This review is based on 10 random orders from Regattos. So... where to even start.... If you go to "Just Eat" and order from there, no mistakes are made, the delivery for whatever reason is faster, and honestly, the quality is better, HOWEVER, everything is more expensive in "Just Eat", for example, on the Regattos website, a 14" Margheritta Pizza is 9.20€, whilst on Just Eat, it's 11.50€ for the same thing. With that said, when I ordered on the Regattos website, the order came wrong (10" ham pizza instead of 14" Margheritta), the driver was late, the quality is for whatever reason worse than when ordering from Just Eat, HOWEVER, it's cheaper. What really got to me is the fact that on the Regattos website, you can't simply "log in" to your account, nor check your current/previous orders. At the same time, their website says that you will get a receipt emailed over to your email address after completing the order, but I never received it, so, in the event that the order is wrong, you have no way of double checking/proving anything. As for the packaging, I always deduct points for any restaurant/food place that does not properly package their food. In this case, the Pizza has nothing under it, it's just sitting on the cardboard, and eventually soaks the cardboard with its grease and sauces, put some parchment paper under it! 2nd point, the Pizza does not have a seal, meaning anyone (including the delivery driver) can open the pizza box, do whatever they want to it (spit...add poison, steal some toppings,etc...) and close it back, you will never know, because there is no "tamper proof" seal. Not much to say about the Kebab, it's pretty great, it's just a bit difficult to eat if you don't go for the tray, since the "bread" they use tears extremely easily. So, if you want to avoid any hassle, use Just Eat and get your order as it's supposed to be, if you're feeling a bit "risky" go for the official website, it's up to you.

I've ordered food online on Sunday, the 6th of May. 2 portions of garlic and cheese fries were missing from the order, but I was charged for. I called the driver immediately and he mentioned that he only drives to deliver food without having any information in relation to the order. At the driver suggestion I tried to call the shop, but could not get through,they didn't answer for almost an hour. I've called the other Aprile shop(Portobello) and the guy told me that he will try to contact Santry's shop to see if someone can call me back. Few minutes later, I got a call from one of Aprile's employees trying to send the rest of the order.I refused and asked for my money back as it was an hour later and I had to order food from another place. Initially they said it's not possible to receive a refund and hung up, then they called me back and said that I will receive my money shortly as a delivery driver will drop it back to me.That never happened! I went to the shop the next day asking for my refund and they said that it will be lodged back to my account, they refused to give me the cash! The supervisor in charge, Ion (he calls himself Johnny :) ) was pathetic and not at all customer oriented, never apologized once for their mistake and blamed another employee as the other employee said they'll send the cash back with the driver. All in all, bad service, bad english, not friendly and definitely not helpful.

Been ordering from Regattos for sometime as when I began ordering they were very good. Slowly the quality has declined. This evening I ordered something that I haven't ordered before from Regattos and was massively disappointed. Taco chips that smelled like fish. Horrified. Tray was a big load of mush and cheese that turned my stomach as soon as I opened it. Called you straight away and was given the answer of "they are reheats this morning " and I ordered at 8PM in the evening. As if that was a valid excuse? Customers don't pay for reheats from "this morning" money down the drain. Tray in the bin. Never ordering again and will never recommend to anyone!!! Also will make sure to tell anyone I know in the area that orders from you to stop doing so. Maybe if as a paying customer you guys had offered to resolve the issue on the phone this would not have happened. Sincerely, a lost customer.

Ordered two cod and chip meals and one cod portion. The fish was absolutely disgusting, pre-formed (obviously frozen and not fresh) and in a solid block, with the batter textured like the leather off an old pair of boots. My daughter couldn’t even stomach one mouthful of the cod portion and after trying a piece I had to agree. The chips were good, but I wouldn’t recommend the fish, even to my mother in law. I would never go back and if you do go, avoid the fish at all costs. A complete waste of €31

I'm giving Aprile 4 stars instead of 5 based on my last order, which was a disaster compared to my previous ones that were all perfect. Pizza burnt to a crisp which was replaced immediately, but still bad... Too much cheese to the point that it actually made me feel ill (and I'm a huge cheese fan), burnt on the outside and raw dough inside. Was disappointed as I consistently had a great experience with this chipper up to this point. The food was always perfect and staff super friendly. Try keep up your consistency and reputation as potentially new kitchen staff need support on delivering a quality product.

Just been into shop as staying in metro hotel next door fancied akekab ordered a kebab tray to take out I've never ever tasted something so vile after1bitefealt violently sick never ever seen kebab meat like this before it wasn't kebab meat if I didn't know better I'd say it was dog meat or something absolutely vile car rubber.. I would never recommend eating from here staff hopeless took food back no offer of refund or even a apology... Dnt eat here if u dnt want poison Ed...

On 28July 2021 I ordered 9"pizza, half pepperoni and half mushrooms and jalapeños. First disappointment came right after opening the box, it looks like somebody robed half of the toppings. 2nd downer came after first bite, it tasted as poorly as it looked. 3rd and worst experience came immediately after finishing my half of pizza. I got kinda sick and almost throw up. My friend who ate the other half said that "it was OK" I can call OK just the garlic dip.

Ordered a margarita pizza tonight not only did this mess come with everything on it and I don't eat meat but when calling the "manager was absolutely vile screaming over me telling me to re order and pay again would not even let me speak. Will never order from here again 30euro in the bin because I would touch this mess absolutely shocking customer service! Waiting all day for a take away to be treated like that too! Never again

If you could give this place no stars it would be great got a chicken curry pie and when I went to eat it I flipped it just aswell cause the thing was green mouldy, when rang the shop the one who answered asked what Id like him to do. Definitely stay away from this place unless you want to be sick as a dog. It should be closed down. Not allowed change their name and get on with it.

Im sorry to do this and give the store 1star. I have ordered two calzone's combo both with bbq sauce 1 with extra sauce both times i got garlic. On both receipts it says bbq sauce but i get garlic i dont get how when im on the phone iv said bbq sauce and it says on the receipt it says bbq is it that hard to look at the receipt to see what has been ordered.

This is beautiful reasonably priced food. Kebabs are huge. Sauce is gorgeous. Pizzas are cheap and as nice as the specialist pizza places, the all day special is 9.50 for a 12" including a can. The chips are the best in Dublin and very quick delivery Very generous portions Honestly not a single complaint with this place Love it.

Usually very happy but the menu is not accurate. The salad Burger with cheese is supposed to have a burger, lettuce, tomato, red onion, burger sauce and ketchup in a fresh corn grit bun. It was TINY, no red onion or tomato & no corn grit bun...usually the food is always fresh & hot, mixed kebab trays are delish, pizza is so nice highly recommend them

Food was nice but when you only order 3 things of the menu and only get 2 of the items is not a great sign. I'm aware mistakes happen but having read back on previous reviews.leaving the sauce out seems to be a trade mark move.
