Used to love coming to this place, but after tonight I don't think I'll be back. Place is really going down the drain. I don't know if it's new management or cost causing the machines to be more rigged. Now it's almost impossible to win a claw machine. I wanted to cash out my tickets and get some prizes for me and my kids. I needed to sign a disclaimer form to get a alpaca back pack for my daughter. Felt like I was buying a gun, except getting a gun doesn't take nearly as long. They had to wait more manager approval. Here I was standing in line for 30 min waiting for the manager.the line wrapped along the whole side where the prizes are. People even starting leaving the line without even being able to get their prizes. After this long wait, in comes Ricardo, at least that's what he told me his name was, Asian ethnicity. He ask if I still wanna get an item, I told him yea I guess after waiting 30 min I guess so. He just says "yea". I asked him, no apology? For me or the rest of these people that had to wait while you took your sweet time. He responded by saying hes running the kitchen and everything else, still not apologizing for the inconvenience. Told him this is probably the worst service I've ever gotten from this place and proceeded to make smartasss remarks and being completely unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this place. Update. I went and bought a gun the next day. I promise you when i say, it honestly took half the time then it did to get a stuffed animal at round one.

We had my daughters birthday party here and overall it was an ok experience. We spent about $1300 for 25 people for about 3 hours. Pros- Fun environment, lots to do, bar, great food, private room. Cons- Half the time you’re trying to figure out how and what to do when booking the room. This should be held in an office/closed door meeting. It is so loud you can’t hear anything. We were so confused. What are you buying? What does it include? How does the process work? Alcohol included, how, what where? (Later found out you can only select 3 beer types) The whole experience felt rushed and 3 hours is the max you can book. A lot of this could have been fixed simply by someone sitting down and explaining to you what you’re buying and iron out all the details. The lanes were broken but they did comp 15 minutes of time. The cards can only be used 1 at a time and they’re locked. Again lots of things you find out by surprise. After the experience we looked at other venues to compare and found that it was excessively priced. Other venues had $1100 for 120 people. Includes everything, tables chairs etc. Would I go back? Yes I would but not for a private event.

Dont use the kiosk to recharge or buy new game cards! Theres a sign on the kiosk that says if you spend X amount of dollars you will get a free gift or reward. Well apparently you have to make this recharge or purchase at the game counter not the kiosk as i was very rudely told on my last visit. So when i asked why they have this free gift sign on the kiosk the rude staff again very rudely informed me that "if i could read it says on the sign you have to make the purchase at the game counter to qualify" actually i CAN read and the sign just says make a purchase of 44 dollars or more and get a gift from the game counter. No where does it state you HAVE TO MAKE THE PURCHASE AT THE GAME COUNTER! when i asked a supervisor for clarification i was again handled very rudely with out a proper answer as to why the sign is even on the kiosk then if the purchases there will not qualify for the gifts. Spend your money somewhere else. Main event has better games, cheaper prizes and FRIENDLY staff. Dave and busters is a way better experience for you same dollar amount and again has FRIENDLY staff!!!!

Most of the employees here are very unwelcoming. I’ve only had 2 employees that have genuinely made me feel welcomed. Compared to Hinkle Fun Center, the round 1 employees feel like zombies. After winning a plushie from the claw games, I’d try to look for an employee around. If I can’t find one, I go to the counter. One time, on a dead Thursday, I went and asked for assistance and, despite the employees doing hardly anything behind the counter, it took AGES for someone to finally come unlock the claw game. The prizes in the prize center are really highly priced. If you want to be able to actually win something, don’t go here lol. Cleanliness is an issue where the escalators are located as well as in the area outside the bathrooms. It’s just nasty. Honestly I really enjoyed the claw machines here but recently they feel more rigged. I’d always spend a good $80 or so here and I’d walk away with a couple plushies but recently I’ve noticed the claws grab a little late, no matter how spot on you press the button again.

