This place is absolutely unacceptable! I first want to start off by saying that when I first bought these shoes I was told I would get a “guarantee”on the pair of shoes that cost me $60. I am a frequent customer here and I always treat them with respect. However when I tried to return them because they did not live up to my standards, and for the price it is not right for such terrible quality. I came here in hope to return them and get some type of store credit or my money back so I can get buy another pair. My 30 days in return were up but this was due to personal issues because life happens. I tried to communicate my concerns and would have settled with any type of store credit that was available for me. Anything that would work for situation. However, they treated me in a way I have never been treated before, the man working there was helpful at first and offered me a change in shoes; but then another worker came and completely scrapped the change in shoes offer. My hopes were put up and then taken away from me in a instant. I wasted my time picking other shoes for this switch and felt relieved. Everything was going well. This is what really upset me since I was promised a resolution and then it was taken back. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Another worker then took over and treated me terribly. If they were never going to let me switch then why would they tell me they were. I will attach a picture of the shoes I tried to return. I left the store feeling disappointed and wasted my time!

I wish I could give a zero star for this store. I came in to this store at 10.45am on Friday, October 13, 2023 to purchase a pair of shoes that would work for my bunions. When I found the shoes, I went to the front cashier to pay for them. He was a male employee and claimed to be the store manager. I asked him a question on the sale they were running. Instead of explaining the sale, he talked to me in a way that I did not understand English. I was racially discriminated in this store. He kept yelling and talking to me in a way to make me feel like I did not understand him. When I asked for another employee to assist me, he lied that he was the only one who could ring me up. I noticed there was another (female) employee who later helped me. I will not return to this store. This male employee is a liar and seemed to be a very sad/upset person. I did not know Skechers promoted this type of behavior in employees. After all this, there was never an apology from any of the employees. I have reached out to Skechers customer care about this as well.

I needed walking shoes and tried on a pair of their memory foam, slip on shoes at Ross Dress for Less, which I really liked, they were asking $24.99 -$29.99. They have year round sales, buy one get one half off, which amounts to about the same. They did not have a selection of the ones I was looking for. Tried on a few different styles, I wear a 8 1/2, hard to find 1/2 sizes here. Some styles an 8 fit and some a size 9. Alittle frustrated so I didn't purchase anything. Employees were nice and available to assist you if needed. Have a small parking lot in front of store. They had a few racks of sports and workout clothes, along with socks, and a large section for kids and mens. Overall not a bad store if you like Sketchers, but I will shop on line for mine.

05-25-23 First visit here. Brought my elderly father to get some of those "Slip-In" shoes because he has mobility issues, he can't bend over (possible falling hazard). These shoes could be very helpful. I always thought that an "outlet" store was a place where products are less expensive. Not here it seems. Not only were they not less expensive, but they had a BOGO for 1/2 off...just not for the "Slip-Ins". When I asked about that, I was told that there was signage near the shoe racks...I didn't see any. Very disappointed. 2 pairs for $169. I really wish your reward system was easier to access. I never get text alerts which would bring me into the store more often. I like this location just not the parking. The parking lot is HORRIBLE. It's one way. You have to really be careful when backing up because the car behind you is very close. I like the ample parking at the other location on Sepulveda Blvd but that's in the ghetto. So you either pick terrible parking or the risk of getting shot.

This place is severely overpriced. Their clearance section utilizes mark up mark down practices. Simple flip flops are $60 with a 40% discount. You will not find a single pair of shoes on the floor for $60. They put unmarked labels on the clearance boxes This store is lie and a fraud. I have been to other sketchers outlets and they have much better pricing. Costco, Ross, Marshalls all have better pricing on sketchers. Will not visit again.

I like Sketchers because of shoe quality and style, and the standing discount of 50% for the second pair. HOWEVER! Beware that the 50% discount does not apply to already discounted clearance shoes. I had $70 shoes with a 30% discount, which were $49 with discount. I went back and got $50 undiscounted shoes for 50%!! Only $25. So clearance is not a value purchase. Store staff are excellent. Do the math!

