We had a horrible scare tonight. My 2 year old daughter accidentally locked herself in her play room. She didn’t realize she pushed the pin on the doorknob and got “stuck”. Even thought the doorknobs are brand new, to our horror we discovered this one had been installed improperly and the typical “push the pin from the other side” trick didn’t work. We called Royal Locksmith and they were more than amazing - they were total heros. They dropped everything to prioritize our daughter and her safety - and rushed to us. My daughter was terrified and couldn’t figure out why mommy couldn’t get her out. But the story has a perfectly happy ending all around - now my daughter thinks that heros wear Royal Locksmith capes, and so do I. And I learned a thing or two about child proofing these kind of doors. I can’t say enough. Super heros and kind people do exist.

Had the pleasure of working with Max on a large commercial project recently. What seemed like an overwhelming amount of work was handled with ease and professionalism from start to finish. He was always willing, eager, and available to answer my many questions along the way and was completely transparent with everything. We were operating under a pretty tight deadline, and the entire project was completed, surpassing expectations, in less than a week. Max @payless locksmith was the sweetest and for the records of all the times I get locked out... (Too many to keep counting! ) it's the fastest locksmith ever!! I got locked out in DC and I was expecting to wait a long time but surprisingly he showed up within the next 7 mnts and unlocked my car in less than two minutes!! What!? That's unbelievable! But wait! That's not it! He is the nicest fella, polite and kind! I wish all the locksmith guys could learn from him! He is the BEST!

Six stars. My experience today with Max, who owns this company, went flawlessly. Not only did he have all the parts, but the time to install was astonishingly short, and the labor charge was amazingly reasonable. Moreover, his explanation as to how to use the new knob-set that he installed was crystal clear. Everything about this locksmith was top-notch-professional, and I will recommend Royal Locksmith to everyone.

I lost my keys to my car and didn’t have a spare. I called Royal locksmith and they came out to where my car was immediately. Their price was below what the Dealer would have charged me. Their technician was nice and had my car key cut in a short period of time. I would recommend to anyone that needs locksmith services immediately. Thank you so much greatly appreciated

Called to get a locksmith, locked out of my apartment door. Dispatcher quoted 15 to come out plus 49 base fee. Just the handle lock. Locksmith then quoted 165, bargained down to 135. He said he has never or would never do any service for 49. So that fee quoted on the phone was a complete lie. This business was dishonest.

Best service ever, I called them because I was locked out, and they came really fast , explained everything before doing the job, and they did a very professional job , definitely I will use this company again , if you want a professional job and best service..! Yikes. I told them exactly the situation (breaking a keyless entry) and asked how much, she said $89 minimum. It ended up not only being $89, but also plus $150 and plus another $350. $589 just to break a keyless entry and replace the lock?! That’s pretty insane and I wish she had given me a warning beforehand.

Decided to replace and upgrade the perimeter locks of our house to improve security. Max provided a very competitive quote, was prompt and professional. He also checked and fixed a sliding glass door latch that was giving us trouble. Satisfied with service, good value, and would recommend to others.

Fantastic locksmith. A highly complex, German door handle and locking system broke during Thanksgiving, called Max the next day, he had what he needed in the car! Fixed in less than an hour. Awesome, five stars.