I was going to give this 3 stars, but that doesn't seem really fair. The first couple of times you go it's fun. Arcade, Bowling, Billiards. But then, you go a couple more times and you realize that the games are a rip off if you're trying to win points for a prize (which....c'mon, EVERY child wants some cool toy to leave with), a WHOLE lot of the games don't work, and half the floor is taken up by those impossible skill games with the high dollar items in it. I may sound like some whiny a$$&#!e, but I can think of better ways to depress my children, and it wouldn't cost me $100+. BUT! At the end of the day, it's something kinda fun to do with the kids. So if you go, play the billiards, some air hockey, go ask why the bar isn't open anymore, and why the escalator doesn't work. I'll keep my rating at 4 stars cuz I can't judge them for my lack of excitement kids drag me over there for the 30th time. It was fun for a bit. And Round 1, I hope you enjoy all the money that I gave you.

Huge arcade with tons of games and late hours, but... I was visiting with a group of friends yesterday, which was a Thursday evening. To my knowledge, the arcade was open until midnight or 2 am. Around 8:30 pm I was thirsty and went to buy a bottle of water, but saw that the food and bar areas had completely shut down for the night. An employee from behind the ticket counter had to come back to the kitchen to turn on the soft drink machine and pour me a cup. Again, it was early in the night relative to closing hours, so I don't understand why all of the concessions were closed. What is the point of going to place like this where you can stay late, but if you want so much as a drink of water you have to make a special request or leave? We were planning on bowling, but after everything closed it just didn't seem worth it to stay any later. It's too bad, because this is otherwise a very cool place.

Came upon this place walking around Coronado Center as I hadn’t been there in a couple of years. What a surprise! I love arcades, and this one blew my mind. A lot of the games are the Japanese versions which is amazing to find, especially in The Land of Enchantment. I love claw machines(the more challenging the better), and this place has TONS of them. I purchased a $40 card and after a few arcade tries I went to try a claw. After about 10 tries my card ran out of money, and I went to go re-load it. While I was gone, the progress that I had made on the item in the machine was re-set by a worker, which led me to a mini-freakout. Luckily, he saw me and apologized, opened the machine and placed the item back where it was and let me continue. After about six more tries, I won! The key with the Japanese claw machines is PATIENCE. I hd a wonderful time at this place, and will definitely be back.

I really like this place, the games are all super fun and they all have *relatively* reasonable prices for the cards. I’m a little upset they got rid of some machines and replaced them with the crane ones. My BIGGEST problem though is one of the staff members When being helped by one of the managers *i think he’s a manager?* he was being extremely creepy and getting in my personal bubble. I don’t know if he wasn’t aware of what he was doing but it really really made me not wanna go back. He asked me regular questions but in a creepy almost flirtatious tone that did NOT sit well with me. I asked another staff member for his name and they said his name was Jamie or Johnny something like that I couldn’t really hear them over the noise. I will come back for the games and karaoke it’s just that experience that soured it

First time here for my daughter’s birthday - didn’t even know it existed- we live out of the city. So many games! Wow! And the stuffies are totally winnable - a little pricey but once you figure them out, you can walk out of there with several good-sized stuffies like we did and a very happy birthday girl! Bowling was fun - no issues at all. Shoes clean and sanitized. Desk staff was friendly and very helpful. We noticed a sign indicating they did not have pizza or wings available but we did not intend to eat there anyway. There’s even a bar! The place is clean, bathrooms were fairly decent, sanitizer everywhere and employees all masked. So much to do - definitely could spend an entire day there! It’s basically a kid’s casino! Go on a Monday if you’re looking for a slow time with no crowds.

1/2022: RECOMMEND, but 3.5 stars if possible due to 2 details: If possible, go during the WEEKDAY for Unlimited bowl until 5pm for $11.99. I've hurt my arms & shoulders from bowling way too many games during this inexpensive time and improved my bowling scores. (Thank you Round 1). I've enjoyed going to Round 1 to relax and enjoy the oversized Pac-man game and bowl some stress away. I have not tried the food nor drinks there because I just go in to play games. Mostly clean, spacious and social distancing protocols are in effect. Team members were constantly cleaning. My only negative comment is that no one has cleaned the escalator entrance and it looks unwelcoming/unsightly. Overall, give Round 1 a try and see what you think about it. Enjoy the games!

