Dressing room doors are backwards and have no locks. I understand the customer variety in the area is most likely the reason the doors were manipulated but why do we not respect the privacy of naked women trying on clothing? I regret picking up and organizing a display of items that were all over the floor. I used to work for this company and I am ashamed to have worked for a company that is okay allowing women to undress in an area with no door. We live in a world where anyone can be a woman and this location removed locks where women undress. Bravo. I can’t imagine what the restroom situation looks like. They also just leave security alarms attached to merchandise all over the store when they are triggered. We attended to alarms when I was an employee. I cannot review the behavior of the customers (I wish) but I can review the behavior of employees. Someone from management or corporate decided to expose naked women to anyone who touches the doors. If only we had doorknobs with keyholes so management could enter a dressing cubical when required. I don’t know or care why staff would need to enter but theft is usually silent. Exposing undressed women isn’t an appropriate solution to whatever the bad apples were doing in those dressing rooms. You don’t even have to desire to look at the naked customers. You could simply stumble while walking by and smack the backwards door into a naked person, potentially injuring both involved. Did management/corporate never see a child touch a wall or door just because they can? Humans learn by using their senses. Humans in training touch things. Doors hiding naked people shouldn’t be opened by applying pressure to the door. FYI Ross, that’s a liability issue that doesn’t include exposing naked women. Again, bravo. Two problems. At minimum, there should be a knob that requires a turn of the knob to open. They even sell those knobs without locks, since management wants access to naked people so bad. The only appropriate response from Ross would be to answer this question: did removing the safety of a dressing room lock and refusing to inform women that they will be undressing with no security as they check in with the fitting room attendant solve whatever problem you thought would be solved by turning the doors backwards? There’s a Home Depot across the street that sells doors. Where do you want your wives and daughters to undress when trying on clothes in a store that advertises its regular stock of clothes? Spend the gas money and go to a different location.

My sixteen year old daughter on Father’s Day wanted to shop at Ross dress for less store at 100 oaks in Nashville. As we walked in the manager shouted “no cash “ Only card purchases. After shopping I started feeling bad so I went to the front of the store and could not find a place to sit. The window ledge was plenty wide enough and clear of any products. As I set down the manager told me to go outside and sit on the outside window ledge. So I did but started to feel worse so I went back inside and asked my daughter to check out. s I walked in I noticed the manager had his two young security guards watching me ! My first thought was to show the manager the items that’s I was going to purchase, so he’ll know the lost of sale! But I decided why let my daughter not have what she wanted to purchase so we went ahead to the cashier to make the purchase. I asked the cashier if the man who told me to sit outside was the manager. He started making comments and then the young security guard started trying to provoke a fight with me. My daughter got so upset she left the store and started crying outside. The guard would not stop making comments . It wAs like being in School again with a mouthy punk trying to start a fight

I used to love shopping at this Ross location back in the day, but it has gone down hill. I purchased a laundry basket with straps at the Brentwood Ross and I used it one time before one of the straps broke. I went by the 100 Oaks location to return the laundry basket and I had my receipt and the original tags. The lady at the register stated that she could not take the basket back because I used it one time and because the tags were not on it. I explained that I didn’t understand her logic because the the laundry basket shouldn’t have broken after one use which made it a defective product, AND I purchased it a week ago and had the receipt and original tags! I explained that I took the tags off because I used it as I would with any other purchase. She suggested I take it back to the Brentwood location. I asked if she could at least do a store credit and she said no. I’ve never heard of a company that doesn’t issue a return or store credit for defective products when the customer has the receipt showing it was recently purchased and the original tags. Needless to say, I don’t plan to return to this location.

