I am not a bank customer here but I felt it needed to be reviewed. I accidentally walked into the suite thinking this is where I was supposed to drop off an envelope. No one greeted me as I walked in. I didn't really mind it as it seems common these days but how the way they looked at me made the air feel so thilthy in there. I was forced to wait in line for over 10 minutes. As the lady shouted "may I help the next person in line" it was pretty obvious I was next as there was only one man behind me. I came forward she said "how can I help you" with an exaggerated artificial smile" I was about to speak up but she immediately cut me off and carried another conversation next to her as I had to wait even more still being very patient. She looked at me she said "how can I help you?" I said I was delivering an envelope to someone for the 3rd floor and gave her the address. She immediately said "no that's not us it's on the 3rd floor." I asked her if I had to take an elevator and where it was. She said "Yes you do take the elevator that elevator has always been here since the day this building was built, its past the double doors" she pointed straight. I felt pretty low I thanked her but walked the wrong way thinking it was the door ahead of me confused realized it was a safe vault. She yelled so loud at me and repeatedly yelled "ma'am, maam!!! It's the double doors pull you need to pull you need to pull maam!!!" She literally used the "ma'am" in vein as I felt like no "ma'am" there. Another female teller wanted to creep on in and watch the scene of what they view stupidity in their minds and other people were looking as well. As I walked out of the doors I heard them scoffing and snickering behind me. I know I'm not a smart person but I wished I didn't have to be treated that way. I don't know it was because my whole outfit so happen to be black, but even so I shouldn't be treated this way based on how I am dressed. I encourage 1st time visitors not to visit this place especially uniquely dressed people like me. These women's heart are so cold.

I recently completed an auto loan through Regions Bank starting in October 2015 ending in December 2016. Over the past year I have had nothing but problems so I paid off the loan early. Sometimes a low interest rate isn't even worth the hassle or the risk. The person originally who set up the Regions account lied about there online banking capabilities. Had they been honest I would not have set up the loan with them. When i was able to make payments (though an outside service that took over 2 weeks to process) they were never added to the account correctly. It required a complaint with the BBB before i even got a response! Once they realized that I was aware of the legal ramifications of applying payments incorrectly it was resolved. But until I let them know about the state fines Regions would have to pay nothing was going to happen. When you want to talk to someone, get ready for 5 min. of automation resulting in being hung up on by the automated machine. Call back and listed through the same automation... maybe get someone but it will be the wrong department (cause not all are listed in the automation), then have to wait 10 min to get to someone. I have a degree in Engineering and i cannot repeat the process and get reliable results. NO phone system should be this difficult. So I don't recommend ever calling them. Also don't message or email them, cause when i tried that the Regions system crashed and "lost my emails AND messages made through the website"... Those emails and messages were sent over 2 weeks time period. So essentially I don't recommend ever emailing them. If they lie, can't apply payments correctly, lose all forms of communication documentation, and are impossible to contact I cannot recommend anyone use them for any banking.

I haven’t had any problems with regions until now. I recently went into the front of the bank to deposit cash in one of the ATMs like I often do. During the process it rejected half of what I was depositing and kept the other half without providing me with a receipt. The machine subsequently spit my card out and the money it took was not deposited into my account. Unfortunately I didn’t think much of it at the time so I couldn’t recall all that the machine was telling me. I went into the bank to talk with a bank teller who helped me file a claim. The process to get my money back seemed hopeful until the bank sent me a letter denying my claim and saying the machine was balanced at the end of the day. After getting that letter my husband proceeded to talk with Joanna but she gave him the same information that I was given. I emailed her to recall everything that happened but we have yet to hear back from regions. Regions has handled the process poorly. It should have more safeguards in place to keep issues like this from taking place. When an issue like this does take place, Regions should bear the burden and remedy the issue. Regions has failed to do that.

Went here today right before they were about to close. I work in EMS, so time is tight of course. When I arrive at the branch I sat for 30 minutes waiting on the manager & vp ( Vickie St . Clair) and another bank representative. There were two of us waiting for them to be finished. When the manager finished with one customer she called the other lady up who arrived after me. It had me baffled because the lady stated “he was here before me,” and the manager continued to see her anyway. She didn’t not acknowledge me when I came in either so I assume this was a race issue due to the fact the lady & Vickie St Clair being called up being Caucasian and me a minority . I work hard to serve my community and that was very terrible treatment. I will be banking somewhere else because in this world today, we cannot afford to have bigots as a Branch Manager and VP. Also will be in contact with corporate to ensure no one else receives this treatment.

I use a separate bank, but decided to stop at regions to use their ATM inside the building. Attempted to withdrawal 100.00 cause a business I was at only accepted cash and unfortunately this was the closest ATM. Transaction was successful and they withdrew 100.00 (+4.00 for using a different bank atm fee) out of my account. Issue was, no money ever came out. Screen showed “cash dispensing error, see bank staff”. I went inside and the branch teller with glasses and the older female also, with glasses looked like they never heard of an issue with an ATM. Instead of looking into why your atm is faulty and stealing people’s money, he just responds “call your bank and dispute it”. Completely unprofessionalism from the male and female bank teller. Thanks for stealing my money regions bank. I can see why your reviews are awful. Definitely a lesson learned and will drive an extra 30 mins to a different atm to avoid ever doing business with you.