  • Nsara Nop

Probably the best variety of arcade games in the region, including a lot of popular Japanese arcade games that unfortunately are untranslated. They have 2 DDR machines and a few other dance games, which, unfortunately are all next to each other so the music gets mixed badly. There is a good selection of shooting games, classic stuff like skeeball, fighting games etc. They also have TONS of crane games, karaoke, a small bowling alley and a snack bar. My biggest issue is their app is a dumpster fire that doesn’t work, causing you to need to go to the game card counter, which often only has one person working. I will add more photos when I go back. I will be going back too.

  • Shannon Ninham

Games are fun, alot were "out of service", some of them I would swipe, it would take the credits and tell me my balance but then not let us play. I had a "play date" which was a group of 10, they advertise "per lane" for bowling but fail to mention it is per person, per lane, plus shoe rental!!! They wanted $300 for an hour and a half of bowling, how absurd! (not to mention some of our group were a couple of 5 year olds!) Ridiculous! Holiday bowl rents a lane $35 flat rate for the lane regardless of players. We ended up spending $70/2 lanes and saved ourselves a whopping $230, plus it was galactic bowling! Don't go here if you want to bowl, what a rip off!!!!

  • Tamerian Wrenn

Wow I'm so impressed with Round 1. I had my daughter's birthday party here. And the manager provided phenomenal customer service. He helped me with setting up a party room to go along with the bowling party. This was amazing because she is two and FULL of energy. She had a blast. Johnny assisted me through out the day and he did a great job!!! I didn't have to worry about anything but enjoying my family and having an awesome time. We did karaoke in our room so it really turned into a time full of laughs. I thought three hours might be to long but it flew by so fast. I look forward to doing business in the future with Round 1. Thank you guys so much!!!!

I just stood in line for more than 30 minutes to order food, finally get the the counter to order and they do not have any of the food we wanted to order. There were no signs indicating they were out of most of the menu items. I turned to the long line behind me who had also.been standing there for just as long and informed the line. Most people left the line at this point. The cups they provided us for our drinks all had holes in them and leaked all over the tables. I had to ask for napkins, explaining the situation. No offer to get towels or replace our drinks. Were still waiting on the food we did order and its taking forever. I absolutely do not recommend.

  • Jose Martinez

Didn’t get a chance to bowl. It was a 3 hour wait to be able to bowl. Then decided to just get a couple of cards to play video games. But they needed my PIN number, and they couldn’t enter it. I decided not to pay with clash because I didn’t want to get stuck paying a high ATM fee PLUS a fee my bank charges me. So we just walked around the mall. We were wanting to get ice cream as we walked out, but after standing in line for almost 15 minutes, we decided to leave. The line never moved that entire time. It was w waste. And we also noticed more than half of the pinball machines were down. Super long line for alcohol.

  • Deserie Arellanes

I took my nephew to go bowling For the 1st time. They blocked the gutters so that he could have a better advantage and also gave him a dinosaur tailslide for the ball to roll down and go straight to the pins which was great for kids. We had a good time with the exception of them not taking the credit card I took, for some reason their computer does not take it. So I had to go down to the ATM and pay an ATM fee to get cash out in order to pay for my bowling. The cashier was given permission by the manager to credit me the the ATM fee which was a nice thing to do.

This place was pretty chill. Reminded me of that place called Main Event--without the laser tag. Didn't have any bike racks so we had to get creative locking our bikes together around the big pillar outside(see picture). Prices aren't too bad, wish they had specials for certain nights. Love that they serve pitchers! They had Santa Fe's 7K on tap too. Paul and Dinh(sp?) were really cool too. The downside to the place is that it kinda felt like we were being chaperoned at a field trip or something. Lots of people just watching us... Kinda creepy and unnecessary.

  • Chas H.

1st time coming here brought my family here to play some games and hang out. Din I want to say his name was (sorry if I got it wrong) was very helpful on getting me a card and sold me a deal to get more credits and even told me about the promotion keychain they had. So right off the bat his customer service made the experience better. They have alot of claw games from Japan, ticket games, racing games, bowling, a food place, and other services. I'll be coming back or checking out another location when I get a chance. Good job team!

