As soon as I walked into Ricki's the Sales Clerk knew my first name. That tells you 2 things, one that I shop there alot and two great "Customer Service". I came into the store to do a online return and the sales clerk mentioned did I want to look around abit. And sure enough they had a sale on i.e. "Buy 2 things and get 1 Free". So I ended up picking out 3 tops from the sales rack and with the sale and using $10.00 worth of Ricki's points my total purchase was just over $20.00 with taxes. Ricki's is one of my "Go To" places when it comes to shopping at St. Vital Mall.

The two girls working tonight were absolutely amazing. I believe it was Rachelle? Who was helping me. She mentioned that she was new, and I would have never guessed cause she completely surpassed my expectations. Both were extremely friendly and accommodating. I believe I overheard the customers before me saying the same as well. Great job.

Super impressed with the efficiency- I bought pants online and ordered the wrong length - I was hoping to exchange them for a longer length. The item I was looking for was found quickly for me in-store - I tried it on and exchanged it less than 15 minutes- and this was 4 days before Christmas too! Very impressed - great service!

I went in to buy some new work pants, a girl named Sarah and another lady helped me find exactly what I needed. I always have trouble finding clothes that fit me just right but they encouraged me and made everything go smoothly. I bought two high quality pairs of pants and two shirts for under 75$.

I came in with a specific need, had my children with me, and the lady who helped me was super friendly and awesome. She helped me pick out a shirt that I absolutely love. I was in and out in no time. Thank you so much for helping, you helped make my day a little less stressful!

I have shopped at Ricki's a few times in the last year and each time I am pleased with the team of staff. They are not pushy but are instead helpful. The clothing itself is good quality and decent value. I will contribute to shop there going forward.

I no longer enjoy shopping for clothes, I find it time consuming and stressful. However, Kelly and Tammy made it fun and seamless. Customer service was fantastic right from when I walked in until I was done shopping.

Not happy I used my points to buy some items than i did a refund and they say that point doesn’t back And then I phoned customer service they said that point should back to my account Now i am disappointed

There were lots of pretty clothes, and all regular priced items were 50% off! I got what I wanted, and will probably be back tomorrow. Staff were really helpful and really nice ❤️

This Ricki’s location is conveniently located in the St. Vital Centre. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. I purchased some great spring/summer pieces at 50% off. ❤️
