One star is generous. In the year I’ve been parking in the garage the elevators have gone out and you need to take the stairs to get out of the garage. One of the elevators is fixed now but they never fixed the second and wait times are outrageous. Two months ago a resident had their car jacked up on 4 jack stands and had 3 tires stolen. When reported they were informed there was nothing that could be done and the garage has no cameras. Last night between 10pm and 10am my car was hit and the entire front bumper was pulled off my car, but yet again sp+ had no cameras. Luckily no one has been hurt YET... but what is it going to take for sp+ to improve their security? Does someone really need to be hurt? Cameras would seem like a simple fix, especially when Nashville is growing at the rate it is, but sp+ chooses to leave their parkers in danger. One star isn’t generous.. it’s dangerous

If I could give a negative 5 star review I would. I work down here and we get parking validations for this building. 10/10. The machine isn’t accepting cash or it doesn’t accept our tickets. When we get to the gate they ask us a million questions and then say they can’t open the gate for us… if the machine isn’t accepting tickets or cash. How am I supposed to pay? How am I supposed to go home ?? After 12 hour shifts this is the LAST thing I want to deal with EVERYDAY. I’ve also reached out via email and no one ever responds. The $8 vouchers are a blessing. But I end up having to pay for a lost ticket which is more than parking everyday just to go home because your machine eats my tickets and money repeatedly. If someone ever reaches back out to me. I can provide 30 plus dates this has happened in the last 6 months and video footage of it not working.

If you live in the apartments attached to this building, be prepared to not have a guaranteed spot (though you will still pay for an unreserved spot each month.) The pricing per month isn’t ridiculous but, the fact that there are no mirrors to help see when other cars are coming around the corner is just asking for an accident. Is it really too much to ask for a couple mirrors? There are also 0 cameras to prevent theft which is incredibly upsetting. If you leave your doors unlocked by accident, you can guarantee everything in your car will be gone by morning. I leave for work at 4am some days (alone) and never know who/what I’ll find stepping off of the elevator. Be extra alert and if you can help it, just don’t park in these garages at all. It’s unfortunate that such an amazing apartment is attached to a horribly unsafe garage.

Terrible experience. We used the same elevator to get in as we did leaving. We hit the correct button for the floor we needed and ended up on the wrong floor. Twice. The third time we hit the button for the correct floor and it worked. It was not busy, so it wasn't as if many people were trying to call the elevator. Paid for a voucher online using parking.com. The code scanner in the garage was not communicating with the garage kiosk. Upon entry, scanned code, it was accepted, but no paper ticket printed. We called for help to get a ticket. Upon exit, we entered the paper ticket, scanned the code, and the scanner said the parking arm would open. It did not. Had to call for help again.

I should have looked at the reviews before parking here. Didn't have any issues with theft but what a nightmare to get out of there! Large vehicles should not even try it. A large truck was trying to get in when every one else was trying to get out. Total gridlock. Finally made it the gate to scan code and gate wouldn't open even though I instantly received a text thanking me for parking there after scanning it. Attendant finally appeared and had to punch a few things in to his phone to get gate open only to wait on traffic and pedestrians.

Cannot stop automatic billing. I have emails to them going back 90 days. This company should be sued. I'm sure there are thousands of other people across the country that are being billed fraudulently. And when I did live there, I got stuck several times for up to 30 minutes due to their faulty equipment not letting people out of the garage. And there were homeless people in the garage and elevators often. Security was lacking.

Worst parking experience in Nashville, and I’ve lived here 15 years. The turns are too tight, especially for a 2-way. The spots are way too tight: I was barely able to get out of my car, and I am a slender person. The machine wouldn’t take any of my three cards—I had to use a different machine. What a waste of space in downtown Nashville.

I get validated parking through this garage and I’ve been charged full price on many occasions. The numbers listed to call the garage do not connect. I’ve tried to get my money back and I never can connect anyone. Terrible customer service. Tired of being overcharged absolutely taking my business somewhere else

Blind corners everywhere in the parking deck. The deck should not be a two way, barely enough room. Up the block is a parking deck that is $20 instead of the $30 for this poorly designed deck...... Just got back to the hotel to discover the garage charged us twice.

Horrible experience. They took advantage of everyone stuck in the downtown gridlock. Made us pay extra when we had been stuck in their garage for three hours at a dead stop because people could not get out of garage due to traffic. Very unprofessional!

Do not use Spot Hero and park in this garage. You will get stuck in the garage. There is no call button, no security, absolutely nothing to help you if this happens! What a nightmare of a garage.

There's been multiple break ins and car parts theft and they refuse to do anything about it. If you park here there's a 50/50 chance you lose a tire to some guy who's jacked up your car at 4am.

Tight corners and have to drive slow. Easy access in and out of downtown. $15 for the day (4/24/21). We parked from about 9:30am-3pm. Clean enough for a parking garage.