I have been to this Ross I think one other time before even tho. It is not close to me I have been going to the one in Smyrna will not be going back to that one either never or for a long time. The last time I was in there it was very dirty stuff was kind of all over the place infact it was all over the place and it had like a strange smell in the back of the store that I couldn’t quite put my finger on it it smelled like something was on fire and the whole store was just really disorganized and that I ended up running out of there so fast with my dog in my hand this store was so much nicer I remember it being nicer and clean and the stuff is organized it was on the shelf’s it wasn’t all over the this will defnt be my go to Ross for now on and the customer service was fantastic so keep up the good work guys I don’t care if any body else tries to say any thing bad cause you guys have the best location That is close to me

need a job? look else where, there’s a reason they are always hiring. i only worked here because a close friend of mine was the ASM. i lived an hour away and was promised a transfer. the mangers don’t communicate well. i witnessed racial profiling on a daily basis, especially to people of color. i came into work on my last day before transferring and i had to leave early to go to the hospital, come to find out because my bladder was perforated (which is deadly) and i had a severe infection while pregnant. they ended up firing me because “they wanted someone who wants to work” the same day! yet i drove over an hour almost every day , called out once, and the manager on duty even agreed to let me go seek medical help. the only reason they got a star was because of my friend dedicating his entire life and amazing work effort to this company. the store is well stocked but understaffed. the lines are ridiculously long.

I went to Ross today and a cashier named Eleanna was rude and I only asked her to check the price of a bag and she only made an excuse that there was no one else so she had to attend everybody in the line and I stood around and saw that she checked the price for another person of another race and she left her position to go check for that person. She doesn’t have to be racist to Hispanic people knowing that she is Hispanic too. I also wanted to change the bag that I bought and she didn’t want to. She asked for my ID and I only wanted to return the bag so that I could get the one I wanted and for an exchange you only need a receipt and not your ID. I always buy at this store and have never had this problem. That I saw that another person from another race wanted to exchange a thing and she did not ask for their ID.

Today i went because i needed gym clothes and a gym bag. As usual it was a mess in there. Clothes half hung on. Clothes already on the floor being walked on. Anyways a shirt that was almost off the hanger fell as i brushed past it lightly. The front door lady tells me "Hey, you dropped that. Pick it up." And stares me down. I look at her and tell her "That shirt wasnt hung right and I dont work here.". She said "Excuse me!". I said "I DONT WORK HERE .". Lady decides not to keep bothering me but picks it up, mutters something in creole to her coworker. Then I feel her standing behind me and she waits until she is right up on me to see "Excuse me." In a rude tone and stare at me again as she passes. I just shake my head and keep shopping. Some of the staff here are idiots. Im surprised they even hold a damn job

  • Angel Mcfall

I came to this store looking for a few things for me and my daughter! Well let's just say you can't try out a chair to by because the staff is rude and ghetto and try to talk bad to my child as if I was not right there! Very unprofessional!!!! Will never spend a dime to keep people that treat their customers with such disrespect a job!!! It's all in who you hire to be successful and they more than likely have a high turnover rate because none of them enjoy their job!!! This whole area it seems like has the worst staff out here I don't get it!! You go to work to make money but if you are so rude to run them off then the store don't make it then your broke!! It's not hard to do a job find people that are not rude and lazy!!!!

  • Dean Kouka

Customer service was super bad. On Sat April 10tg there was only 2 registers open. The lone took an hour wait. In short I tolerated the wait because of my wife. When I reached the register an African American guy by the name Rokine, Rookie, or Rokie literally carried a conversation with the another African American lady about his schedule. The guy literally looked at his phone complaining for 10 and kept talking to the lady while I started at him!!! I was speechless. Where the HECK is management! I'm glad I'm not his manager because I won't even write him off I would just let him go. If you don't like your job and complain about your hours in such a time where alot don't have a job then maybe you should stay at home!

Extremely upset with my shopping experience today , As I always go there with my 2 boys One being a 13 month old infant I usually take Gerber yogurt little melts to distract my infant as I shop and push him on the cart as he eats his tiny little treat and lets me buy my things . As I stopped at the check out area to purchase my things the security ( women ) that is always there Told me that I couldn’t give my infant any food or his sippy cup. I’m very disappointed as I never ever had a problem with that inside the store Specially him being so little and that being the only way he stays quiet ... so I left all my things in the cart and walked out empty handed... Not sure if I’ll be going back to that location.