  • Jason Treworgy

Place was fun, randomly went with my brother to make some memories and just let our inner kid have some fun. Had alot of the bigger pod like arcades and alot of japanese rhythm games, even though we had no idea what we were doing since neither of us are fluent in japanese it was still fun in its own aspect figuring the games out. Only downisde is the place is really really loud, which is to be expected for that type of place, so not gonna give a negative review about that. Lol, all in all good fun for peeps of all ages.

  • Vanessa Reyes

First time here from out of town and horrible experience. Most machines would just take my credits and did not play the game. Wasted a lot of time asking to get my credits back. When o went to exchange my points for prices, it was yet another problem. Took us forever to get the items and when I finally went to the register, turns out the points in the bins were incorrect and had to choose something else again. Layla, who was supposed to help, was no help at all. First and last time coming to this filthy place.

  • Cheyenne N

I’ve never wrote a bad review before .. Finally had a day off and wanted to enjoy some time with family at round 1 when the security guards came up to us harassing and accusing my family of smoking & not wearing masks when we did neither. They forced us to leave and threatened to call the police when we were just trying to enjoy ourselves, will not be going back again ! (Also got no refund or proof of us doing anything) seems like they were bored with they’re job and wanted to cause problems for no reason.

  • fangzea

First they delete your comments. Second the bowling is expensive as heck. The bowling balls have more scars than an Olympic pole vaulter from prison. You also can't bring your own. It's priced per person not per lane. Not great for families. If you are waiting for a lane to open, good luck. They will put you on a wait list then forget about you. Also if you get a membership they might forget to spell your name right or put the correct phone number. So keep your card safe. Over all this place is trash.

  • Jenna Rose Peralta

The arcade games are worth going, but do not go bowling. They put me and my family on a wait list and was supposed to send texts to let us know when it was our turn but we ended up waiting 2 whole hours for us to find out they took us off the wait list. They still had a lane open so we decided to bowl but 20 minute in, the bowling lane broke on us and we couldn’t bowl for about 20 minutes. I asked for my money back and they refused so do not go bowling here. Worst bowling experience I’ve ever had.

  • chad gerle

Went bowling here. It has a great atmosphere and good selection of bowling balls. I was disappointed in the lines. We waited in one line for about 15 minutes only to be told that we got in the wrong line. We then got in the right line only to find out the people before us got the last lane. We then had to wait just over 30 minutes to get a lane. Then we got lane 4. Don't use lane 4 if you can help it. About 20 percent of the time it had to be reset waiting a lot of time. It was still fun though

  • Bee Nicole

It's gotten so dirty and crusty from the minute you walk in you can clearly see it hasn't been swept in days or mopped then when you get off the escalator the carpet is disgusting bunch of stains all over its really gross walking thru with new shoes/ clothes who wants to walk thru nasty stuff like that looks like they drag the trash thru the entire arcade and drip the grime all thru clean the carpet or get new floors please

  • Jesse Sturtevant

This place USED to be such a fun place to go for me and my girlfriend. But a few months ago the increased the point prices on the claw machines and rigged them to be nearly impossible to win something. Before this we could walk home happy spending about $60 with a good amount of plushies. Now we’re lucky to even walk out with one, i do not recommend going here anymore until they drop the prices back to what they were before and make the machines fair again.

  • Benjamin W.

Clean, mostly well run arcade and bowling alley. Cheap food subsidized by somewhat expensive gameplay costs. Good game variety, and things seem well maintained. 3 star rating is for the ticket payout for prizes. Certain games, like the ones where you push the coins over the edge, have lower ticket payouts that anywhere else that I have seen those same games. You don't get as many plays for the money you put in either. Strong meh on that front.

  • Justin C

This place has potential but just falls short on service no food or drink. They need new management and deep clean. Bring your own food and drink I guess is only way to visit this place. They open 3 to 4 hours with no food or drink. Water fountains disabled. I get covid still means low employee count but this place needs to adapt already. Get a freaking fountain machine or even vending machine. Many other place like this in ABQ, won't be back.

  • Alexandria Tremble

My husband and I have visited a number of times. We have had a fantastic time each time we return. The credits are affordable and the games give decent tickets. There are a wide variety of games and they all mostly function. We did have an issue with one game and a friendly staff member was able to help us immediately. We haven't tried the bowling or karaoke facilities. They have great food and drink prices. Plus they are open until 2 AM!

