Most expensive store to shop at other than wholefoods, who coincidentally is right next door. Sale prices are 20% to 30% higher than Shoppers drug mart which has a way better rewards program. Rexall use to be a decent place to shop. The store is clean and cashiers are polite, so I gave two stars.

My favourite drugstore. The pharmacist Dr.Newton is very knowledgeable and responsible. He always checks my and my son's health history before delivering our medications and patiently explains details about all the questions that I have even about over-the-counter stuff.

The hours for today September 30 show 9am to 6pm. I go up to the door minutes before 6. The doors are locked already and the Asian cashier is at the register. She sees me wave at her. Doesn't do anything. Won't be coming back to this location again.

I went to this location today to return two items bought the day before and the boxes were unopened and unused. However, the cashier at the counter appeared quite frustrated and started to educate me on the inconvenience for her to return

Very convenient Rexall location. It’s situated in the Hullmark Centre and accessible from the street as well as the building. I’d say this is more of a medium size Rexall so don’t expect it to have everything you are looking for.

this is a great store from the manager to the staff. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. It's always neat and clean. The best drug store managed in this neighborhood

Asian young male pharmacist seems to need improvement in his service manners. He frequently interrupts, speaks only to convey his thoughts and basic manners are lacking.

I got a flu shot, Dishnat Rana made me wait a lot and when he wanted to give a vaccine, it was like giving an injection to a wild boar! His behavior is terrible.

The pharmacist tells you the medicine will be ready in 30 minutes. You come back after 3 hours and they still tell you to wait another 30 minutes. What a joke.
