I received a free ticket for two to watch the sound of freedom. the movie ticket was already paid for. I had two bar codes which are totally different from each other. I went to auburn reading cinema last night. came 10 minutes before the time, waited 25 minutes and was turned down. the staff didn’t even try to scan the bar codes that I presented from my email. I already drove more than 30 minutes just to watch and waited 25 minutes on queue. end up paying for the ticket for two instead. it was a total annoying and frustrating experience when staff doesn’t even try to scan the bar codes. I wasn’t able to see the first part of the show due to the long wait outside and no decision with regards to the free ticket. decided to buy the ticket since I have already traveled far and waited for so long. poor service means, this will be the last time I’m coming to see this place. toilets were so dirty too.

I love this cosy cinema. Quiet and easy parking available with food court around if you think of having a quick bite. The premium theatre is really nice. Very time I have gone to watch a movie the cinema is always clean and no rowdy screaming crowds which I like the most. Customer service is always a pleasure. I love this place.

Enjoy going to these cinemas. The staff are helpful and friendly. The prices can be considered better than other places. I usually watch in Premium and Titan Luxe where the seats are very comfortable and the screen is very large. The sound quality is good and sometimes too loud for myself. Definitely recommend these cinemas.

One of my favourite cinemas to come to. Love the seating for the prices they offer, definitely a bargain! Won’t cost you an arm and a leg to bring the family out and always clean! And if you get bored with the movie… well the seat is great for a nap!

It's much cleaner than some other local cinemas and they have good snacks. I've watched a lot of movies here in the past and the seats were always great and the cinema room clean. Overall great experience. Would recommend …

Pretty big, spacious and clean! The only thing was that the volume was a-bit too loud. If it wasn’t for the volume issue I would’ve given a perfect 5 star review!

My go-to spot for movies. Huge parking lot at a convenient location. Good food choices near by. Very clean and usually empty on week days. Recommended.