Don't you ever sleep on this place!!! Especially if you are looking for business attire. I was asleep for 5 years. I use to go to Ross all the time when I lived in Raleigh but when I moved to Fayetteville the location on Skibo always had this long line. It made you want to rethink shopping there right when you walk in. Sometimes I have had 1 item in my hand and turn around and put it back because it's not worth the wait. I still wouldn't shop at the 1 on Skibo. My 5 star rating is for the Ross on Ramsey st. I LOVE THAT PLACE!!! That location is better organized (it's easy to find what your looking for right down to the size n all) and not many people bombard it at 1 time so there aren't long lines.

  • Niki P

I used to love Ross. But one of the staff member at this location is awful. It’s at 8pm, we have at least 15 people in the line, and it’s only growing and the lady at one of the counter turned on the light at counter 5 (to show its open) and helped a couple of customers and then one of the customer left their cart after their checkout. She just ignored the line of growing customers and went to push the cart to where it belonged which took 10 mins longer than it should have because she started chatting with the security guy and then she started doing something on her phone. I don’t think I’ll go to this location again. She had a badge on her that said Fatema I think. Very bad customer service.

They have no benches or seats near the fitting rooms and my friend was trying on 10 clothing items, so I sat on a little bench that was directly in front of the fitting rooms and an employee told me I couldn't sit on it, so I just had to stand in front of it and wait. Kind of ridiculous since it was directly in front of the fitting rooms and there was nowhere else to sit. I'm about to spend $200 and they won't even let me sit to wait on a friend who's also spending a lot of money there. The place was also a mess and stuff was all over the floor. The line was moving fast though.

  • Barbara Power

Although the prices as expected, were fantastic....the store itself was a complete mess&in total disarray. In addition to the mess, the employees were completely miserable and utterly useless when help was requested. The only employee that was pleasant and smiled was the security guard/uniformed loss prevention officer. He was kind, polite and very pleasant. The other employees from cashiers to floor personnel were actually so miserable that even when my 69 year old mother told the cashier to have a happy holiday not so much as a thank you could be managed.

  • Tiffany Johnes

Rude workers they need consistency if it's the rules yesterday it should be the same rules for today, 2 registers open(1 for returns and 1 for purchase) I watched 4 ppl come in for returns while we the new purchasers that was in line before they entered the store had to wait until the returns was completed. I've had to wait to make my return because the purchase line was so long, what made today different then "yesterday" and YES it was the same cashier that made me wait to return my unwanted/ damaged items made me wait to purchase.

  • valerie harris

Nice selection and prices. Not enough cashiers. The line for the registers went all the way down the aisle to the back of the store. Just 2 registers open. Both cashiers worked quickly and were very polite to shoppers. The clothing on most racks was in the wtong size selection. One fitting room attendant was very abrupt and not helpful the other young girl there was training.. Major problem was that store employees had many task and could not keep on top of the demand. This location was crowded and severely understaffed.

  • adrienne neal

The staff here are clearly overworked and overwhelmed. They aren't knowledgeable and very unhelpful. The cashier offered me a 10% discount on a turtleneck with a hole in it. What I asked for was an employee to bring another one same size for me to pay their asking price. This location is mocking hard working people like us, because they think they can. Well not today. Train the employees to display better, heck some customer service. If you need guidance ask chick fil a they provide customer service everyday.

  • Ms Ms

Ross stores are usually unkempt but today was very hectic and wild. It was so noisy there were alarms going off everywhere. There were people everywhere and many of the racks were empty and there was a smelly person in there. It was not a good experience for my senses, too much going on. The sign said you must wear a mask to enter the store but not everyone had a mask. I didn't have a mask either so I was confused whether I could even enter and also the restroom was closed I had to just turn around and leave.

