I saw the ring I wanted for Christmas some weeks previously. I looked at it every day when I finished work thinking one day I'll get it. I kept dropping hints at home and finally my husband said go and have a proper look. When I went into the store the service I received was excellent even though I wasn't purchasing that day. The lady cleaned the ring so I could see it in its true beauty, I tried it on and I wanted it even more. Needless to say I got the ring of my dreams. We went back at the start of the new year to have the ring sized properly and again the service was excellent. I would recommend this store to anyone who wanted to purchase something special with excellent service.

I am very disapointed of this shop. Very bad customer service . I bought a ring ,they told me the ring is new but the ring allready was full of markes and scrached,than i changed it and after 2 days one of the stones fell.i went back ,and the lady attended me very quick and very unfriendly,no apologises ,no sorry or something just telling "it happens".so i am depply desapointed of this shop.it was an engagment ring so they embarss me.i eould not recomand this place.

Horrible customer service and attitude, went in recently asking if they have any 22ct gold Bracelets, said no and pointed me towards a run down pawn shop which had the most scratched, and used jewellery on display. Not a single bracelet either. Should have just said no and be done with it, if I wanted dented scraps I would not have entered a jeweller's.

Went in to look at engagement rings, staff including Ben were really helpful. Able to resize one I loved for us to collect next day and as resizing removed the hallmarks they will replace those for free when we want as not local. Gave us a valuation for the new ring, and advice on an old ring I had. Great service from an independent jewellers.

Best customer service from a jeweller's, my partner bought a claddagh ring for me that was too big, I went to get it resized and they pointed me in the direction of a local silversmith that could do it same day. Brilliant to see jeweller's supporting each other. Will definitely be coming back to source our wedding bands

A fantastic jewellers run by extremely friendly and helpful people. They were very patient with us over multiple visits to choose and purchase a wedding band, and kindly held items back until we had made our final decision. We would happily return here for any sentimentally important purchases in future!

Went there today and bought a lovely topaz ring , reasonable price and the man who served us was absolutely lovely . He even cleaned me and my husbands wedding rings and made my wedding ring bigger. I didn't buy the wedding ring there either ‍♀️ ( and did it free ? ) …

Lovely independent jewellers which makes you question why you ever shop at the big chains. Every single available member of staff rushed to help me and I left really pleased with the product, the service and the price. Would highly recommend

What a fab Jewellers, we enjoyed our experience with David and co. Great service, lovely staff so friendly and wow what jewels. We will be back ,great to see the Claddagh rings on display too. We certaily git a great Irish welcome.
