Easy, no hassle shopping experience. However, when it comes to delivery... I will never purchase another item from Rooms to Go. Waited from 7/9 to 8/12 for delivery of a sofa. The "tracking app" is completely worthless. The delivery team failed to call or text on arrival, and did not deliver my sofa despite me being home and not hearing anyone knocking. I called the customer service number twice on 8/12 and was told they would "work on it" for me the first time, the second time I was told to call back on Monday. The first call on Monday I was told that the old delivery date was still in the system and they couldn't help me. The second call on Monday, the rep told me had I called and requested a new delivery date the same day I "missed" my delivery, they could have helped me get the sofa much sooner. They say they took a picture of my front door. When I called the store, the person I talked to would not let me talk to a manager. This company is unbelievable.

Probably will never order from this company again. Our scheduled delivery time was 12-4 on a Saturday, they showed up at 5:30. They were not very careful in our house and rushed. Some items were damaged so they called it in and said I would receive a call to schedule a “swap”. That never happened, I had to call them. I didn’t get a scheduled time for the swap which was a Wednesday but dispatch called to say it would be around 5 pm. They showed up at 7:30 pm. These guys were real careful and real polite. I ended up keeping the initial headboard I had because the replacement was in WORSE shape. See pictures of my final product. The driver said this company will resend returns out to the next customer. I asked the driver how late they deliver until, he said he’s been out until 2 am before! That’s insane! Either they need more drivers, or better scheduling management.

Update: They did literally nothing to help. Told me the same thing over again. Response is just for show. Paid extra for delivery and installation of a bunk bed. Delivery guys installed poorly, cross threaded a cam and bolt. I never knew as this part was against a wall. But now that I need to move the furniture, I literally cannot get the two pieces apart. Customer service says “sorry, it’s out of warranty, you’ll have to pay for that”, even though it was their guys’ error. So after an hour on the phone with three different customer service agents including a supervisor, RTG made it clear that they are willing to throw away thousands of dollars and years worth of business over a $40 part. Make it make sense RTG!

I’ll never recommend this place to anyone, 800$, which is a lot of money to me, that could’ve been spent elsewhere and given to people who are actually helpful. I hope they loose their jobs, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! Choose somewhere else there’s plenty of better furniture stores!

Corey was absolutely amazing! He was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and took excellent care of us. We were able to find our daughter a whole new bedroom set thanks to him. Brad helped us find a new bedroom set for us, kitchen table, entertainment center, and a living room rug with throw pillows. He had the utmost patience with us the entire time with looking at different things, and deciding what we want. He walked around the entire store (multiple times) making sure we were happy with what we were getting, and that it was absolutely what we wanted. Both of these gentlemen were just amazing. If you get the chance to stop by, ask for one of them. They will help you in every way they can.

From the time the furniture was delivered it was a horrible experience! Paid for delivery and install however only part of the bedroom set was installed. The delivery guy spilled a drink on my carpet. Sent a king size bed with NO support legs down the middle of the bed. Now it’s sagging and frame is destroyed. And customer service to resolve ALL these issues has been nothing less than a nightmare! ONE ISSUE AFTER ANOTHER! And no one takes ownership and you will sit on hold with customers service for hours… Not to mention prices are MUCH higher than competitors like Nebraska Furniture Mart and availability of furniture is 3 months out…

Rooms To Go is really Rooms NO Go. They deposited a disassembled power recliner in my living room with missing hardware and power cord. Punch line: No idea when or if parts available. AND Rooms To Go will not come pick it up for at least 2 weeks! Nowhere to sit. Add to that the company is so fragmented no one can pull it together or own fixing the problem. Their final solution: I could pay to have someone take it back to their warehouse! Unbelievable! DO NOT LET THEM LEAVE WITH ANYTHING THAT IS NOT TOTALLY ASSEMBLED! NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT OVER-NIGHTING PARTS! IF IT'S NOT THERE AT DELIVERY, YOU'RE IN FOR DISASTER!