  • ATENA.MARIA Montoya

I'm disappointed in my most recent visit. I came by to buy some clothes for my kids and I, and I got behind a group of customers to pay for my items. At the time, I thought it was okay to do that since it was 5 minutes before closing time. Instead of asking me to go through the line, the lady at the desk asked me if I was some sort of trafficant. She continued the harassment and then complained to security. I did NOT appreciate the racism. Never coming back again, if the service is now as terrible as that.

  • Toni Thomas

The customer service was great! But the line was really long and there was only one cashier while the other one was taking returns. There are a lot of people in the store and I think it's sad for them to make that one cashier work that hard. That's just not right. I understand they're trying to save money and work one person like they're two people but nobody deserves to be treated the way she did. She deserves a raise she kept her composure and treated every customer like they were the only one in line.

  • Saint Degi

Although this store feels always dirty, picked over and not having much quality goods, the check out lines are usually insane. Last time I just left after trying to make a return, because they cancelled lines for returns and tried to make me wait the regular check out line, which was wrapped around the store and actually about 50-60 customers long. If you like waiting in the check out lines at least 30 minutes, but most likely even much longer, this is the store you’re looking for.

  • Marie E

I swear this Ross has gone all the way down hill. This used to be such a great place to shop, but now it's more like a huge thrift store. Kids running around unsupervised (can't really blame Ross, it the parents) and the LINE!!!!! I know it's a labor shortage, but the managers need to be working cashier too, especially on a Saturday. Line all the way to the back of the store. Just terrible. This is why I shop online. They will be closed soon enough with this type of management

  • Tenisha Jonece

They need a few more cashiers. The price point is always reasonable for the brands, but their selection isn't as vast as I thought. Another trip: I'm shopping with a baby. I need to try things on in the fitting room. I can't bring back the shopping cart (the rules), but the fitting room attendant helped me with my items and carseat. Oh and I'm nursing in the fitting room. And a pair of shoes counts as 2 items in the fitting room.... I wonder if they'll let me buy one shoe

  • Jorge Celda

Customer service is great but the toddler selection for boys is practically nonexistent. I bought the only two outfits they had for my growing toddler. Had to go next door to a competitor whose prices are better and with a great selection. Sorry ROSS. I swear by this store and it's prices, but it looks like I may have just found a better buy for my pockets and growing child. I bought 8 outfits 3 tee shirts and 1 pair of pants, all 3t for less than $100. What more can I say.

  • Khadijah A. Hasan El

Dont forget your receipt. Purposely didn't give me my receipt wasnt in the bag, wasnt handed to me. There were two different alarms on my shoes she removed one and disarmed the alarm on the other but didn't remove it. When I returned to have it removed within 15 min of leaving the store..she sent me to loss prevention and they wanted a receipt...like I stole something. Just not good business. Make sure you get your receipt and all alarms are removed.

  • Faisal Hamidi

I was there to shop and the line was very long I waited for almost 30 minutes to get in front and as soon as it was my turn a lady come from return line, but she didn’t have anything to return and had a full cart for checkout. The cashier lady was trying to checkout her staff first “I think she was her friend” and I called them out, but even the manager was trying to hide the fact. Everyone should be treated the same, if I waited she wait too.

  • Cinthia Sanabia

Everytime I go to this Ross there's a HUGE line, attached a pic. No lie it went all the way to the back. There was only 1 cashier open... like c'mon. Meanwhile, there were several associates on the floor "organizing and filling rack!! Like if you see the line, why not stop doing that and come help check out?!! I made eye contact with one and she knew I wasn't happy waiting almost 45min in line just to check out. It's ridiculous

  • mary c

I usual love Ross. Most stores are well kept, and have some of the best deals out there. But this store is an exception. The store is filthy. Their merchandise is thrown all over the place, nothing is organized, the check-out line take 20-30 minutes to get through, and all the merchandise is torn, broken, stained, or missing pieces. The workers are very slow, and rude. They don't want YOU bothering THEM at their place of work.