  • Josh S

Wonderful arcade!! We love visiting here. HUGE arcade with some of the best games available! Everything from pinball to bowling. They offer some of the best fun we have had in NM. Very affordable for the amount of options . The prize room has some great options and we have always left with a smile on our faces. It is also very convenient to just about every store and restaurant you could think of. This is a must try if your in the area!

  • Jaime Alfonso Ayala

We had a blast at round 1 Madeline the manager ; of the pizza part, was magnificent. She ran a tight ship and, had everybody working with her, which is fantastic... Everyone work together. I especially like Amber, because as soon as I asked her to, "please clean the table I need". She dropped everything, and did it for me. I commend her for that, as well as Madeline for being a great leader... I look forward to coming back again...

  • Me_myself Eye

Was a fun time spent around 100$ or so the only issue was about 5 games didn't work and employees weren't sanitizing. I suggest bringing wipes to clean stuff as they dont and check the games before swiping as I lost around 6-8credits per game that didn't work edit: management helped so much with the issues I experienced and was actually great. I still frequently come here as it's our favorite game house in town

  • DeeAndra Winchester

Used to be very great top of the line hang out but the new employees are tiresome of guests needing help. Annoyed by people asking to reset or adjust games like the cranes. The times you have to wander for ages to finally find someone to help. Majority of the time you get help the attendants are too full of attitude to care. If you're lucky you get to find at least one employee who is helpful. IF YOU'RE LUCKY.

  • Manifest Indigo

Thanks to James, we had one of the best experiences we've had by far. He is really kind and goes out of his way to make customers happy end feel welcomed. He was even able to get us a deal that they were promoting for the bowling. Which made it about $30 cheaper for my family. I highly recommend this company treat him right and pay him what he's worth!!! Because of him I'll be back a hundred times

  • Nathan Lee (Goku Lee)

I'm so done with round 1. Came here on my birthday. Machines are more rigged than ever. Barely tapped the button, claw goes right past, not even graze those bowling pins you have to knock down 3. Got 2. Talked with the girl she just moved pin over slightly and not even give me credit for faulty machine i tried 4 times. She just stormed off before I could explain and ran out of credits. So done.

  • Nicky Olivas

Really neat place to take the kids for family time or just dump them off with $30 for a little over an hour (with an older sibling, I am not a monster!). Oh and cards are reloadable and the hold the tickets you won too. They have bowling, billiard tables, darts, and tons of different types of arcade games. I highly recommend checking them out in person or online. Either it was a blast!!

  • Zach Rodriguez

Large claw machines are quite actually the worst I’ve ever used in any entertainment venue. It’s on me for spending more than I should have trying to win, but I grabbed the prize without fail each time. The claw would bring the prize up and then fall once it was back at maximum height. The employees did nothing to help. Nothing more than a joke. Don’t waste your time or money here.

  • Dustin Edgar

Claw machines are typically rigged in the favor of the arcade. I expected that, what I did not expect is to have to wait 10 minutes for them to effectively accuse me and my fiancé of breaking a pool cue, I as the customer am NOT responsible to monitor the repair of your equipment. Kinda killed the mood on what had been a wonderfully celebratory date night. We shall not be back.

  • Cherisa Chee

Bowling isn’t a fun experience at this place when the machines aren’t the working half the time and the managers DON’T give refunds and aren’t willing to work with their customers!! They should at least ACKNOWLEDGE their customers beforehand and also before customers are paying at the register. Wasn’t a fun experience here but other than that I enjoy time with my family.

  • Elizabeth Pilcher

This has quickly become one of my favorite places to spend time. They have a large selection of arcade and carnival style games. They are fun and are kept in great condition. The entire facility is kept clean and they have good staff. Not only do my boyfriend and I visit frequently for date nights, we have brought several friends here as well. I highly recommend!

  • Manny Ortiz

I come here to play pool. The card to play the games is a bit pricey. Cool to get out and play games, but I would rather use my money to purchase a full game from the PlayStation store than put it on a card and play games that end within 3 seconds to 3 minutes. By the way, the bowling here is fun as well. The place is clean and the service was pretty good.

