude self the second time? if i needed the fitting room i would’ve asked as the sign states to, there’s no need to rush me. i’m not getting paid to be here, you are. these women need a refresher on proper customer service ASAP.

Okay while reading others reviews I noticed I'm not only one complaining about their bad service! I walked in with my little girl and I noticed no one greeted us. Then as I'm talking to my child I tell her we need try this on as I'm walking. I noticed worker walked by us but I didn't know she said something. My daughter tells me she told her when she heard us talking there are NO FITTING rooms. Now this complaint is to corporate! OPEN the fitting rooms! Been way over a year now we need them open ASAP. Now back to staff. They are not friendly and need be more respectful and approachable! I'll never go back there.

Just want to say I LOVE RAINBOW but not this location. Walked in yhetr looking for one item and had trouble finding my way and looking for something in particular because NOT ONE SOUL working greeted me. The ladies were unapproachable and seems rude and kinda like they just didn't want to be at work. Never again phew

Terrible staff. They yell at you for not wearing a mask when all around them other shops give respect to the customers who don’t wish to wear a mask as it’s RECOMMENDED, not required. Very unprofessional, they didn’t even approach in a nice way. No BUSINESS for them. I can spend my money elsewhere.

Service blows. Not a “welcome” or “can I help you with/find anything?” Transaction didn’t even involve words LOL. Cashier: “total is $xxx” Silence the rest of the time all the way until I walked out the door. Would be be surprised if they closed down.

Do not even attempt to shop or work at this place they are unprofessional and truly don't care. Wasted 2 months of my time about a job. Never again now I'm working with a job that plays no games.

The staff was very he wife. Carpet was awfully dirty for a new store but prices are great and my wife was happy with the service so it was a win

I wasn't too fond of this location. The layout was very weird and even if I wanted to try something on, the fitting rooms were closed.

I love Rainbow shops, but this location doesn't have a plus size section. Who at corporate thought that was a good idea?