  • Toy W.

Really good prices and a decent selection of brand name bargains but the checkout waiting line is almost always ridiculously long. Plan to spend 15-20 minutes on average waiting to check out. I understand short staffing, peak shopping hours, etc but after several years this particular location has not improved on the wait time. Take advantage of their 9 a.m. opening time (a big plus) and go early to minimize the wait.

  • Krystal Kelley

Seeing that i used to work their, i understand it being short staffed. A lot of the staff arent register trained. Also the turn over rate of employees is ridiculous. When i work stock in the mornings we do our very best to clean and property distribute merchadice to there area, after stock leaves, i dont know what happens through the day. The plus about work at Ross is we are super friendly and discounts are awesome.

  • Julie Pitts

Love going to Ross and finding treasures. I have been disappointed in the fact the Women's section is getting phased down to smaller sizes. But I always do find a treasure when I go there shopping. It's one of the few places still offering maternity clothes which i buy for my daughter. We both love going here and have very different tastes in clothing but both usually come up with a treasure we cannot live without.

  • Claudia johanna

This store needs new management like yesterday. A significant portion of the staff at this location has displayed unprofessional behavior and a lack of courtesy to their customers. The persistent issues with wait times and the behavior of some staff members suggest a need for improved leadership and customer service training. Save your self (30- to up to an hour waiting time) and drive to a different location.

  • Jeremy Greene

This location in particular feels like it could use a good cleaning. I also think they could use a little more staff to help get the store in order. I know that's not an easy request currently but the last time I went there it looked like a tornado had gone through. This location also does it appear to get as much stuff as some of the other locations. I will say that the staff working there were very nice.

  • Debbie Williamson

This store looked like it had been ransacked! Not a very good reflection on the management of this store. I don't think all of the clothing and other merchandise on the floor happened this morning but the store was left in this disarray overnight. Instead of having store employees stocking merchandise they should have had them put away and pick up some of the merchandise that was strewn about.

  • Dee Dee Foodie4life

It smells so bad in this store. It needs to be remodeled. The clothes always appear to be out dated, strangely picked over and sparsely thrown around the store. The line always has at 20 people This Ross is understaffed. Lastly, it is always someone in this store with dogs... Ross is NOT a dog park. Please keep pets out of your stores and most certainly out of the baskets!!!! It is tasteless.

  • verinb9

I absolutely love Ross! Ur not gonna find too many places that have quality merchandise and inexpensive pricing. I do landscaping for a living and I work out so I try to wear breathable clothing. Today I purchased Rbx active briefs for $10(make sure briefs/active wear r 90-100% Polyester for athletes) and Everlast socks for $4.(buy 6 get 1 pair free socks, can't beat it) Check them out guys!

  • nicole fritz

I don't care for the new store set-up. I feel like I'm shopping in the thrift store. Security is to much as far as please let me shop. I don't like being followed around the store like I am a shoplifter. It's insulting. There are ways to watch your store without making it so obvious. I hardly shop here anymore because I feel uncomfortable. I've seen this done to other customers as well.

  • Dundaduh Tadaah

Customer service means a lot to me. and they had horrible customer service. lady comes up to me and tells me you've been here a long time can I help you I said no I'm waiting for my wife to finish shopping she says can you wait somewhere else we had a whole shopping cart full of things to buy okay prices and okay merchandise but the customer service horrible will not be back.

  • Lily Yu

Myra, the girl who works in front of the fitting room was extremely rude to my 60-year old mother. She treated me mother as a criminal just because she herself thought my mother was holding one shirt but it was actually two. She threw a clothes on the floor and made my mom to pick up. Terrible terrible human being not only unprofessional but also has no respect to others.