  • tina timelord

The customer service and food could have been much better for as much money as we paid to have our graduates have fun. It was also disappointing to not be able to extend our time or rent another table like a regular pool hall. The kids didn't understand when there were empty tables on both sides of us for over 30 mins. Only plus was the $1.00 ice cream.

  • Sean Winthrop

I used to enjoy this place a lot. Until the night of 4/25/23 when security proceeded to harass me over someone i was with at the time pulling the fire alarm, and security rudely coming after me for it. The so called “Head of Security” claiming it would be looked into usually means its not. Because they don’t care. Avoid this money trap at all costs!

  • Sierra Tahy

If I could leave 0 stars I would but I was there jut a few minutes ago, got in line to wait for a karaoke room and they told me it was a 10-15 min wait. I went to the restroom and sat down to wait and not even 10 minutes and the security tells us we have to leave because we “can’t loiter in the establishment and we need to buy something or leave”.

  • FinFan Fifteen

Round 1 is going down in customer values. Most of the floor space is junk rigged "pick" machines, and the price for the games they already had before the pandemic (no cost increases to them) have increased 50 to 100 percent. Sadly, it is one of the few places to go because now they have substantially increased their customer rip-off status.

  • Hunter Teixeira

They don't let you use your own bowling ball and ask to see your bowling shoes to make sure they're actual bowling shoes. Lane kept breaking and the weasel at the front desk kept telling us they all do that so we can't get any money back. Food tastes freezer burnt as well. There's better places to take your family bowling.

  • Bridget Fain

A lot of different videos games. Even games you can dance to and get a workout . The staff are friendly and helpful . Bowling,.crane machines, zombie games and much more. You can play by yourself or with friends. You can earn prizes from points or tickets you get from the games . Definitely stop in here for some fun .

  • Alex R.

Very much like a children's casino. Banks and banks of steal your money machines lol. A good bit of arcade machines for everyone. Bowling is a bit cramped into the corner. The benches and setting is nice, but it feels a little tight overall. Staff was very fast to fix problems and help with getting the lane setup.

  • Liza Molina

The attendant gave us a price that was clearly on the sign for a spark lane. When we were finally got called back to pay he wanted to charge us double and was giving us a regular lane. As an attendant you can’t assume everyone knows your services. My thought is ask have you been before?? Then offer the services.

  • Glacier Nester

Round 1 never disappoints with the import games, and this was no exception! Some real hits in here, and, wildly, a rhythm heaven machine! Honestly had no idea that even GOT an arcade release. And hey, if you're into coin pushers, there's some great ones here, marble carnival and wizard of oz were a good time.

Service was gudd but food wise ordering was a problem.. they told me that they didnt have any pizzas left and hour later they wer serving pizzas lik nothing and the girl had a pony tail blonde and was giving attitude lik and touching everything wit the same gloves wasnt very helpful but was giving attitude

  • Diana Owen

My girls had fun playing here. There were quite a few games that were "out of order" & the snack bar was closed but there were associates working on the equipment & they did have their new hours posted for the snack bar upon entering the building. I'd have to say that it'd be a fun time returning again!

  • Nathan Martinez

Front desk pretty unorganized, you have to make two separate lines ? One for bowling and a different one just to get a game card . Very inconvenient I waited like 30 minuets on line to get a card I come up to the front and the tell me I’m on the wrong line .. definitely sticking with main event !!

  • Katie Josh (KD)

I love this round 1, I like how it's connected with the mall too, I sometimes come here with family and friends we always have a great time, I never really tried they're food but i know that they have a lot there, karaoke, bowling, games, and more. I would love planning a party here someday.

  • Demon C

If I could leave no stars I would. The bowling is a complete joke. The lanes suck and had to keep getting serviced repeatedly. The bar was closed without notice and when I asked for a refund they told me they don’t do refunds on bowling. A complete joke. Highly recommend not coming. Ever.

  • Ray Lamb

Cool place. Although they open at 10 am, but they are not ready for customers until 1040. Took my son bowling at 10 couldn't bowl until 1045. We had to be somewhere at 1130. They were nice enough to refund us which was appreciated. Would not have been a problem if we didn't have plans.

