Very helpful salesperson in Leeds Trinity Centre store. I wanted some clarification on water repellant technology (it is a confusing concept in my opinion as it would be impossible for a shoe to completely repel water) and he wasn't entirely sure either at first but it is commendable that he went to find out rather than make something up on the spot to fob me off. Then went on to patiently collect 3 pairs of shoes for me to try on.

I went in a week ago and a guy with nail varnish was serving myself ( the reason I mention nail varnish is their easily identifiable), anyway he was trying to establish my needs when a older guy came in and ask the lad “I’m just looking today” but can you show me some shoes? Anyway the assistant dropped me and went to serve him. I thought how rude and left the store without a purchase. I bought a different brand for work.

Amazing service absolutely love the trinity Leeds store the staff are always amazing with you attend to your every need. Took mum on mothers day the girl who served us was fabulous took all 7 pairs we bought out if boxes to make it easier to carry she was with us a good hour with tons of smiles so helpful all if them will be visiting again today to thank her again and treating myself Trinity Leeds you rock!!!

Usual Skechers shop. Just wish they made nicer looking shoes. Most are like trainers, even the proper shoe types and nearly all are material and not leather. Fitflops are better but so much more expensive. Comfortable shoes but don't necessarily look good. So I suggest you look at flipflops. They have really nice shoes and are just as comfortable as Skechers.

Decent store with plenty of trainers available and some good deals if more than one pair purchased together. Only deducted a star because I wanted a pair of trainers but the last pair in stock (for the colour I liked) had a small stain/mark on them. Staff member said he had removed the stain/mark but on closer inspection he hadn't

Very helpful and friendly staff, keen to engage you as to your footwear-related needs. A good range of shoes for all occasions and a pressure-free atmosphere in which to browse and try on as necessary. Shop assistants were prompt at notifying us as to current store offers but weren’t pushy at all if you didn’t appear interested.

Was a spacious store to browse, good amount of lighting and chairs to sit down and staff friendly and approachable without being pushy. Ended up looking around and coming back later in the day to get some items for the wife and the staff were really friendly and on point with their advice. All in all a pleasure to deal with.

My wife and I love Skecher shoes so comfortable and stylish. We really like to shop at the Skechers shop in trinity Leeds. Manager Johnny is really helpful and has a great team. Special mention to Vicki who has unbelievable technical knowledge of Skecher shoes. Lovely personality and is so helpful thanks to all.

Avoid. Two girls lent on the counter and asked about a certain type of shoe. One yawned in my face (no exaggeration) and the other one without even looking said ‘oh yeah we don’t have that one’ … they just could not be arsed. Buy online. visited Sunday 12th March 2023.

Just bought these 2 pairs of Skechers yesterday (30 June 2021). Vicky the sales assistant was amazing and helpful even though she was rushed off her feet! My only bone of contention was the most comfortable shoes had to be so expensive!!

There was 2 members of staff, 1 serving a customer the other sorting a display. Was I approached, no! Was I acknowledged, no! Did I leave the shop after 4mins without buying anything, yes! Will I be returning, no!!

Went there today. Hate buying shoes and was served by Tom. He wasn’t in your face, helpful and when I left with new shoes he followed me out into the Trinity centre and gave me a pair of spare laces. Top service.

Plenty stock and more to choose from. I will be going back as I have looked around and sketches are better comfort for shoes. Prices reasonable too. Staff polite and helpful.

I am ussualy having at least one pair of Skechers, but the one I got from this store was a very bas quality, it is already unstitched and 8 lost my receipt, so nothing to do.
