I decided to go with SRT Roofing Services because of Stanley (the owner of the company). Stanley explained to me exactly what my options were in regards to repairing the roof and he was extremely friendly. I love the fact that they are a family run operation consisting of Stanley and his sons. The price was great and the quality of work was exceptional. Not only did, they fix the roof but they also installed a brand new gutter. They were able to start the job within days of speaking with Stanley. Stanley and his crew arrived promptly each day in the early morning and they worked throughout the day. The crew was able to finish the entire removal and install of a new roof within 3 days. They removed all the debris and also covered the side of the house to protect the windows, the garage, and also the floor They also assisted in the cleanup of the dirt/dust left over from the disposal of the old roof. One of high points, is that SRT offers a 25-year warranty and on top of that, they also offered a semi-annual roof inspection each year to maintain the roof due to any potential future damages or issues. Loved working with SRT roofing services they were efficient, responsive accommodating and knowledgeable. They installed a new roof at our house in record time and provided us with stellar service. I would highly recommend Stanley and his team. Stanley was very responsive , answered his phone after business hours , promptly made an appointment even though I imagine he was inundated with calls after Ida and quoted the job on the spot. Stanley explained what needed to be done and scheduled an appointment at my convenience. On the day of the repair Stanley’s team arrived promptly at their scheduled time. The guys were great, the work was done in a timely manner and they swept up the debris in my yard afterwards. I received before and after pictures and a short video which is great for future reference. We needed immediate repair of the front facade of our home. The fascia-white aluminum capping on the roof detached due to wind and rotting wood. I contacted SRT and spoke to Stanley. I sent him pictures/video of the issues. I informed him that I needed this done immediately since the aluminum capping was dangling and can fly off and injure someone. He called back promptly with a very reasonable estimate. His crew showed up the next morning and installed new plywoods, new white aluminum capping and new soffits. It looks beautiful. Stanley and his crew are super friendly and fixed a issue on the side of our house under the gutter. We used to get leaks with heavy rain. Since they came by 2 months ago we didn't have any issues anymore. If Ida was any indication, I think that is a job well done. Also great customer service.