  • Tyler Thomas

The ABOSLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE. This location is being run by 17 year old, incompetent, and uneducated children. Definitely and CLEARLY a management issue. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER THE WAY I WAS TREATED AT THIS LOCATION WAS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD - BY THE MANAGER, NO LESS.

  • Dagen Delaney

Used to be great because it felt like you could actually win stuff with your credits, but since then ticket rewards have been lowered, claw machines have been replaced with rigged ones, and usually about 5 or more of the time play machines are out of order. Not worth it anymore...

  • Anna Sitter

This was a nice place to go with little ones. So many games to play, they have bowling and they have a food court. Kids can also claim tickets for prizes. It’s pricey but for 45 dollars I got both of my kiddos into probably 12 plus games. It’s was nice and I recommend it.

  • Ranidayz

Lots of cool games. Has bowling alley, full service bar, and billiard tables too. Down fall was the food area. They do not seemed prepared. Maybe it was an off day or maybe they were all mostly new? Not sure. But its not like I expected much outta the food anyway.

  • Marshall

Expensive. Mostly gambling games for kids. Why is it a trend now with places with no mirrors. Yeah we guys like to check ourselves on occasion. Also no paper towel. Just those stupid blow-dryers. No you're not trying to be green. Just laziness and cost savings.

  • Tylena Pearcy

Games are fun for all ages. Have not tasted the food, yet. But have had a couple adult drinks. Reasonable prices. And you don't have to be away from the kids to have. Drink. You can walk around with your adult "won't choke a kid" stress reliever Drink...

  • Jeiden Arellano

Wish they had changed their google hours to reflect their actual business hours. They are not open “10-2 everyday” but open at 12 pm — an hour after the mall opens with the kitchen not opening until 1. Save yourself the trip and come after lunchtime.

  • Rudy Castillo

Always love coming here. Staff is so nice and polite. Great wide selection of arcade games and bowling is a plus. They also have billiards tables. Also, if you need a clean restroom aside from the Coronado mall then this is the place to go. 10/10

  • Jake Rascón

Dont go. Lanes fill fast, you get on the list, they tell you 45 minutes and then they'll text. 1 hour later, no text. Check in, "oh another hour". Games are rigged, prizes not worth. Bathrooms gross. Food is super unhealthy. First and last time.

  • Meredith L

The place is clean and child friendly. One particular employee, Samuel, was so nice. He came over to our lane and explained how to operate the lane bumpers. Then, because the grandkids pushed the call button for help, unbeknownst to me, he

  • Stefanie Stearns

It's my 3rd time going. The credits to play the arcade games are reasonably priced for modern standards. The facility is loud like you would expect from an arcade/entertainment establishment. I choose to wear ear plugs, myself. The choices

  • Kai Rush

This place is awesome, but the prices brings you down to reality. This arcade has every modern game you would expect to see in Japan or South Korea. This is the best arcade (modern games) I have seen anywhere, but the prices are too high.

  • Jessica Keith

My husband is an avid bowler and has his own bowling ball that he brings to bowling allies when we go bowling. When the pins got stuck one time we were then informed we should not be using our own bowling ball but one provided by Round 1

  • David Love

What a horrible experience. We usually enjoy spending some time at Round1 but that was pre pandemic seems no one cares anymore. Waited over an hour for a lane finally got one and it continuously breaks down we couldn’t even get halfway

  • Donna Haskins

It is a nice place to go to have fun. You can play pool, bowl, play all types of games and will prizes you can even have a drink and eat. Everything in one place. It's so big. I loved it. I will be going back with my family and friends.

  • Tristen Garcia-Ortega

Christina and Jeremy the managers were very rude and disrespectful when helping when asked for help. Employees are working very hard, and when asked for managers help they had a problem and attitude. Definitely NOT manager material.

  • Jacqueline Montoya

Lots of Fun great place to take kids, friends, and dates! however STAY AWAY FROM FOOD. It really is about the fun not the food, the food was DISGUSTING! The ice cream was good. The games were great though the variety was awesome.

  • Joseph Lucero

Tried Round1 for the first time. It was fun and entertaining. The biggest complaint is that it is very dirty. I hope they do some deep cleaning. Probably won't return unless they clean the games and especially the carpets.

