What can I say other than an amazing array of stores the varieties exceptional and the location is very convenient located catty-corner to the Walmart shopping center on San Jose Boulevard this little gem of a shopping mall will provide you with everything you could possibly need and perhaps some things you didn't know you needed but I'm very glad you found the World Market is exceptional renna's Pizza First Watch in Panera provide delicious food options and separate from the actual strip mall is a Chipotle close Krispy Kreme and the Chili's so no matter what your family is tastes you're sure to find something to please the whole crew

I really enjoyed shopping at Riverplace shopping center today! They have nice parking lot with lots of spaces and it very clean. Theres tons of stores and restaurants available for shopping and getting a quick bit to eat. They have beautiful grounds with lots of flowers and bushes which makes the scenery very nice on the eyes. I couldn't believe how neat and clean everything was. The shopping center is visible from the road and easy to spot when driving.

What an awful experience. I placed an online order for a dishwasher. When I went to pick it up, they tried to give me an item that was severely dented. The one that I paid for online said it was in good condition with just a slight scratch. The item to head for me to not even match the model number. Yet they were adamant it was the same one. I spent all evening waiting to get a refund from the manager. Such an awful experience.

What's not to love about all the stores here. Plenty of variety and restaurants, quick stop ones if you will. I park in the middle and walk to them all and bring out my purchases and carry on til I am done with all the things that I need and a few that I just wanted. Traffic is heavy in the area, so just be aware and cautious. They need better lights in the area. Many stores, so many drivers going in and out.

It's a good strip mall to visit. Various shops all over the place, this is San Jose Blvd. TJ Maax, Sears Outlet, Petco, Sally's, Dollar Tree, just to name a few. Just across the way, on that same side you have Payless, Marshalls, Walmart and plenty of places to eat. If you have errands to run, this is a good spot to complete them all, but be careful with traffic. It does get congested.

I come to this mall because they have so many great features Stein Mart, Petco, Sally's Beauty Supply, Michael's, and of course Panera! Oh and you can't forget Dollar Tree! it's the only Dollar Tree I like because it's always clean. they always have more than one register open. They always have everything, even the things that you didn't even know you needed

Went in for a quick look Have not been impressed with bealls department store.....but their outlet was a different story. Some of their fashion is to....... elastic waste for me, but their outlet store had some very cute shorts, tops, shoes and makeup brushes....I will definitely be back....oh, did I mention their prices are great!

This location is clean, very well kept and has large selection of stock. The parking lot is large including handicapped spots and well lighted. The staff is friendly and eager to assist customers. The range of items they carry is to large to address as they have something for everyone and there prices are very reasonable.

There's a dollar store Panera's brand new OshKosh B'Gosh baby children's clothing store you have Stein Mart the Pet Place Sally's Beauty Salon TJ Maxx where I love to go and wander you have Sears Outlet the Bath & Body Shop and many more places Stein Mart Artsy Abode which is way too expensive but it smells good in there

I love the Antique Mall there. The vendors are absolutely friendly and helpful and they even give you a great deal if you talk to them. they're more about making their customer happy and at the same time doing Fair deals. I've been at several antique malls and no and no where else is as nice as this one is

Plenty of variety in shopping from World Market to various shoe stores and a Sears outlet as well as a Michaels and a Dollar tree. Also massive amounts of eating variety here! Panera bread, Chipotle, Moe's, and areas as well. Plenty of parking, spacious driving lanes and lots to do for a quick outing here.

I really loved the idea of giving kids cryons! Thanks! Broccoli cheddar soup was a disappointment, BLT sandwich was oversalted. Watermelon fresh was sooo good! Overall, it's a clean and nice place, friendly staff, and fresh but not tasty food. Or maybe I wasn't lucky to have better food that day.

Nice little Town Center Style mall. Store are a little sporadic; mainly because few shut down during the pandemic. I love the Rack Room Shoes and Petco Store. Also, There seems to be a D&D/Board Game store there too. However, I haven't been there yet. Overall, Nice little place.

Wanna a place where you have close to everything? This is it. You don't have to go driving around because there's hardware, craft, specialty foods, eating spots, clothing & home goods, and a general store. It's an outdoor mall. Had Steinmart stayed...tadah...complete!

I know that they are going out of business, but I don't see that as a reason to lessen the quality of customer service. Other than with one young man who helped me on the floor and was terrific, I felt a definite rush job from others to get on with it, and get going.

I like this area. I can grab something to eat, stop by the pet shop, pick up some crafts, get some hair essentials... The list goes on and on... This is a one stop shop plaza. I like that it's not too far from my home. Parking is not bad and it's near the highway.