  • Sheridan Navarro

Ever since I discovered Ross, it has become one of my go tos if I want to add new items to my wardrobe or home. I love to shop and their prices always make me want to spend more than I should, which my husband obviously hates. I read the other reviews about only 1 or 2 cashiers open during busy hours so I make sure to only shop during slow hours.

  • Geoffrey Breedwell

Love, love, L-O-V-E this place. There are deals a plenty, including rare finds. A little disorganized, like all of these types of stores, so that can be a little frustrating. However, if you're patient, you can find the best deals. The staff is friendly and also shops within the store for their family too. You can find almost ANYTHING here.

  • Maria Hall

Love this place!!! Found the perfect dresses (and shoes) to wear for both of my son's weddings at super duper reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place for name brand fashions. I also found a really cute sundress, that has gotten a whole lot of compliments for $8 bucks. Check it out, you will be amazed with what you find.

  • Lisa Fay Zemelman

I think I spent 3 hours here the other night. The employees were very patient with me as I tried on 34 shirts. As with any Ross, most of the clothing was completely disorganized and you can find the same shirt in three different sections in different sizes. Also the Home Goods section had a lot of completely bare shelves.

  • Alyssa Hanly

Huge selection of dresses and polite staff. I dropped my office key card and when I called the manager immediately looked and held it aside for me. I was nervous about the bad reviews but there was nothing wrong with my visit. Plus, I went on my lunch break and had limited time yet was in and out quickly!

  • Terrence Foster

Almost closing time which is understandable for being crowded, but when you say, You close at 10 and there's no more transactions after 10 but you're more than welcome to stay in line,Whats the point, especially when you have cashiers closing down because they get off at 10 with a line full of customers.

  • Kendra Ackerman

The line was long no lie about 30 sales long and they were calling over the speaker for the shoppers to remove their own hangers to speed up the process, this is something I normally do anyways, however the line didn't seem to be moving so I put back my selections and went to Burlington next door.

  • Peyton Turner

This particular location can be a madhouse at times! I've seen it with 2 cashiers and 30 people in line so today was great because it wasn't busy. They have a good selection. Not just this store but, so many have "Mom" jeans; high waisted (yuck!) like they were in the 80s so, no jeans today!

  • Noel Allen

I've never waited in line for soooooo long. 26 mins to cash out. Would have walked away but needed the shirt for an event. One of the staff cursed at a customer who asked why the line was long. Her response was, "Tell Ross to give us more f**King staff." It's not a great experience, really.

  • Ranger Ranger

Ross at one hundred oaks, alway busy, but most importantly they do not have any handicap parking areas with signs no wheelchairs or riding carts for such a big store for people with disabilities. Other than that they have a very good selection of merchandise and the store is very clean.

  • Sondra Claybrooks

I wanted to purchase an outdoor windchime It did not have a price tag on it, the cashier priced it without looking it up even though I suggested it to her. I have started to collect them and bought everyone I could find. I have a receipt for my last purchase. That did not matter to her.

  • Sheila Bowling

BUYER BEWARE!!! I hope it was an oversight with the holiday rush, but my husband was charged twice for 1 of the pairs of shoes that he purchased today. BUT, everyone watch out, you never know. He will return today. We'll see what happens. 11 18 23. Photos of the receipt in hand

  • Casey Calhoun

Decent clothes but pay attention because I have purchased things from there before only to find when I wear them that they have rips in them. Very cluttered. Store needs to either remove some inventory or move to a larger location where you can walk without stepping on clothes.

  • Stephanie Richey

This is probably the worst Ross in Nashville. The line to check out was all the way to the back of the store...the store was packed...and there were 2 cashier's. Management should get a better handle on efficient customer flow. I will never. Is it the 100 Oaks location again.

  • Sweet Chicken

This place is an absolute mess. There were boogers and blood in the dressing rooms. The dressing rooms are a disaster. Every single time I have been in this location there have been several children running wild screaming at the top of their lungs. It's not worth the hassle.

