I ordered the Gravel version Roadster V2. I was promised over the phone that it would come with a throttle. However, it arrived without the throttle. I got in contact with Ride1Up customer service (Matt), sent an email with pictures for proof of wrong display, etc. I was offered additional $100 credit back to my account for the error, plus they sent me a new controller and display w/throttle and I was still able to keep the old controller and display as a back-up. So in the end all is well. BUT they don't have the best warehouse people apparently and should strive to improve in that dept. Oh, the bike btw is VERY awesome! In fact, I've now put my other bikes up for sale (Specialized Sirrus and an older steel frame SS Mtn bike). I also have a pant length of 30 inseam and stand just around 5'10", I ordered the Large size frame and it's PERFECT with just the right amount of upright comfort and slight stretch position to where my hands don't get numb or anything. I'm not scrunched or too stretched out and I have taken it out on some light dirt paths and been able to be a little aggressive with it ala mountain biking, and handled it all beautifully. On road, around town and it's just incredibly swift, confident and agile. I actually am a huge fan of these narrow bars! Initially thought I'd have to swap them out. The gates belt drive is butter smooth and I'm sold on it. I use the bike to travel to work now on nice days and I don't have too much in the way of hills (a couple) and I honestly ride most of the way with no assist at all. Level 1 has been perfect to get up the small hills and against any wind. I did take it to a place that has a rather steep hill section and I only needed Level 3 to acheive total comfort and about 15mph going up it. Mind you, I am also use to having rode many years on a Single Speed mountain bike, therefore the gear on the Roadster isn't too hard for me to get along with. I'd also say that so far the battery can be expected to get me 15-20 if I leave it on Level 1-2 the whole time. I also learned that when it hits Two bars of battery life on the indicator that it's not going to make it much further before draining so be aware. Lastly I'll mention a full battery charge takes approx. 2.75 hours. Bottom line: LOVE this bike and thankfully Ride1Up has excellent customer service (shipping Dept notwithstanding).

I purchased a 700 Series and so far have really enjoyed it. It certainly takes a little know-how to assemble it properly, with proper greasing and torquing, though. Otherwise, the ride has been super smooth. I do recommend giving the bike a thorough inspection after about fifty miles to ensure everything is properly aligned and tightened, etc. I also took mine to a bike shop for a torque inspection on the cranks and stem (both of which needed tightening). After fifty miles I also had to dial in the barrel adjuster so that the bike shifted properly, but that is to be expected; and I was grateful to find that the derailleur hanger was true and the limit screws properly set. Why four stars? I purchased Ride1Up Panniers and had to have them replaced because the stitching busted out on an external pocket in only a few days. Not exciting. I’ve also noticed a loud click while pedaling with assist sometimes; I’m worried that the cassette, chain, or drivetrain in general is compromised somehow. The engine can also be pretty loud at times, and I worry that the gears aren’t properly lubed or need to be relubed, but this concern could be baseless. At any rate, Ride1Up warrants the bike for up to a year, which I am grateful for and will take advantage of as needed. Bottom line, this bike is an absolute car replacement, and that’s exactly what I use it for. I’ve put roughly one-hundred miles on my 700 Series so far (that’s not a lot, so please bear this in mind!) and it looks like it will hold up for years to come, which is largely due to the quality of the craftsmanship and components. I mean, listen, there’s minimal plastic on this thing; even the fenders are metal. So my final thought is this: Ride1Up has made a quality product with incredible value; if you respect the bike and care for it properly, it’ll weather the years with grace, increase your happiness and heart health, and decrease your carbon footprint. So just buy it; buy it while it’s still affordable!

