A really good rental company from my experience. The young lady who served me was friendly and helpful, the moving van was modern and clean, and the price was much cheaper than competitors (Offer an RAA member discount). My only minor complaint is that the moving truck didn't have a hand control in the truck for raising/lower the lifter, making it inconvenient to use, but it wasn't a huge problem for me. I would definitely use SIXT truck rental again.

The staff at Croydon park went above and beyond to help when I went in the best sixt rental office I have ever been to I have rented through other rental companies but none of them have come close to the standard of Croydon parks customer service and the cleanliness of their cars. You will have repeat customer. 10/10 for all the staff down there seems like its run like a small family business which cares about their customers. Thank you

We arrived to pick our car up and everything was ready, Stewart attended our booking and was very professional at his job, he was very friendly we received a upgrade and was guided by Stewart with everything we needed to know. Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Way cheaper than their major competitors that we all know. And they couldn’t give me the van I wanted so upgraded me to a truck for basically the same price. Truck was brand new and spotless. Staff were just great and very friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend them, their outlet and the company.

I have rented with larger companies previously but after renting with sixt at Croydon park I won't be going anywhere else. The manager there Jillian was super helpful polite and outgoing to me as well as all of the staff down there. They did everything they could to make the whole process as easy as possible. Danny was extremely helpful and friendly when we picked up our vehicle, even connecting my phone to enable access to google maps. Tyla was also very friendly and helpful when we returned the Kia Sportage, which performed beautifully throughout our 7-day rental period. I usually go to Edwardstown branch which are exceptional. Croydon Pk after returning a car, I mentioned I wasn't able to vacuum but will quickly go do it if necessary, he checked the car upon return and said don't worry we vacuum them anyway and it was OK. But was then charged $125.00! To say the least I'm still not happy.

Truck was in good condition, however after getting home the hydraulic lift wasn’t working and had to return the truck and do a “special trick” to get it working with that particular truck. Wasted a solid few hours of my rental period on a issue on the truck which needs to be fixed. Staff were still friendly and helpful.

Great attentive service, a good car at a fair price. The staff were so good, to the point that Danny (who served us at pick-up 4 days earlier) came outside whilst we were waiting for a ride-share to see if everything was satisfactory, and if we needed anything else! The best car rental experience that I've ever had!

It's definitely one of the cheapest rental agencies around unfortunately they didn't have the car I was promised and ended up costing me more in fuel also the car hadn't been cleaned appropriately I really wish those two requirements where met as the rest of the service and price was great

When picking up the car the team talked me through some ways to save money on the rental (pickup/return time frames) and upgraded my vehicle when they realised how far I would be driving it! Unlimited kms is an AMAZING money safer on long distance one way rentals

We had excellent customer service at sixth Croydon Park. We hired a vehicle for 21 days and enjoyed the comfort and fuel efficient Toyota Camry Hybrid. We thoroughly recommend this car hire venue and would definitely hire our next car from them again.
