Lucy went out of her way after hours to help my husband arrange a short notice storage space for my family. I expected to leave a message and she answered our call in the evening well after closing. Who does that? A truly dedicated manager who puts customers before herself. I felt so bad that we kept her even later at work, but she assured us it was fine. Our unit was ready first thing this morning and Lucy greeted us with a smile and cookies! She has NO IDEA how much she helped us. BEST SERVICE EVER!

Lucy is AWESOME! She was not only helpful and kind but from the moment I spoke to her Felt like family. She made sure she checked to see what she had available and not only that made our experience easy but processed everything fast! Moving is very stressful and to have a place with a person who helps you not only makes it less stressful is not only great.. its a True Blessing. Thank u sis. Keep up the great work! Great prices . Overall appearance is kept up. Has 24 hour surveillance throughout property. All foot traffic is logged by pin pad upon entrance . Storage is kept at a cool temperature at all times. I’ve seen several cars and trailers parked so I’m assuming you can rent a spot for those to remain on property. Overall quiet place . I rarely see other people the times Ive been there. Call and ask for pricing. Owner is very responsive and fair.

Great staff! I needed a place to store my small retro camper. They were full but took the time to call a customer and see if he was willing to share 2 spaces he had and he agreed. I just bought this camper and had never backed it in. The manager helped me back it in--I would have never been able to do it without her! Highly recommend this facility!!

I've had parking spots and well as a large unit here since 2015. They have been great. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because they close from 10 PM to 6am. Coming back from deployments I've needed to get in in the middle of the night and had to wait. I recommend this place to all of my guys that move to this side of town.

1st of all the staff here are so incredibly friendly and go out of their way consistently to make sure they are providing excellent customer service.. Lulu is the Best! What an amazing and friendly team at Rancho Lone Mountain Storage. I had a minor issue when I established my account and they jumped in and took care of it. They kept all promises and went out of their way to greet me when I was on property. Very hospitable. Great prices, too.

They raise your bill every month and then you have to call them over and over to get it taken care of. The manager is terrible. She does not call you back and then lies and says she did call you back. This is a terrible run company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I rented a large storage unit for what I thought was a good price but within 2 months the price jumped 40%. Lousy business practice in my opinion. Just tell me up front you're going to screw me. On the good side, the associates are very friendly.

Things have gotten a bit out of hand recently with the new management after lucy left. I understand change etc however the new manager Dale I believe his name is is rude with no people skills. He has neglected to take or return my calls.

Great, helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and quiet. I love their security system where each customer has their own individual and unique gate code, and they have to use it to both get in and get out.
