Extremely disappointing experience this evening. I have been a regular customer until now. The food eventually arrived almost 1 hour after ordering and was stone cold. I called and was passed to the Manager who instead of apologising proceeded to argue with me over minutes when I said it was one hour he was effectively trying to say to was only 58 minutes late. He was so caught up with the minute counting which is actually quite funny as I was advised 20 minutes delivery time when I ordered. Terrible customer service and a good customer lost.
Delivery was quick and efficient. Delivery guy with the beard was very friendly. Unfortunately the food was not the best. Pizza was tastless and very dry. Only giving 5 stars for service because the dlevery guy was good craic.

Very Disappointed with the food. I got smoked cod nd it wasn't the Best. The Batter was soggy inside the fish. Chips Tasted like reheated. I only ate the fish couldn't eat the batter. Not Happy.. only one good thing The staff were lovely. Sorry guys but the food was not..
I would highly recommend this takeaway place to anyone. The food from here is always hot and freshly cooked. The delivery is always on time. Definitely would order from here again.

They don't respect people's wishes for no unsolicited mail. Also leaves flyers stuffed into people gates. If you could stop littering our community, that would be great.