  • NiKi Leon (LIANES)

Good Prices and Variety. They have a "little bit of everything" from women's shoes to dishware, toys to bath items... You will spend a lot of time trying to find what you're looking for so best of you are just browsing. Beware the bags of chocolate at the checkout line! LoL

  • Tiffany Henning

Grossest store ever. It was early around 10 and they had at least a dozen workers around but the dressing rooms were trashed, the bathrooms smelled like they had not been cleaned in a week, and the store was filthy. I am avid Ross shopper but never seen anything so gross.

  • Fred Leisling

Very poor service tonight. Waited over half hour for our food and when it came to the table it was cold. Sent it back and waited another twenty minutes but at least it was warm but not hot. Fast food would have been a better choice. Will not return to this place again.

  • E H

The clothes just seem to be all picked over (just like a tiny Burlington), but if you have time to search and pick you may find something decent. Shoes, home goods and handbags are my favorite part of shopping here, but the bags can be priced a bit high sometimes.

  • Ashley B.

This Ross always has a pretty good stock. However, the lines will wrap around the store . They had more cashier's last time I visited so that Helped to speed up the line, but it was still backed up to the bathroom aisle. But the lines won't stop me from coming.

  • Jeffrey hall

Good place to go for named brand clothing at reasonable prices. You'll have to rummage through the racks, but there are some good deals to be found, especially on men and children's clothing. I've basically found higher end children's clothes at Walmart prices.

  • Chrystal Goff

Had a great experience in this store from the moment I walked in. The security guard was very friendly, fitting room attendant was very helpful, and the cashier was extremely nice and fast. Many options for way less than department stores and a good selection.

  • Jody Goodenow

I always find things I want to purchase but then I go to check out and the line is ALWAYS so long, barely moving with just one or two cashiers working the registers. I then decide that nothing in my full cart is worth waiting that long so I just leave.

  • Tatyana T

Very friendly and helpful staff. But come prepared to search like you're digging for treasure, because everything is disorganized. Not really the staff's fault, customers put things where they want all the time. Good Prices make the search worth it.

  • Kandi Johnson

Packed and only 2 cashiers. Lined up back to Ladies Clothing. We had a return and had to wait. Did not get out of line to look at anything because we would have to wait too long to checkout after our return. We love Ross, but this was RIDICULOUS!

Always great deals but the cashier service was horrific. It took almost 15 minutes to take care of one customer. Nobody gives a rat's rear about the customers waiting too long. No manager around. People behind the register not working.

  • Beshoy Emad

Terrible !!! I bought a $50 puma shoe from here not even three weeks ago and now it has a cut and they said the cant do anything because i wore it.!! Any shoes should last more than 3 weeks terrible quality and customer service…

  • Jasmine Jackson

I love Ross, but waiting in a line that's longer then my future is CRAZY they had 2 lines open if I didn't need this dress for an important dinner I would leave but this is my fault really for waiting till the last min .

  • Calista Smith

The selection of merchandise is amazing! The only thing that I dislike is the checkout line is extremely long. I have not gone here several times just to avoid the line. More cashiers would make this place 100% better.

  • Angela WAlker

First time in since they made the flip not really feeling it will try it again soon, seem more junky over all and this was my favorite location, my cashier was very nice she said I will get use to it I sure hope so:)

  • Doniesha Dulin

It's hard shopping for my son, he's 5'7 120 so he grows up and not outward lol! I love their selection brand name for under 20 dollars like Puma and Levi's for 24 dollars prices you can't beat with a wide variety!

  • Mukesh Gupta

I love the ROSS for prices. It was very crowded and required almost 45 minutes for check out for single item. Just two counter open and long queue. Not worth to visit this store if you care about your time.

  • steven raimo

33 minutes to check out! 2 registers open with a line half way down the store. Employees all over, 6 Loss Prevention people at the front door. Store was a mess and thank God for noise canceling headphones!

