I have multiple issues with Roto-Rooter. One, they never gave us any heads up (call or text) before showing up to our house. Two, we had a leak in a pipe under the side of the house that we had to shut off all our water for. We called Roto-Rooter out to give us a quote and they dug out a huge hole in the ground in our front yard and then notified us that they would be back the following day with a specialist to fix the leak. The following day rolls around (after over 24 hours without access to water in our home) and the same guy shows up (with no notice) and is literally just messing around the hole and he says he is waiting for the specialist. 2 hours later, he comes to the door and tells us "so I'm not sure when the specialist is going to get here, so this is just wasting our time waiting around and my boss is telling me to leave". I took off now 2 days from work for them to just leave the job. That is unacceptable! Now we are going on 2 days with no water in our home and Roto Rooter has done nothing but hinder us getting the leak fixed, and having our water turned back on. Would NEVER recommend this unprofessional service to ANYONE!!

Field Supervisor Christian and Jesse are both an asset to Roto Rooter. Both guys show incredible knowledge of their craft and extreme professionalism with their ability to thoroughly explain the process/procedure to their customers to ensure confidence within the customer. My girlfriend and I felt like we had a real human experience working with these guys rather than just an employee working for a paycheck. They're incredibly passionate within their endeavors and it shows in the quality of work and customer service they both provide. Christian was very communicative throughout the entire process and delivers a sense of trust. I could tell from first impression he's an honest and trustworthy guy. He has certainly worked diligently for his promotion. I will certainly recommend them two and this company to my real estate clients. Rachel & I were very pleased overall. Give these guys a bonus!

They came to my house today as a follow-up service to a drain cleaning a couple of months ago. There is a warranty included with the service, so today's visit was free. Robert, the plumber who was sent to our house, immediately identified additional issues that were still occurring. He quickly resolved these issues, confirmed that they were fully and completely resolved, and then explained them to me. The drain is now functioning like new, and the additional information he provided to me will allow me to perform better ongoing maintenance on it myself as well. Everything didn't work out perfectly the first time when they came out, but they have proven to be a trustworthy company that has followed through on their commitment to providing quality service.

I called Roto Rooter at about 5pm & they came the same day at around 6:30pm. Andres spent a lot of time answering my questions about options for the immediate problems as well as maintenance vs replacement of fixtures. He also offered tips for avoiding future problems. He was extremely thorough & professional, & cleaned up after completing work. Pricing seemed fair & work comes with a guarantee. I will be calling them again-- pleasant to work with & there when I needed them!!! Andres also left a business card with contact info so I can schedule with him directly or through the office. Highly recommend!!!

Washing machine drain overflowed Thursday afternoon; Roto-Rooter came Friday morning. Justin did great work clearing the clog, and called for his supervisor to verify the work. With an older house that has been renovated a few times, you never know what you’ll find. I’m confident that the problem is fixed, and if it recurs in the next six months they’ll come back out and fix it for free. Fair notice: I get $100 discount for posting this review, but I would have posted it anyway. I was skeptical of the big companies, but not any more. They are my go-to plumbers from now on.

Their team was professional and timely, and they were able to resolve my problem on the same day that I called to make an appointment. However, I must mention that the cost of their service was a bit higher，the hourly rate for diagnosis was $369 instead of the advertised $99 on their website. Additionally, I was charged $950 for a simple T-joint replacement. I would advise anyone considering their services to be aware of the potential costs involved and to clarify any pricing discrepancies before proceeding with the work.

Always the best service! I put in a request at almost midnight (non-emergency, but they have emergency services available too!) and Steve was here early the next morning! He fixed the job quickly, gave great recommendations on how to mitigate it for next time, and even gave us the exact product we need for the next year to mitigate any further problems! George even reached out about water mitigation and mold services proactively! Great company, highly recommend!

What a life saver. Ive never needed a plumber but have heard the horror stories so I was skeptical. Our main line was blocked and I tried every home remedy on the internet, nothing worked so after 2 days, we were desperate. I called at 4:30 pm they were here by 5:30 pm, accessed the issue, told me how much it would be and had it done in an hour! Matthew was great! I called roto to fix a serious toilet pipe issue and Matt was able to come by that same day to fix the problem. It was very nice to find out that Matt/roto-rooter don't charge for their service if they can't fix the problem. Luckily he was able to solve our issue quickly and the price was very reasonable! I called Roto-Rooter Plumbing due to a clogged washer drain pipe & slow draining kitchen drain pipe. Steven arrived within about 1 hour from the time I called. He was very professional was able to roto rooter the drain pipes. Both pipes are now draining normally. Thankyou so much for your great service. I highly recommend Roto Rooter.

Roto-Rooter and Erik were great. I called on Mother's Day late afternoon and he was at my house within an hour. He gave me 2 options, I chose the lesser-priced but we ended up having to go with the 2nd option anyway. I appreciated that Erik gave such great service on Mother's Day Sunday. My son will pay me back for what I spent!

Robert was very helpful. Came by for a detached undermounted sink and although it was a unique issue that they don’t usually handle he was able to get the right materials and fix it. Even added an additional support for future stability. Also helped with a loose faucet on the kitchen sink which was an add to the original scope.

Total RIP OFF. Twice they told me they wanted to charge over $700 to pull a toilet for a clog. Then quoted me to install clean out when I already have them. Literally just had a l plumber come out and clear the clog for $300 with camera included. Rotor would’ve charged me again to have a camera come

Joshua and Sergio responded within a couple of hours of our emergency call. They took time and extreme care to fix the issue. Making multiple attempts to ensure all was secure and done completely and correctly. I was impressed with the company because of the work of these two skilled tradesmen.

Main plumbing stack was clogged. Our tech was Kelvin, he explained everything in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done and quoted the price it would cost. Very friendly and cleaned up everything when he was done. Will use this company again for any future plumbing problems.

Charged $650 to replace showerhead and cartridge. Work took 10 minutes. Took them 10 days to give me a call back. Finally got a call after writing corporate for them to tell me that pricing is normal and that it should have been more. Probably spent $70 on parts and charged $141.

Booked appointment online very easy same day service and Steve was great ( right on time too ) , he found the clogged up pipe cleared it up then they came with a camera for the pipes showed inside my pipes and gave me options for repair , all in all a good experience …

Steve answered our emergency service call first thing on Sunday morning. We had a major clog in our main line, causing all our drains to back up. Steve took care of it quickly.