Please make sure you know what you’re getting and communicate very well because if not they will deliver something totally different than what you asked for! I had got two bed I wanted the foot and head adjuster. Then said there a “free” adjuster which isn’t free they add it to the price. I’m over here thinking I got the head and foot adjuster little did I know it was just a head adjuster. The whole point of me getting new beds was because my mother just had blood clot surgery and she needs to elevate her feet. Just make sure you know what you’re getting because they will order something totally different.

I came to the Ft. Worth location off I35. I did not want to talk to any sales person when I arrived. I appreciated Brad respecting that as I by passed him. Eventually, I saw three sets that interest me, and looked for Brad’s help. He was very knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions.He was in no way pushy. I did purchase living room set. As I checked out I explained that I hesitated, coming to Room Store because of some bad reviews that I read online. He assured me that I would receive excellent service in the delivery of my furniture delivered and quality of my purchase.

We visited the Fort Worth Alliance location. Jay helped us out. We’ve been to many furniture stores and by far Jay was the best. He allowed us to look and make our decisions independently while just being present if needed, without over selling. In addition, the prices were the best we found on reclining sofa sets. If you’re looking for new furniture definitely go to the Alliance Rooms to Go and ask for Jay. PLUS we felt comfortable& accepted, unlike other sales associates we have encountered on this journey, it’s 2023 gay people exist and buy furniture together!

Went to buy a mattress during the Labor Day sale. Jay met with us right away. Showed us the mattresses that we were looking for. When we chose the mattress and made arrangements for delivery, check out was fast and easy. Jay was such a nice person. It was one of the quickest and best experiences ever relating to furniture shopping. We have bought furniture from Rooms to Go in the past and always have great experiences. Thinking back, I tend to buy new furniture every 5 years, just like to change it up. I've never had a bad experience at Rooms To Go. My last trip into the Alliance area Rooms To Go, I was greeted by Casey and her beautiful smile. I told Casey what I was looking for and she new exactly where it was. Casey was very personable and showed me all the options available. Easy, Peasy. *Pro tip, get your furniture delivered, setup and have them take all the trash. Lol. I have learned the hard way.

It’s a shame because I actually love the selection of furniture at Rooms To Go. I just don’t like their shipping services. Paid cash for my daughter’s bedroom suite that still has an unassembled trundle. That was over 2 months ago.... very dissatisfied. When someone actually showed up, they supposedly didn't have the supplies or tools to put the bed together! Mind u, this was 3 different times! I guess u get what u pay for( free shipping)

Karliz took the time to show everything to us and explained each product in great detail. She was a joy to work with and is also very knowledgeable. Adeel, from this branch, was awesome. We had tried 3 other places and were just about to give up when his warm smile and zealous demeanor invigorated us. He was so attentive and knew exactly what we wanted. He made it happen. This is the best service I have ever had. Thank you to the manager too. Norma Delaughter is awesome! I have spent my fair share of time on the sales floor of furniture stores and she knows her stuff, is excellent at getting the best value for customers. We decided on a motion sofa and recliner. At the very last changed our minds because of a quality concern. She was so patient about changing our minds and took very good care of us despite it being 30 minutes after her shift was over.

Eric Church furniture sucks!!!! Don’t purchase. Recliner motors go out right after warranty. I know.. we have 2 of them after a 3 year warranty. $5000 down the drain with the whole sectional. They won’t help you. Never will go back. Alliance ftw store. Plus they’re fading bad. Not top grain leather they tell you. You’re screwed after warranty goes out and no support options.

Awesome and easy experience! RTG was great, no pushy salesman, clean store, a lot of great options! My salesman Will, was great! He explained everything to me, helped me find what I was looking for quickly! I was pre approved for financing before walking in, He still explained everything to me! Wide selection, courteous staff and I didn't feel especially pressured to buy anything. Once I did decide to purchase the sales receipt, payment account and delivery was all set up quickly and professionally. They also included cleaning and conditioning supplies for the leather furniture I ended up purchasing. All and all a good experience.
