I would give this place a 0 if I could. There were multiple employees working and not a single one greeted us. You had to watch where you stepped because there was product all over the floor ( clothes thrown on the floor, thrown all over the racks, shoes all in the aisles). I won't be back here.

This store was a disaster it was Missy all the clothes mixed up it was not one size and one place it was disappointing because I know other stores and their cleaner in this store somebody need to do something but otherwise they customer service was very good and everybody was nice

Recently visited this store with my grand daughter. I will not be going back. The store is dirty and messy. The associates are rude. Looks like a tornado went thru the place. Clothes on the floor and product displayed in a haphazard manner. Do not recommended this store!!

A power outage made the lines really long and the debit/ credit wasn't working. The employees did their best under the circumstances. Unfortunately I waited in line for 15min and was only able to get half of my items. Tis the Season. Be nice to service workers!

This location is a bit messy considering others however I'm assuming its because of the holidays and the "Hiring" sign. They definitely need more associate help. Although the lines seem long, it moves quite quick and the associated are very pleasant & helpful.

Excellent staff. Also great management too! It's wonderful to shop here. Though there could be more cashiers.. But over all, not a bad store. My biggest complaint is not enough cashiers and some of the staff can loosen up, but otherwise, perfect store!

Terrible Service! The line was wrapped around the store and the ONE cashier who was was ringing people up requested assistance several times. Nobody came to the rescue. So I went to the back where two employees were preparing merchandise

OMG. They need some help. It's like Black Friday in there. Only 2 cashier's and one crazy lady looking busy but really isn't. They ran out of shopping bags. Had to use garbage bags. Great save. Still was able to find a few things I liked.

Only 1 cashier for about 45 minutes. Other staff sitting at the back , we begged to have them attend to customers so the long line can move, yet we were ignored. It is very ridiculous! And items were littered all over the place …

It reminds me of cash bargain center. Or Value City. Only thing that make it not like Value City because it didn't have a bunch of dress clothes. But it didj have a bunch of irregular clothes don't know what size they are.

Sorry to say this, but I have to say that the store was very untidy (a royal mess). I tried to find a sweatshirt. Very few items were in size or catergory order so it was difficult to look through things.

I'd give them a 5 but the lines r long and slow and being a senior I don't buy very much because u can't take ur cart out, with a spine implant I can't lift over 7lbs let alone carry it to the parking lot

This store is so messy there are clothes and shoes all over the floor, they are not in the right order regarding sizes. You can’t find anything they’re all jumbled. Honestly disgusting.

The employees have always been courteous. But..... The last few times I have visited this Ross, the line has been ridiculously long, even before the Christmas shopping season.

Always a disappointment from the merchandise being all over the floor to never having enough cashiers. This place is a literal hot mess and I suggest going elsewhere. Smh

I love Ross and like going when I have time to search the whole store. Great prices and you will absolutely leave with a bargain. I got bath towels and pillows.

Easily one the worst home and clothing stores I’ve been to. Most second hand and thrift stores will be in better shape than this location.

If you don't mind searching for what you want, you can find some bargains. The only real complaint is the store was messy.
