After reviewing the Google reviews of different roofing companies, we chose Rapid Roofing to request a quote, in addition to four other roofing companies. Adam from Rapid Roofing showed up, did his inspection, and then provided a pre-prepared, very detailed quote including aerial photos. Adam then went through the entire quote with us, confirmed what we did and didn't need, showed us different shingles, and explained the breakdown of various cost structures to align with a variety of options. This was so unusual, compared to other roofing companies who showed up and did an inspection without even notifying us, or others simply just gave us a phone quote. What I also appreciated was that Adam didn't try to upsell the garage shingles and was honest that our garage shingles didn't need replacing for another 5 years. This speaks volumes about a company's ethics. Rapid Roofing is all about quality, and you'll be able to see this from the very start of the quote. The roofing installers were polite and friendly, and very efficient, even working in 30+ temperatures. Another impressive feature of Rapid Roofing is that they care about the product that is put on your home and are able to source the highest quality shingles on the market - Owens Corning. Most companies (including the four other companies we called for a quote) can't get the Owens Corning shingles, and will offer lower quality shingles. Also, the owner, Dan, exemplifies how much he cares about his clientele. This is so nice to see that any questions or concerns were immediately addressed. Its not easy to choose a reputable roofing contractor, so I wanted to write this review to help others make an informed decision. If you're getting a quote for roofing, make sure you include Rapid Roofing.

My partner and I purchased a home earlier this year, and we discovered a wet spot in the ceiling while we were moving in during a late season snow fall. After trying a few solutions on our own, we contacted Rapid Roofing & Repairs to take a look. They ended up replacing a vent for us, but we still had water coming out of the same spot in our ceiling during heavy rainfalls. As such, we decided to get the whole roof redone since there was no longer an obvious source for the leak, but are we ever glad we got it done. Rapid Roofing discovered that the previous roofing job was poorly done all over, as there was incorrect materials used which lead to some rotting wood on one side of the roof, and they also found a bunch of nail holes under the shingles that were likely contributing to the leak we were initially dealing with. The owner Dan made us feel really confident in our choice, and laid out all the possible approaches we could take with this. The installation crew did a great job and the finished roof looks fantastic. As a new homeowner, things like this can be pretty daunting, but now we have peace of mind about our roof no longer leaking, plus we won't have to deal with any catastrophic structural work in the future since all the rotting wood was replaced. I'd definitely recommend Rapid Roofing & Repair, as they were very good with communicating and ensuring we felt taken care of.

Contacted Rapid Roofing at the start of April for a quote for a roof replacement and eaves upgrade. After a 20 minute educational conversation with Sam, got a quote done by Gerry several days later. After comparing several quotes, we went with Rapid Roofing based on professionalism and price. Got a tentative install date for 1 month after the confirmation (most companies were 6-8 weeks out). They e-mailed several days before dropping off materials letting me know they were a few days ahead of schedule and asked if I had any questions. After talking to Dan for a few minutes, it was all arranged with no issues. Roof install went smoothly and clean up was excellent. A few days later the eaves were installed. There was a minor hiccup with this (small amount of fascia missed) but Dan straightened it out and got the fix the same day. Very pleased with the service and responsiveness from all involved. Will recommend to others.

I highly recommend Rapid Roofing for all of your roofing and gutter needs. Their service exceeded our expectations. The estimate process was very thorough and honest. Once we found out that we needed a new roof rather than a repair, we were taken through the process clearly and effectively. The crew came in and did an excellent job. They were on time, on schedule and they cleaned up after the job was complete. The gutter installation happened a week later and Trevor has done a bang up job. Communication was clear and when issues came up, we went through all the options in order to make a good decision. On top of all of this, we needed some other issues addressed in the house and Rapid Roofing was able to put us in touch with the necessary services to get that work done. Their referral network is thorough and has provided us with the same level of service thus far. 5 star service!

We had multiple quotes and Adam’s professionalism was Above the rest. Personable, helpful, and patient. We were sooo impressed, that my other 2 neighbours went with Rapid Also at the same time. We had additional questions about leaks, NOT shingle related but he took the time to do a “on-roof” video inspection of the roof, and even advised us on our extra roof issues. ( we both agreed these were “unofficial” comments but soooo helpful. ) The crew Allan, Tannin, Cory and Darren, were excellent. Allan gave great advice, and even made a Saturday visit to confirm an item. We had a tight timeline due to holidays and they pulled it off. Little things included like sealing Bolts on the vents, NOT just a nail and caulk, super duper Turbo vents, and a eye to detail makes it easy to recommend Rapid Roofing to anyone.