  • Pablo Munoz

This store has many very nice things and at a good price, the problem is that it can take up to an hour to pay online, waiting, they really need more staff, it takes a long time to make a purchase

  • Xavier Colon

I had to wait 45 minutes just to checkout this store needs better management better service and proper personnel at the registers this place was downright disgusting and not a pleasant experience

  • Joan Hurt

Maybe it's because it was mother's Day weekend, this place was an absolute mess. Total chaos. The one good thing Is that things are cheap, but it was so chaotic, and everything was picked over.

  • R.S. Degurechaff

First time going in. The food was excellent. The potato skins are to die for (figuratively), and the wait staff are just as pleasant as can be. Much nicer and prettier than in the commercials.

  • Runz Nutrition

The line for check out is always long, they have 4 registers but only keep 2 cashiers instead of 4 when it's very busy. It's so annoying why don't you just shut it down already . …

  • Ashley Pate

We've shopped Ross' for years!! LOVE getting great deals on quality stuff ❤ I always send people over, especially if looking for nice dresses!! Just wished they had more plus size stuff

  • Poppy and the Flower Shop

I have never not loved coming here. They can have my whole paycheck. Who needs a car note anyway? jk. But seriously, deals abound and there is so much cute stuff up in here. …

  • Nikkie Key

School the cashiers on proper etiquette. The cashier was so unpleasant I almost walked out and left the items. Thanks to God I stayed quiet and left Assoc:705546 I have receipt

  • Brittni Phillips

The customer service wasn't all that great. The store had a smell to it like they were having sewer issues. The fitting rooms could use a good cleaning and updating as well.

  • Alecia Moore

They have a little bit of everything and their prices are very reasonable. I especially love the handcrafted soaps! I can't seem to find them anywhere else but Ross.

  • patricia hadley

It was very unsatisfying to make 5 different traction for one purchase because the computer down wondering now did I pay too much taxes for my trip to this store

  • Lakeisha Joyner

Store is crowded & lines are LONG. Be prepared to stand in line for a long time but overall the store has good selections just the lines are ridiculous

  • Wagdy Girgis

This is the worst store in the world. The employees treat customers in the worst way It is a terrorist gang that always wants to fight with customers

  • Abbos Sidikov

If i had options to put 0 stars I would this place doesn’t care about customers what so ever. More than 65 people in line only one register is open.

  • Karen White

I love this store you can always find something at a reasonable price. When people visit they love this store. Absolutely a great place to shop.

  • Tiffany Balanda

You can find good stuff here at good prices but sometimes it's really crowded and gets a little overwhelming store is a mess sometimes

  • Udi Miller

Disordered totally....basic like jeans denim men sll sizes mixed.... A lot of irregulars defected with not enough discount .

  • HURAHMAN hussain (kak big H)

The rose is not I used to be is only one cashier the line is back up to the all the way down to the homes in the bed sheets

  • KEITH MCCLARD

Prices are the only good thing about this store. The line had about 40 people and they only had one cashier...took FOREVER!

  • Nadiyah Brooks

Delicious. My tilapia and shrimp was seasoned very nicely and the slaw and red beans and rice were so yummy!! Great job!

  • Elihut Gomez

The clothes are of good quality and the prices are affordable, as for the cleaning in dressing rooms, it needs a dusting

  • Catherine Mccormick

The clothes were nice they had a good stock and the lines for check out we're not that bad and the service was polite

  • Nikki Donaldson

Extremely long lines with only 2 cashiers, not very much variety on kids clothing Leaning towards boys clothing

  • Anthony Yuill

Great quality, name brand stuff, good discounts and great clearance! Available items change. Git you some!

  • Kim Turman

I love Ross, today was the first time I didn't have to wait 30 min to check out! Great job Ross, thanks!

  • Jennifer Bunch

Great store. Great finds in all departments. Very nice employees. Senior day is every Tuesday 10% off.

  • Dwayne Clark

Just wanted to say that I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The store is very organized

  • julius pangan