Needed a bike to get across town to campus, and settled on the R1U Cafe Cruiser because it is one of the very few affordable ebikes on the market rated for people my size and taller, because of the immense cargo capacity, and because it looks very cool. Since purchase, I've put ~1500 miles on it with essentially no issue. Build quality leaves nothing to be desired, components are all from reputable companies and more than sufficient for their tasks, the thing is comfortable, it's heavy, but in a substantial way, not in a driving-a-cow sort of way. I have had two issues. The first, I was hit by a car after a German final and my throttle was damaged. I reached out to R1U and they ran me through a comprehensive diagnostic procedure and directed me to the necessary parts on Amazon, for my convenience as delivery would be quicker than if R1U sourced them for me. I spent something like twenty dollars and was back up and running in a say or so. The second issue was with a brake sensor which occurred recently. When the brakes engage, the sensor disengages the motor. It's a very useful feature. Mine gave out, however, and it caused the motor to disengage regardless of brake application. I reached out to R1U, Brad in Texas confirmed my suspicion that it was a sensor by running me through the diagnostic process. He asked whether the brakes functioned. I responded that they did; however, that the rear brake never was always just a little bit squishy. At this, Brad requested a photo of my components in order to ensure the replacement parts he was sending me matched. The parts haven't come in yet and I don't know exactly what I'm being sent, but it speaks volumes of the company that they would voluntarily replace anything at all. There are, of course, safety concerns related to malfunctioning brake sensors and squishy brakes, but that isn't/really/ R1Us problem. Good on them for caring. 10/10 for product, service, and support.

Well let me start by saying I’ve been an avid Ebike enthusiast for about 7 years. This is my eight purchase, (2 Ecotric’s, Rattan, Rad, and 3 Aventon’s) however it’s my first commuter bike. Everything else was a fat tire bike and I was sick and tired of pedaling a “lumber wagon” on the paved trails so after weeks of research the Ride1Up came out as the one with the highest overall rating. Great price as well – especially for a bike with so many branded parts. Now don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against the fat tire bike, it’s just that they have their place and riding on paved trails really isn’t really one of them. Alas, the commuter bike made better sense for that everyday ride. This Ride1Up 700 Series lives up to the hype that is written about it. I will say that assembly on this bike was the most extensive by FAR! I’ve been around bikes long enough so it wasn’t a problem, but it took about an hour and half to assemble it all and get it adjusted for my first ride. All though it’s a 750 watt motor I didn’t get that feeling since it has a very slow PAS sensitivity and the sensor takes a while for it to catch up to the pedaling. Not a bad thing, it appears that every manufacture has a different idea on what’s right and what’s not right. It’s been four days now – I have about 140 miles on it and I’m getting use to the bikes personality. It’s a smooth, quiet ride. Best brakes I’ve ever had. Easy to handle and really lots of fun. I’ve changed out the seat and seat post with an oversized seat and shocked absorbed seat post. I switched out the handle bars with a 3.75” riser and @ 4” wider. I’m 70 and I wanted to sit more upright than the original design offered. Oh, I also added a super custom trailer hitch for pulling my trailer. (See Pictures) In conclusion, the Ride1Up is a great bike for the price – you WILL NOT be disappointed by any means. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine. Happy Biking!

"Outstanding" is an understatement for their bikes and service. I don't think any brand can remotely compete with them for the price. Exactly one part on my bike has failed in over year, and when I emailed them, despite it being out of warranty, they mentioned that part had a run which was prone to cracking and sent me a new one for free, overnight shipped. Replacement parts outside of warranty are VERY affordable. I was concerned I may have ruined my motor, and they sold new motors (meaning I didn't even have to replace the whole wheel) for next to nothing. Seriously. I don't think they make a penny in profit for what they were asking. I did some physical modifications to replace the seat post with a titanium one, and they helped recommend the reaming tool I needed, even went out of their way to say that it wouldn't void any part of my warranty except for the seat post. People I commute with always asked me about the bike, I mentioned what it was and how much I loved it, two of them bought one. I mentioned that in one of my emails to them as amusing, and they just said "cool! here's a $100 store credit!" Their customer service and technical support guy are fast to reply, thoughtful and detailed in responses, the only thing I wish is that they had a broader list of accessories sold on their website. I now want one with a bigger motor from my V2 after a year and a half of completely trouble-free riding, and after my experience with Ride1up, there isn't another brand on earth I'd consider over them, particularly considering the outstanding quality for the price. They've earned my business, and I am not someone who is a brand loyalist whatsoever. Only superb customer service and products keep me coming back.