  • Dylan Galbraith

Looking for a good celebration place go to round one is the place for B-Day, work party ,holiday party go hear food is good drinks will please you make sure to order slot of fries and hot wings O'Neill blow your mind

  • Veronica Hernandez

Great place to take your kids if your in from out of town looking for something to do as a family. There's a wide variety of games including a bowling area. Prices are a little pricey, but still a nice place to try.

  • SmittenKitten678

This place is great but it looks like they don't check there bathrooms there been a few times I have gone in to use the bathroom and it's nasty and had to go out of the place to find a different restroom to use

  • David Watkins

Went to my grand son's birthday party. The pizza was under cooked but ok. The party costed 260$ and the half dozen kids used up all of their game time within 1.5 hours. They did have fun though. It was ok

  • USIEL V

Great place to have fun, I won a lot of teddies on the machine even the figures of Dragon Ball, Naruto and one piece :D. The boots for the walking dead and house of dead are so amazing need to try.

  • Small Observations

Great place if you like 18$ an hour pool with a missing pocket so the pool balls just fall on the floor. Also small whiskey pours, 4$ club soda charges, and frequently breaking bowling lanes. Fun!

  • Holden Dean

Ricardo and Dwight are amazing people they helped us with transferring our points to a different card and made us feel right at home! The bartender Ariana is absolutely amazing!

  • Kevin Bond

Fun party experience with a wide range of games. Cheap drinks, bowling, pool, and overall childish entertainment. I would certainly return again for another night of nonsense.

  • Otis Lovato

Great place to have fun ,I went on weekday night not crowded played games and had fun playing pool.. staff is friendly and over all a Great First Experience, I will be back

  • Mohan Karulkar

$10 for an hour if unlimited arcade play, including pinball, racers, fighters, and more. An awesome way to let the kids have fun on their own while you have some fun too!

  • Dayien

Spent my money to make enough points to win a prize and in the end it was a wrong ticket price. Traveled very far just to be disappointed. NEVER coming here again, sorry

  • Natisha Reed

Very loud and busy. 3 hour wait for bowling. Bathrooms were so dirty and not very many tables to eat at. My kiddos had fun though... there are a ton of things to do.

  • Isaac M. Avila III

Was impressed with the bowling and pizza. You gotta try the shake fries. You pick the seasoning and put it in the fries and shake. Kinda cool. Great for a young kid.

  • Adam Grant Valencia

This place is fun for the family not to mention 2 dollar beers and 99 cent ice cream!! they also have bowling and pool tables!!! I can stay all day at this place!!

  • Pollis Howel

Overly concerned about masks. No need to ask if you require it. Make the government enforce their own rules. Will never be back since I was asked to wear a mask.

  • Ryan Heaton

Had a Great time Love the Scoring system Price to bowl is not bad $16.00 for 2HR per person is great I would recommend this place to my Friends and to everyone

  • Mariana Quintana

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff, my family and I were treated so badly and racially profiled. Do not recommend this place for your children or family.

  • Lanie C

This was so funny, lots of games! I won an adorable stuffed animal! Its lots a fun to cuddle with. Fun experience! I need to bring the whole fam next time

  • Steven Ross

Great place for fun with the fam.. lots of space.. always of open bowling lanes and pool tables.. after school, after home work hangout during the week

  • michelle lara

LOVE this place!!!! So much to do. It does get crowded, but they do have many things to do. They also have good food and bowling besides the arcades

  • mynameisru

One of the best R1 locations in the country as far as I’m concerned. Management is incredibly helpful and friendly and staff is very knowledgeable.

  • Sharon Sandoval

The games kept stealing points and not working the bowling alley was nice but does not project onto the lanes as it shows. The food was okay.

  • Freedom Transport LLC.

Dont go it sucks its expensive for the credits and if you get the club card you could only play the old old games and in another language

  • April Adams

Great place with crane machines, pinball, purikura, bowling, karaoke and modern as well as retro video games! It's a blast!

  • Mich De Alba

The bowling area starts at 11 am, but they are nice with kids, they have shoes and all the equipment for they to have fun.
