I was out of the country and my daughter’s key did not work in the ignition. The anti theft system took affect. I called Von and he instructed me as to what I needed to do. Unfortunately the car was towed to the dealer. They wanted $300+ for a key in addition to the $148 to just look at the car. For a new key the dealer said he had to take out the dashboard. WRONG. Von had me order keys, ship to him along with the bad one. Mind you I live in Washington state. He shipped back my new keys and they worked perfectly after his instructions. And you know the cost was WAY under the dealer price, including keys & shipping. DMV folks you’re fortunate to have him right there!!! I highly recommended the Lil Key shop!!!!

I stopped by the shop today, the owner was professional and was able to get me a copy of a Honda CRV key. He was fast (took about 10 minutes) thanks to his large inventory and professional service. While his storefront is open from 10-5 Monday to Sunday, he is frequently called away on jobs, so be sure to dial ahead before heading over. I reached out to a number of different lock smiths in the city and all seemed to be controlled by the same call center. The Lil Key Shop might be the last independant operator in the city. I will be happy to patronize the shop again in the future.

Von and his Lil Key Shop was a pleasure to work with. He programmed and cut two keys for our car in short order. In an amazing coincidence, our child simultaneously tried picking our front door lock with a stick. Needless to say, another trip to Von was in order. I dismantled the lock and brought it back to the shop and Von was quickly able to open the lock and remove the debris and get the lock back in working order in no time. Thank you!

I called a national company prior to using the Lil Key shop and waited 6 hours for someone to be dispatched to me. I subsequently canceled and I called The Lil Key shop and got service within 15 minutes. On the hottest day of the year Von came out and created a new car Key for me. I appreciate the service and friendliness when I was really in a bind.

this company treats you in a bad way as if they are working by force, they could never make me a key for my motorcycle, They said they would call me when they had it, more than two weeks passed and they did not contact me,,and now when I call them they do not answer the phone and if they answer me they only receive the call and cut it

Von is not working from the brick-and-mortar location, but don't let that stop you. He does excellent work for a reasonable price and is friendly and professional. He took care of my key quickly and was thorough in making sure everything worked right. I hope never to need a locksmith again, but if I do, I know who I'll call.

Amazing personal professional service. I showed up with an oddball request to duplicate a 2007 Moto Guzzi Norge motorcycle key. On 2 occasions I had a key re-made that didn't work...The 2nd time my key didn't work, the Locksmith drove to my home with a key he thought may work, and recut it on the spot. I’ve had several keys made here that have all been good. Also, I recently had to use their locksmith services. The nice locksmith arrived quickly, and had me inside my home in just a couple minutes! Very reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend them if you are ever (unfortunately) locked out.

Called today to get a remote key with an immobilizer replaced. Met up the same day and was able to get a new key made on the spot in less than an hour. He did it for $150 less than the dealer was charging. Works mobile now out of the "lockedout lostkeys" vehicle.

Awesome shop and services. It took 5 minutes and half the cost to get a car key copied here compared to Fragers. After a month of getting it wrong even Fragers knew who the real expert was and told me to go here instead. I wish I had gone here first.

Went to go get a key made and the shop was closed due to the owner on a service call. I never heard of a shop being closed to go on a service call. I felt like someone should have been left in the shop as well.