I made this purchase back in early November. I ordered the gravel version of the roaster V2 but of course they sent me the wrong bike. It takes a while to make contact with someone there but eventually they emailed me and asked me to take a photo of the box and also take the bike out of the box and take some photos of it as well. So now the bike is out of the box and I sent the photos via email to ride1up. Then they asked me if I ridden the bike because if I did could not return the bike. So then I had to explain why the bike was out of the box. finally they sent a return label for the bike. So I asked the person that I had chatting with via email about the frame, will I be getting the Frame that is shown on your website otherwise I do not want the bike. yes he said this is the only frame we have so that will be the frame you get. Two weeks go buy and I get my gravel roaster with a thanksgiving discount. But now I see that they changed the frame and it isn't the frame I wanted so I tried ti return it and they wouldn't take it because of the discount. All in all I had to make the bike my own since I was stuck with it. These mods are a little on the expensive side but well worth it depending on the amount of riding you do. Had this been the frame that they showed on their website and the customer service was better they would get 6 stars. :(

Ride1up Roadster V2 owner. These bikes are called value electric bikes for a reason, they use the cheapest components they can from the belt to the paint. For a bike that needs to be put together after delivery, things like spoke and belt tension should be taken care of before shipping. At least send a tensioner tool for the belt so it won't snap at 50 miles. I was told by the shop that trued the front wheel that the rim was poor quality and will need to be replaced soon, ride1up did cover the cost of truing the wheel. A different shop that did the rear wheel truing couldn't even get it to stay true and recommend a rebuild with better rims and spokes. My other bikes that I've owned for 20 years and rode the same way have never had these issues. The range on this is ridiculously low. I can ride 14 miles on PAS 2 or 3 and it drains the battery. The paint scratches if I look at it the wrong way. I bought this bike for it's price and weight. If I replace both wheels, add a second battery and keep up with the maintenance on the low quality components, I'll be spending as much as a better quality bike. If you don't ride much and can pay a shop to put the bike together, have time to email and call ride1up customer service, this is the bike/company for you.

Let me start off by saying I was researching many different e-bikes and websites to narrow down what I believe to be the best bang for my buck. The search concluded to me purchasing Ride1Up’s Lmt’d XR Average shipping, about 6-8 days. As soon as it got to my house I put it together myself within an hour and a half, at most. After taking it for a test ride, which was VERY impressive, I had an issue with the motor. Immediately I contacted their customer service in which they responded very timely and professional. After a few back and forth discussions along with some pictures they sent me out a new motor stator for my bike without hesitation. Another 3 days and it quickly was on my doorstep. After studying Ride1Up’s how-to videos on their site, I slapped the new motor in and just like that, BAM! Resolved my issue with a big smile on my face. The bike is beautiful, very fast, high torqued, and a blast to ride! Battery life is average; first ride adjusting through settings 1-3 on PAS I got about 35 miles which is actually good! One thing I personally suggest is if you don’t know much about the bikes electrical components leave their custom default settings on and don’t change a thing. Conclusion: Great bike, great customer service, happy customer!

We purchased a Ride1Up 700 ST model and are quite happy with it. The bike is larger and heavier than anticipated, and seems very durable. Power and range are beyond what we require. The Ride1Up bikes offer a lot of value for their prices. Areas for improvement include the packaging. The bike shipped in a small box and required significant assembly. Ours arrived with a broken battery release knob and bent brake rotor. The rack and fenders were also very fiddly to assemble. However, Ride1Up customer service responded promptly and sent replacement parts. We bought this with the intent to reduce to a 1-car household, and so far it seems like a good choice, being used for many short trips around town. I might consider a model with smaller wheels next time for maneuverability, this is a large bike! One issue to keep in mind when deciding between a step-though model vs diamond frame, the geometry of the ST frames can make locking more awkward. Also, don't forget to replace the front quick release hub (I'm not sure why they even include those to begin with).

Turris bought in June of 23. Now have 375 miles on it. Assembly: Not bad but the instructions could have used some better pictures showing orientation of the front fork & front brake assembly. Fenders needed follow up adjustments. Accessories: Rear bike rack is a great addition for $50! Bought spare battery but it turned out to be defective & returned it, but the replacement was excellent & it has 10% more power than original. Customer service: I used it several times now & it has been excellent. Reaction time to my issues have been quick & instructions are excellent. Repair/replacement parts shipped immediately. Performance: Getting about 25 miles (3 trips of 8.2 miles) on a charge on a moderately hilly route & I’m 225 lbs. Very comfortable touring position. Control layout on handlebars is perfect. Nice padded seat, great hydraulic disk brakes, gets me up all the hills with ease & the bike looks good! Love this bike & the customer service so far!!