Our overall experience with RRR was wonderful from start to finish. Adam was in touch with me very quickly and when he came out to inspect and give us a quote, he showed up with a whole package including pictures of my roof, dimensions, a plan and recommendations, the process, pictures from his inspection, as well as quote options. He brought samples and explained everything thoroughly. I felt no pressure at all; he was extremely professional, honest, realistic, and personable in his approach. The entire process was efficient, and when completed, the inspection and clean up processes were thorough and very satisfactory. We are very satisfied with the product and service and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I referred Rapid roofing to my neighbour. They got 3 quotes and he said all 3 quotes were very close in numbers. He made a point of coming over to tell me why he chose Rapid roofing - he said they were the only company of the 3 that told him that he needed to get his chimney fixed before the roof or it would be a waste of time doing the roof. I hired Rapid Roofing to reroof my home which had some tricky areas including an addition at the rear. Adam helped me with the initial quote and inspection and was very thorough and honest. Rapid Roofing made suggestions on how to ensure my roof would last a long time and even partnered with a local insulation company to ensure my attic space was adequately insulated at the same time. The crew was done the job in three days and they were very clean and professional. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome, would highly recommend Dan and Co!

I found Rapid Roofing & Repairs from a favourable discussion on Reddit. When they came to our property to do the initial inspection, they were able to find three major problems that other companies could not. Adam provided a complete report went over it very carefully, including informing us of our rights as buyers. After the work was completed they came over twice to clean the ground. It is clear they value the quality of their work very much. We are glad we went with this company!

I recently hired the folks at Rapid Roofing to repair and re-shingle the roof on my new home. The entire process was excellent from start to finish. Our roof was leaking and Rapid Repair came to our rescue to re-shingle our house and solve the problem where the leak was. They were quick to come out to do a quote. They were able to fit us in more quickly than we expected. They came on the day they said they would, on time, did the roofing, cleaned up very well and fixed a downspout that was damaged in the process. We were pleased with their communication with us, easy to plan with ...it was all very good.

The people at RapidRoofing & Repairs are very professional and polite. During every step of the process they provided updates and clear explanations. We really appreciated all the before and after pictures! The work was completed as negotiated and the quality was excellent. They took extra care in cleaning up the site. These people were excellent. First, all of our dealings with them from the first phone contact to the final bill were friendly courteous and helpful. The job itself was well done including two modifications that we requested. The friendly crew was efficient and fast while obviously careful and safe. They left our place clean and neat. Their price was fair and competitive. We would very happy to use them again.

This roofing company is excellent. They kept us notified of when every step was going to be completed and answered every question we had. The roof itself looks great and has held up perfectly. They also finished very quickly; only worked for a morning and a little into the afternoon and were finished. The clean up after was perfect as well. I would and will highly recommend this company In the future.

We were really happy with the service we received on fixing up the area around our chimney. After doing the work on a Friday, Casey called me on the next Monday, saying he realized he forgot to seal a nail or screw and it was bothering him all weekend and he just urgently wanted to come back and make it right. Such honesty! Good quality pictures of the work in the invoice too. Thank you!

We had some worn out and damaged roof vents, that were leaking into our home. We called Laura and and she arranged for Lawrence to inspect our home and quote a repair. Within days, It was repaired properly and quickly and saved us from interior damage. This was all done during a freeze and thaw cycle in December. The communication and arrangements from inspection to repairs was amazing!

Excellent job on roof repair. Some shingles went missing during a wind storm that needed replacing. They also fixed up some other deficiencies that I wouldn’t of been aware of if they hadn’t noticed them. Price fell right in the middle of what I was quoted. Note: I wasn’t too concerned about colour match. Casey and crew did an awesome job. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with Rapid Roofing. From their highly detailed and carefully explained initial estimate to the final inspection, everything was extremely professional. They were not the cheapest option, but their use of high quality materials and the fact that they do not cut corners means that this roof should last a long time.

Will definitely not use this company. The guy in his truck cut a bunch of cars in traffic, making sure no one could get in front of him- I thought he was heading to a roofing emergency! Turns out he was going to a fast food restaurant. Extremely unprofessional when driving in the company truck with all the advertising all over it.

Was very pleased that Scott came out to do an assessment of my leaking roof. He pin pointed the issue quickly and applied a temporary fix until he could come back within a few days for a permanent repair. I would recommend Rapid Roofing & Repairs Inc. and use them again if required.