Surprisingly low quality in both craftsmanship (in the shoes) and less than durable materials/construction. YES the employees at this Sketchers location do a good job answering questions and checking out customer's goods at the registers - - but after buying three seriously disappointing pairs of different shoes there simply is no reason for me to ever return to any Sketchers store again.

We needed some last minute walking shoes for my son, a hard-to-fit young man. After visiting several other shoe stores with no love, we gave Skechers a go. This'll be our FIRST stop next time! Multiple wide width options in a variety of styles. We found the perfect, stylish walking shoes for him. In his words, we found the Cinderella shoe. Excellent selection, kind service, great prices!

I purchased some shoes at this location yesterday. I am an Army veteran therefore they gave me a 10% discount which was nice. The associate Dikla helped me out. She was kind courteous and knowledgeable and suggested some shoes to me I preferred over the original ones I came in to get. Great experience. Great service and the most comfortable shoes on earth. Great job.

I used to like this place specially for their kids collection but lately I feel they really went down and decreased the quality all across the brand. The Sckechers used to be good quality but the Chinese produced shoes are losing their quality fast these days. Last time that we actually bought a pair for my husband it got a hole in it just after 3 months!

I love Sketchers, wear them out the door- no blisters. Only shoe I don't need to break in. Take my granddaughter all the time- she will have memories of those shopping days getting new shoes. She always runs around the store dancing in her new shoes Happy new location in Encino- but Tarzan's location great too!!!

The employees were really nice and helpful! But wen I got hm, I notice that one of the 3 pairs of shoes I bought, the lace was cut almost in half. Wen I called they guy said, there's nothing we can do about it. I was blown away with that response. If they were plain shoe laces, I wld hv replaced then myself.

Parking is available. Store is very tight in the aisles - very hard to maneuver. Very few seats available for trying on. Only 1 mirror on the women's side. That said, big selection and was able to find my size in almost every shoe I wanted to try. Staff was very helpful and very nice. I'll go back.

I was at this store today 2-14-22 and was helped by your employee named Ishmaiel. He was kind, courteous and very helpful. He deserves recognition for being an excellent employee and providing excellent customer service. It is employees like him that keep customer coming back to this store !

The parking is kind of tight. The personnel are good for the most part. But then you get some that just don't want to help you. The wide shoes are in the center section and they're not a lot of them unless you're a guy. The girl wide shoes aren't a lot and they are not their popular styles.

Went here to exchange a gift for a different size. Masks are required and they even provide hand sanitizer at the entrance. I felt very comfortable standing in line on one of the marked spots, 6 feet apart from the next. They seemed to be well stocked and the customer service was great.

Went to two locations. The North Hills location was clean and stocked. Nice people. The second was Tarzana and the dude was rude and made the experience uncomfortable. His eyes followed us like we where bad people. The woman behind counter was extremely cool and helpful. He not so much.

We were greeted when we walked in. When I asked about a particular style of shoe a very nice young woman took me to them. There was no pressure. She helped me look for my size and was very pleasant. I did find exactly what I was looking for. A most pleasant experience.

I was there today the lady who were cashier were so rude and unprofessional, no smile no hi no bye no thank you , she didn't say anything she had a really really bad attitude, never come back in this store. Sorry for this nasty customer service

Big store. Lots of merch. Nice shoes in the clearance section too. Buy 1 pair, get half off the second. If you don't want the second pair that day for half, you have a week to go back with your receipt and get a pair for half.

Of all those thousands and thousands of shoes, nothing really narrow enough for my foot. Why do shoe manufacturers ignore this population of foot? Surely there must be other narrow-footed people out there!!!!

These shoes are fine. I know there are other shoes that are much more healthier though. That's what I actually need. But of course much more expensive. I need the more expensive, somehow.

Found a few nice pairs, didnt have much in stock but the shoes I bought were a great deal. Employees are happy to help with everything.. even trying to find me my size in other stores.