I purchased 2 bikes for Ride1up. They arrived in a timely fashion and in great shape considering how most shipping companies handle freight like this. At the time of this review I have not even taken them out of the house. The first bike I assembled had zero issues. The second was missing the front wheel axle pin. After several calls I have yet to actually speak to anyone. I have left messages. The online support page that you can find on their web page does not work. I have filled that form out well over 10 times and have yet to get it to actually send. I’m obviously not happy. I called the company prior to purchasing the bike to ensure that they would arrive before I leave for a 4 month trip and they did as promised. But here I am 3 days before my departure and I can’t even put the front wheel on one of the bikes. Hopefully they answer the phone and get me the put otherwise I’ll return them and buy a different brand on the road.

I purchased a Gravel Roadster V2 this August, and to my excitement it shipped/arrived very quickly. The bike was packaged very well, came with all the tools to assemble, and it took minimal effort to assemble on my own. Unfortunately there was something a little off with the brake rotors (nothing related to safety) and despite some effort on my part to rectify the issue, I succumbed to reaching out to customer support....for support ;-) After including a video of the issue, and giving clear description of what I was experiencing, I got a very helpful reply from 'Benito - in Texas' who expertly addressed the issue in a very supportive and understanding manner. I very much appreciate how I was treated by Benito and it gives me a lot of faith in how Ride1UP actually cares about us as customers and partners with us for the best possible experience. So thank you Ride1UP, and thank you Benito! Now on to enjoying my bike...

Really impressed with Ride1up product and company. To start I Emailed company to get some answers on the differences in bikes and what would be best for me. They actually called me back and discussed everything with me. Thanks to Chad for the help. I went with Limited so I can commute and go on fire roads. Love the quality of the bike and components. It is pretty light for an Ebike which I needed. I have had 2 back surgeries and I wanted this to get back into shape and it is working. The only things I wished were different is the crossbar on the step over is a little high for me. I am 5'10" but have short legs so I can't stand over it. I think it is probably because of the taller tires than I am used to. Also the bike seat but I replaced that already. Overall I did a lot of research because it is a quite a bit of money for me but I would recommend this bike and company to everyone.

Hi Guys! I have the Ride1Up Gravel Roadster and love it, it exactly fits the bill for what I wanted - a bike that gives me a little extra "help" when I need it, without taking over my riding. Add in that it's a "stealth" electric + that it handles the gravel back alleys around town and my occasional trail riding and you have the perfect "around town" bike. It is by no means a mountain bike, nor would I put serious miles on it (20+), but that's not what I bought it for. Now, all that being written, I did have some "teething pains" with the bike, but (in retrospect) they were all my own fault. I won't detail because they were unique to my circumstance, but I do want to say that Ride1Up Customer Support was excellent. Ryan J went above and beyond to explain what was going on and walk me thru the fixes needed. All good and I continue very happy with the Ride1UP Gravel!

Purchased ride1up's Cafe Cruiser last year and have been extremely happy with it's styling and ride performance. Wanted to also own a fold-up e-bikes. Had been watching lectric's XP 3.0 for months. But the moment I saw ride1up's Portola intro I rushed to buy it for 100 bucks less than the XP 3.0 I got a 750 watt sustained motor compared to a just 500 watt. Got way more aesthetically pleasing styling with a beautiful dark blue color choice. Love the Portola ride experience as am able to keep it folded up in trunk of my sedan for spontaneous and always ready to go adventures. The narrow handle bars make for a more nimble ride as it is easier to dodge between other riders, pedestrians and narrow entry points. ride1up is not only more affordable- the quality excellent