This is the worse bank I have ever bank with. Not only that I came in this branch and received the worse service ever. The lady wouldn't even let me talk or hear me out, she was really disrespectful. Her name was JoAnna Kinds. She shouldn't even be working there if she doesn't know how to deal with others. I will be in contact with someone about the disrepect I received. She basically told me I should check my account constantly, as if I don't have a life. That's why I enroll in text messages and why I check my account every morning. They should update their system were it's more reliable and sufficient. This the only bank I have this problem with. If I see my account and it's saying one thing, but the next day is charging me for something else. Just trying to figure out away to get extra money out of others. When I got screen shots and proof of what it's saying on my end, but you not trying to understand.

Friendly staff. I will say this, there is construction going on in the building and the construction workers trucks are taking up more than half of the parking (which should be a no no). There is very limited space to park on the first floor to begin with which forced a few of us to park on the second floor. The elevator was down and we had to take the stairs which would have been fine except there were no signs to tell us which way to go. We got a little lost. The stairs lead out on the other side of the bank and there was a good walk to get inside. A lot of confusion and signs directing people where to go would be helpful. We will visit the Keller location until this is fixed.

Poor customer service, I don't come to this bank often but I was so disappointed to find out the branches closest to where I live was not open on the weekend. So I had to drive 30 minutes away from home only to find out the branch is not open yet. There is a sign on the door saying it won't open until 10:30am. There is a teller inside but their policy is they can't have just one person in the bank. So they have to wait for someone to come from Lewisville to be here with her. This is poor customer service. They need to make it more convenient for the customers. This is how you lose customers and you wonder why people go somewhere else.

Signed up for a new checking account and left my old bank because I have always loved Regions customer service. Noticed I was being charged for my checking account and my Banker who signed me up said that should not have happened and that she would get the Branch manager to reverse charges. Plenty of calls later and no call back from Manager, Kent, so I decided to go into the branch. I was then told by the banker who signed me up for the account that Kent stated it was my own fault and will not refund me money. Big let down by Regions

Switched my accounts over to regions because of the connivence but when I first opened the account with Joanna kinds I told myself that I wasn’t going back to this branch because she is very bland and rude. Well I had to go back today because I lost one of my debit cards.. And I dreaded going but had no choice ! She is so rude and will try her best to talk down to you like you don’t have common sense.. prayerfully I don’t have to go back in this branch anytime soon

  • Lion Heart

Horrible bank, they signed me up for a bank account that takes money out of my account if I dont use my debit card, never did I say I was ok with that. Plus it takes a full day to make a deposit, what kind of bank takes 24 hrs to put money into your account, I have a first national bank account and bam deposited right into account. I would of just gone to a check cashing place and taken a 1% loss. Worst bank ever.

I have never been late on a car payment and have mailed almost all of my payments to the West 7th Street branch. Today, I get a letter from someone named Gina telling me that I need to start making payments to the Mobile, Alabama office and to also..."Please be aware that there is a $5.00 fee for each deposit by mail." This is nothing more than a rip-off and I will never do business again with Regions Bank.

Extremely inefficient when it comes to your time. I walk in and there’s 8 people all waiting in the lobby and some are even standing. Only 1 representative working and 4 other open desks with no representatives. Took me over an hour to come in and get through the line. Extremely dissatisfied with a “large” branch in downtown that cannot accommodate their customers.

  • R.C Smith

I am disappointed in this bank. If you are Black stay away from this bank. They offer horrible customer service. The tellers have a tendency to be rude and disrespectful. Secondly, they will deceive you in so many ways. They refused to give me a loan in spite of the fact that I have good credit and etc. STAY WAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT AND RACIST BANK.

The wait time at 1:30 in the afternoon was absurd at this location. Due to the location this seems like it would be a busy branch, so you’d think they’d make sure to be fully staffed. Really ridiculous that we had to wait so long for a simple transaction.

As a business owner, Regions is a great bank to work with. With all that’s going on crazy in the world it helps having good bankers like Erica to help navigate through these issues. Regions has been great to work with in my opinion.

  • David Mosley

Absolutely the wrong place to bank with, a banker accidentally deposited into my account when my account was already locked , then 1k gets taken outta my account I wouldn’t advise anyone to this location, …

  • Scott Ramsey

I was thoroughly impressed with Jeanne. She quickly and efficiently took care of needs and took the time to point out several ways we could make our money and our relationship with Regions benefit the family.

I started cashing my check at this bank about a month ago. Everyone is very nice. I haven’t been inside a bank in a while, I opened an account and look forward to banking there. Great customer service!!!

  • Jason Ellsworth

Regions sucks and they are stealing my money. I have $3000 in my account but they put a lock on it for fraud even though it's been 2 weeks and the money cleared the other account and no reports of theft