I went to River place S.C. so I could shop at the Staples and Petco located in the plaza. The five stars were for both of the stores but I can't take anything away from the plaza itself as there was plenty of parking available right outside the stores.

I really like coming over here but they seem to have a problem with traffic congestion in this area not only on the regular streets but also in the parking lot with black really like to see that addressed. Still a great place to go and Shop.

Generous parking with quite a few handicap spots. One anchor store (Stein Mart) is closed and being refitted for a new vendor. The part of the center facing SR 15 is occupied mostly by fast casual restaurants.

There are a decent number of stores in this strip mall, including. A Wal-Mart on the other side, a Dollar tree, World Market, Marshall's, A gym, Bath and Body works, Petco, Office Max as well as some others.

This was a really nice shopping center. Parking can be congested and when backing out of a spot people still walk/drive right by. When I see people backing out I'll stop because I am not about to get hit.

This mall has just about everything. A pet store, clothes, pizza, bar, Sears, Dollar Tree, lighting store, spa/massage, shoes, barber, and a few more. If it had more entertainment, it would be a solid 5.

Love this shopping center because it has great food options for a quick, big or small bite and so many shops to choose from! Sometimes there is even street performers playing music for your enjoyment!

It's a shame that Stein Mart is gone, but we go for First Watch brunch all the time. Great food. They have TJmaxx, Michael's, Dollar Tree, Panera and other stores there. It's a popular shopping area.

Stein Mart still empty. Homeless sleeping on benches. Veterans begging for rent money on the San Jose sidewalk. Why is Krispy Cream neon light never on? Strange mix of stores. Times are rough.

This was my first time ever going and I must say it is a cute centre! There are a great deal of shops and j enjoy the nice lights some of the shops have later on in the afternoon and evening.

There is a store for everyone here! These include a Micheals, a Stein Mart, a Petco, a Tjmaxx, a Dollar Tree, a World Market, just to name a few. Also, some great food places to grab a bite!

Conveniently located shopping center. Parking is typically not an issue. Nice variety of stores including Sally Beauty Supply and Cost Plus World Market. Nice assortment of restaurants also.

Very heavy traffic just outside of the shopping center, but there is a great combo of stores in there! Shaded walkway all the way down, good food at The First Watch, and nice landscaping.

Tons of parking, super clean and a good assortment of shops. Traffic can be a hassle at times due to location on San Jose. Becky @ Super Cuts is wonderful and an excellent stylist too!

This shopping plaza is beautiful. I don’t know who does the landscaping; it seems to be a labor of love. The plants always look perfect and makes shopping here all the more enjoyable.

This is a pretty nice place. They got decent stores and stuff. It would have been a much better experience if it wasn't at Christmas time because it was extremely busy and no parking

Because of the personalities and attitudes of the employees at this facility. I wouldn't advise anyone who cares about their hard earned money to utilize this particular location!!

Out of all the strip malls in Mandarin, this one has the most pleasant grounds. Kudos to the landscaper. It's an example for other shopping malls to follow. Plenty of parking too.

Tj max, Marshall, Stein mart, and world market are among the top stores. Traffic is a little tight but the stores are worth the traffic. Visit before rush hour and all is well.

Nice shopping strip with good variety and lots of parking. Well maintained. Getting to route 13 to go left can be a bit of a wait during busy times. Wal Mart next door.

They have a staples there which can do laminations. There are several stores to browse here including lighting, Sally's and a Michaels. Also a comic collection store

When I ordered the total amount of the purchase price was 7.68,but when I pay they charged me 11.+, and thay left put the holloween donuts. No i am not happy.

went to famous footwear to find some sneakers. They had the size I needed in wide. The sales person was very nice and helpful in finding what I needed

Alot of different shops & restaurants, which is good. only issue is on weekends parking is a beast & traffic to get out of shopping center is a pain

The landscaping is very well done and attractive. It's not as busy there since Stein Mart closed and Avenue left. Was a bit shocked about that one.

Great Michael's store in this plaza! Good Panera too. Always seems to be fairly busy but has enough parking space. Nice layout and landscaping.

I have been to Panera Bread, Bath & Body Works several times, and went to Staples to buy ink for my printer. My mom loves going to Sally's.

Clean place in a nice area. The stores we visited were very well organized and there was plenty of inventory in the products we needed.

Love meeting up with the guys at Panera. Such a wonderful place to sit outside. The plant life all around makes this place soothing

Good stores that's Stay open until 9 during the week and on Saturday. Sunday they close at 6 but the Dollar Store has later hours.

I have always loved how the landlord maintains this property. It's getting painted now, and the landscaping is always well done.

Not an easy way but I got there only to visit Spirit Halloween. Not to bad though considering traffic in the area was moderate.