  • Dave McElmurry

Buying and owning a Ride1Up Ebike has been a great experience. The Prodigy's power is addictive, but quietly waits until you need it. All bikes are compromises, and this one has a design point that makes it a great all-arounder. It's not focused on providing 100+ miles of riding, or going 40mph, or being ultralight, but at its design point it can do just about any day trip on a charge, gets up to 28mph when you need it, and feels like an actual bike (not an 80 lb behemoth like some of the ebikes out there). I'm constantly grateful for my choice when I see other ebikes out and about. I would buy another in a heartbeat if I needed one. (In the photo, I've mod'd a few bits of the interface - handlebars, pedals etc, but the rest of the bike is 100% stock, and perfect)

  • Willey World

I was very hesitant to get an ebike for many reasons, but mostly b/c I'm 58 and not in the best shape of my life so the weight was a big concern. After doing a ton of research and finally getting on my 700 series I couldn't be happier! I absolutely love everything about this bike. It's so comfortable and easy to ride, and it looks so sleek. The packaging was intense, but every piece arrived in great shape. My husband followed the video and had it together easily in about 30 min. I had a minor issue with something and customer service couldn't have responded any quicker. We even found an awesome bike rack, with a ramp, so transporting this hefty bike is no problem at all. I would recommend the 700 series bike in a heartbeat!

  • Morgan Cunningham

You should reconsider purchasing a bike from them. Their customer service is terrible. I received a defective bike. The brakes did not work properly. The rear tire would not stay inflated. It had severe cosmetic defects, one of them affecting the ability to lock in the handle bars. There was no real urgency when reaching out to customer service, and they weren’t willing to accept the bike as a return. They made incredibly low refund offers and finally suggested that I take the bike to a repair shop to have it adjusted. They blamed the cosmetic defects on the delivery service. Overall, the experience was terrible and the bike looked like it had been refurbished. Don’t waste your time or money.

After watching several YT channels on ebikes, I came across a few about the Portola. I ended up buying one based on the good reviews of not only the bike itself, but the customer service as well. I am a first time owner of an ebike. Just got my bike delivered and can’t say enough good things about my Portola bike. When I encountered a small oversight on my part when test driving the bike, I contacted customer service and within hours and with the help of Chad, the situation has been resolved. Picture below was taken as soon as the bike has been assembled, which was so easy to do. More power to Ride1Up and thank you for creating such a very nice bike. Customer service is top notch

  • Metta King

We received our Cafe Cruiser ST one week ago. We have had the absolute best experience with this company. Daniel talked me through the pros and cons of the different models and really led us to the best possible one for me. He was concerned with getting me onto the RIGHT bike and made it happen. I cannot thank him enough! The step through version makes all of the difference for my height and the stability for my kiddo on the back. The bike looks so good and rides very smoothly. We have gotten so many compliments already, and we could not be more excited about it. We used the Colorado rebate to get the bike and the process was so so easy. I am so impressed by this company!

  • Hank Dock

The customer service is excellent. If you have any order or technical issues, you can simply ask them directly, and they'll respond or call you back in the quickest way possible, usually within a day. I really enjoy communicating with the customer representative, Benito. He has taught me a lot about technical troubleshooting in a simple manner and helped me understand many interesting principles about electric bike. Benito even sent me a completely new part when I described a possible issue to him, making me feel like this bicycle is always under their care. Each one is treated like their own child. They have a fantastic attitude towards running their business. I like it.

  • Greg Orlick

I bought a Ride1Up Gravel Roadster a couple of months ago. Showed up in a timely manner and they even allowed me to get a sale price past the sale. Easy enough to put together, I did have a wheel that was not true, bike shop confirmed and Ride1Up paid the fee for the shop and sent me a new rim. I love the bike. I live in Richmond VA next to the capital trail. Bike is a joy to use, plenty of power for me on the rolling hills of the trail. I wanted an e-bike that was still a bike, checks every box for me. I am planning on changing the seat and post to enjoy extended rides. My one wish is they had custom fenders for wet rides. Great value and service.

  • Derrick Dupler

I got my Ride 1up Cafe Cruiser April 1, 2023 and it was no April Fool’s joke. One of the best purchases that I’ve ever made. I am over 60 years old and it is so COMFORTABLE ! Upright posture, fat tires, front suspension and a seat fit for my very valuable backside. . I have gravel trails right out my driveway and the pedal assist makes me feel like Superman even after 20 miles. I have enjoyed some longer adventure rides in places I have never seen before. Well it is the 4th of July now and I have 900 miles on it without any issues. This bike is another reason to celebrate Independence Day. Thanks Ride1up !!

  • Ryan W.

I currently have over 2,250 miles on my Core 5. I use it to get to and from work, 15 miles each way. I usually hit 27mph, and the battery charges faster than expected. I couldn't recommend a better first ebike for any beginner out there. When I first got my bike, I got it professionally put together, and the bike mechanics even told me I got a high quality brand, which is rare for online bikes. They keep it simple, which allows them to up the quality and make it easy to work on. OH and PS. Their customer support is top notch. They really took care of me the couple of times I interacted with them.

  • Bill Hamaker

The only thing better than receiving the fantastic Colorado Department of Energy rebate on an e-bike was getting a 700 Series ST e-bike from this great company, Ride1OneUp! Prior to purchase, I talked to the Ride1Up salesperson on the phone who answered all my questions. The bike arrived promptly and I was able to assemble it myself using the instructions and video. I especially appreciated the customer support I received for a minor issue I had. Everything about my experience with this company was extremely positive and I would recommend the 700 Series ST to anyone for its quality and value!

  • Juan Pablo Naranjo

I bought a Ride 1Up back in January and it was by far the best decission I have made in 2023. I put a thousand miles on it so far and that bike has taken me to many new places that I never knew they existed even though they are not too far from my home. The bike performs extremely well. I am very happy with the battery life and the speed of the bike. I rode 40 miles last weekend on pedal assist 2. If you are looking for an e-bike, do yourself a favor and get a Ride 1UP!!!! You will be thankful you did and you will have no regrets. Thank you for reading this review.

  • Alex Lee

Bought the Lmt'ed model ebike online. I was able to ride it for for only 40 miles before I got Error Code 21. After contacting support, they got a new motor and BMS to me very quickly and comped me $50 for having work done at the bike shop. Since then, I've put 500 miles on the bike in the space of 2 months (it's my commute to work and groceries). Besides the hiccup at the beginning, I absolutely love my bike, and would recommend it to everyone. It can carry me (5'8", 165 lb male + groceries and gym bags.

  • Joel Japlit

I just got my ROADSTER V2 GRAVEL EDITION last week and after 20 miles of ride so far, this thing is amazing! You see, I'm a 54 yr old male and I have a polio since I was 9 mos old but always loves to bike. My Trek Verve 2 is great but headwind and some uphills are hard for my legs and this ebike solved it all. So minimalist, nothing fancy and light as a mountain bike! It's pictured charging as I just rode it today. I bought the kickstand and triangle bag separately.

  • Triston Riddle

After 700 miles on my Ride1Up Revv1, I can truly say there is no other bike out there that has the versatility, utility, and overall thrill factor that this bike possesses. From the high top speed to the sleek and functional retro styling. This bike is equal parts comfort and fun! If you are looking to get into the hobby, add to your collection, or find a reliable and inexpensive means of transport, seriously look no further than the Revv1. You will NOT regret it!

  • David Lehi Ayala (David Dee)

This is one of the great newly bike shops around this area not too many bike shops that are really cool to let you use your tools to fix your bike really quick. I enjoy talking to the owner and listening to his story on how he started ride one bikes. Come in check it out, probably leave with one of e-bikes. Very reasonable prices for their e-bikes compared to other stores around town. Definitely like coming here I know I'll stop by again.

  • Derek Andrus

Hands down the greatest investment ever! I researched every known e-bike watching countless YouTube videos, reading many reviews, and Ride1UP always stood out amongst the rest. My wife and I both have cafe cruisers, and absolutely love riding them. These bikes are the Rolls-Royce of e-bikes! If you are searching for an e-bike, Ride1UP is the brand to buy! Amazing project, and amazing customer service! Thank you Ride1UP for the bikes!

  • Freddy G

The Ride1up Portola is nothing less then a beast. I tried 15 different ebikes and the portola out performed all of them. I tried Gazelles, Giants, Rei, and specialized. The build quality is top notch. I rode it In a heavy down pour for 5 miles yesterday and it worked awesome! The customer service has been great, when I had a shipping snafu. Thanks Ride1Up especially Brad in Texas.

  • Mike S

Bike worked for one minute when first received. Stopped working after one ride. They want you to replace every single part except the battery which it has to be at this point. Each part they ship the slowest possibly way taking a week. I have had A Rev1 bike for a month and still not working. Horrible company. Can’t help you on phone. you have to email back and forth.

  • Greg Bunnell

Bought a LMT’D on Black Friday, got a great deal! I bought from Ride1Up partially because they are locally based! Also it was the most powerful one I could get for the price! So far it is a fun bike to ride, easy to assemble and Raul at the shop was a pleasure to talk to! I had a small issue and he fixed it right away! Thanks to all!

The Portola is my first e-bike and I'm hooked. For the price, it is well-constructed and packed with features. The biggest surprise for me was the power, I've tested it on steep hills and was expecting to have to do a fair bit of work but in Peddle Assist 5 it cruises uphill very easily.

I got 700 series. Feels really really great when riding! Just finished 200 miles without any issue (in less than 2 months of riding it). Customer service was great for sending a missing part replacement. PS: I would recommend assembly from a professional, if you are not bike savvy.

I got the Portola. And it looks amazing. There was an issue with shipping damages to the bike and Ride1up customer service helped me resolved (and replaced) all damaged parts of my bike in less than 3 days! Their customer service is top notch and the bikes are equally good.

I purchased a LMT'D in February of 2023. I LOVE this bike. I have started riding it to work. I have explored parks that I have only ever seen from windows. The feeling of adventure and fun get me out of bed on weekend mornings so see the sun rise over Lake Michigan.

Great E-bike with plenty of speed and control. I have the 700 commuter. I ride mine all over the city as my main commuter. 3-5 days a week on average 20 miles a week. My only wish is to include an onboard recharger so while I pedal the bike could charge itself.

We purchased not 1 but 2Ride1up Ebikes the Turris model one for me and one for my wife. We love them and are so happy with our purchase. I wish I could tell more people about how great they are. The price was fantastic and the bikes are perfect.

Have been thoroughly enjoying this since I received it. As a regular trail cyclist having the ebike for those days I just want to cruise and not sweat is fantastic. Bike is solidly built and has plenty of power for hills at my weight of 175lbs.

I purchased a Ride1Up Portola e-bike in November of 23. It arrived quickly and was damage free. I have had many e-bikes and this was the easiest to assemble of them all. The bike rides fantastic, a real quality feel to it. The Altus 8 speed

I have recently purchased my first ever e-bike and I'm happy that I decided to go with the Portola from RIDE1UP! I wanted something that suited my needs but also something that can be folded up and more compact for when it comes to loading

I'm very happy with my Turris, although it arrived with minor cosmetic damage, a bent front brake rotor and a back brake that needs bleeding. Ride1up sent a new rotor and brake bleed kit, and gave me a front rack and basket to compensate

Years back, I bought my $3k carbon road bike and a $2.5k doubly suspended mountain bike, and I wanted a stealthy commuter/gravel hybrid e-bike for my relatively short (15 miles daily) ride. Ride1Up's Roadster v2 Gravel Edition filled the

I purchased a Ride1UP bike for a gift. We had a few issues with the shipping which wasn't their fault but they worked with us to try to correct them. So far we are very happy with the bike even if the shipping experience wasn't perfect.

  • Pete Kusek

Great bikes, got 2 of the 700 series and we love them. For the price these bikes seem to be built very well, the fit and finish is very nice for this price of ebike. We have put about 100 miles on them so far and are very happy!

  • Rod Tyus

Had great experience with purchase, delivery, packaging, and putting it together. No issues. Like the battery life and the bike performs well for a new ebikes rider. Does have power and gets up and goes.

  • Michael Hickey

The Core-5 is a phenomenally great bike for the price! Stealthy, nimble, and fast! Assembly is easy enough, albeit pretty involved. But the end result is simply awesome!

After months of researching Ebikes from several companies, I decided to get the Gravel Roadster V2 from Ride1Up.
